15. Burned Village

" After I woke up, the doctor tended to me. I had broken wings and was burned all over my body, I looked hideous. "

" But at that point, I could hardly care. I lost Grace. I lost my family. I lost everything. Even the wings that made me a fairy. My beauty, my smile. And my happiness, there is nothing left for me. I lost it all because I was stupid. If I didn't make any of those decisions, they still might have been alive.

" I later found out that the house caught on fire probably because someone the oven going on for too long. "

" They said my parents are unrecognizable black crisps and my little sister Grace too. " I was so devastated to hear that. " Just two days ago, my life was perfect. I had everything I ever wanted. "

" I later fell to depression and now, as you can see, I'm hairless too. A hideous girl like me, I out to get trashed by the other kids in the orphanage. "

" That's why I ended up here, I was running away from them when I fell down a well that led me here, " I said while crying.

We spend time together talking for hours and hours, we got to know each other and become friends.

I rarely went back to the orphanage anymore. I ate fruits that I found in this forest and drank water from the nearby river.

I was much happier as I didn't get bullied so often. I went down and found myself in a grassfeild. My ankle was already healed, and I ran through the flowers and entered the ruin.

I found my way to Timeas's room, and like always, we were happy to see each other. I started eating forest berries as Timea was talking about other timelines.

It was fascinating, but I had to go back as I could already see the sun setting. I said bye to timea and went back to the village orphanage where I was staying.

But when I set foot out of the forest, I was met by rays of light and screems. I quickly ran through the village to the graveyard.

As I was running I heard that this fire was cost by humans who got tricked by some fairlys and now thay found our village and want to burn it down as revenge.

When I got to the grave, I didn't know what to do. " I'm sorry, mom and dad. I didn't mean to do this. You too, Grace. I'm so sorry. I swore to protect you, but I'm the reason you died all of you. "

I looked behind me, and the fire was getting closer faster than I expected. I guess I wanted to see you to for one last time. And this I promise I will protect everyone I love.

With that thought in my mind, I made my last bow to the three games before me and with a weak smile. I turned around and ran to TImeas cave.

When I was running through the forest, it was even worse. The fire was spreading much faster here. I quickly ran through the grassfeild and entered the cave.

" Timea fire is spreading this way fast ! You can't stay here ! " I yelled at her as I was sprinting through the halls of this cave in order to get to Timeas room as fast as possible.

" But what should I do. I can't move away from this place, " she said, panicking a bit.

But I already had a way. " Make me your guardian. You told me that the guardian is able to move the relics location, right ?! "

" Y...yes, but you will be bound to me forever. "

She said, worrying about me.

" It's fine, that's what I would want anyway, as long as you agree, please. " I really need her to get out of here !

After a few seconds of silence, she answered. " Okay, put your hands on me. " I did as she said, and I felt a refreshing sensation all over my body. My veins were surging with power.

I heard her voice again. " I will sleep inside you, take me somewhere safe. Take me far away from here. " I nodded my head and whispered, " I promise, "

After that, I felt like everything around me was a part of me. The well the grassfeild this cave and the very space itself, I felt like I had everything I me. I felt everything I was one with it.

When I opened my eyes again, Timea was no longer in front of me. But she wasn't gone. I could feel her inside me. And her voice rang I my mind. " I can't be in you for too long, so you need to hurry up. "

" Okay, " as I was about to run, I saw my reflection I one of the crystal walls. My Lang weavy sky blue hair and my wings were also back. For a second there, I thought it was someone else.

I didn't look at myself for long as I flapped my wings, and I flew it. It took me a while to stabilize, but when I hot the hang of it, it was magical.

The feeling of having the wind brush my skin and your hair flatter around when i sore to the skies it was amazing.

After a while, I felt a weird energy coming from somewhere. I flew down just to see some kind of portal. " Go there, " I heard Timea in my head, saying.

I just nodded my head and flew in. The atmosphere here felt a bit different, but I didn't mind as I just wondered around trying to find plants or some kaund of life since that's where we fairys take essence from.

After a while of flying, I found a walley that had a few trees and a few poison flowers. I thought it would be a good spot. " How about here ? " I asked.

" That should do. " After hearing Timeas confirmation, I flew down and heard her say, " I will start with this area, bear with it, it might get uncomfortable. "

After she said that the grassfeild inside of me started to disappear. Like she said, it was an uncomfortable feeling. But I was amazed at what was happening before me.

The grassfeild was reappearing slowly from where I stood. All the flowers and grass started to grow around me, and I could feel the ground below me changing. It wasn't as hard as before.

I could now feel the grassfeild again, but this time, with the addition of poisones, hearbs, and grass.

I slowly started to move forward, and everything started to grow around me in no time. Even the cave entrenc was slowly reappearing.

I walked in and went down the paths that I had memorized. They were leading to Timeas room. After I entered her room, everything was the same as before nothing was out of place, only for one thing, and that was the missing hourglass.

I slowly went on the podium that had the empty stand, and Timea appeared before me, just like the grassfeild and the cave.

I gently cough her and then put her down to where she belongs to.
