"Just a little bit further," Cedric muttered as he rode on the stone slabs.
The area behind him quaked heavily as though a giant were in pursuit and true to expectations, two juggernauts were hot on his tail.
They stumbled and bumbled about like they weren't used to their weight but it was clear what their target was. After all, their bloodlust was targeted squarely at him.
It was like a heavy weight placed on his shoulder. Cedric found it hard to breathe and even harder to move forward.
If not for Darwin's gift, he would have long been turned to meat paste.
Darwin had gifted Max the Existence he had absorbed from Kaylan after so many years to help him keep her busy for as long as possible.
So what about Cedric and Laura?
Their tasks were just as dangerous as they needed to lure the juggernauts to the central hall.
Just a burst of their aura would be enough to flatten them. Thus, he shared control of Nazarene formation with them.
