Refine their Soul: This involves Soul Nourishment (神識) which strengthens the soul .This can be done through soul cultivation techniques, and the use of soul-nourishing treasures.

By perfecting their Essence, cultivators lay the foundation for comprehending the Path and achieving true enlightenment.
