"Freeze!"

Almost instantly, the water dragon started to turn into an ice dragon. In a mere few seconds, the dragon became a sculpture of ice that still maintained its fluid movement.

"Its over"

Bai Hu looked at the looming dragon and smirked, "Really?"

With a flick of his spear, the other ape was also rendered useless.

Kicking the remains of the puppets away, Bai Hu entered a stance that looked as if he was going to thrust his spear forward. Cheng Xia's eyes constricted as he couldn't believe Bai Hu would try to take on the ice dragon head on, something even he normally wouldn't do.

Even Zhang Yun Guang was surprised as he had perfected this water dragon spell completely, meaning its power was certainly nothing to scoff at.

He shook off his surprise and pointed at Bai Hu without another word. The ice dragon turned to face Bai Hu and rushed forward with great speed.

While Bai Hu could dodge the dragon if he used the Wind Boots, he knew that with Zhang Yun Guang's techniques, the dragon would just turn around and chase him.

Whoosh!

Just as it seemed like the ice dragon was going to devour Bai Hu, a huge projection of a white tiger appeared and lunged to meet the attack head on.

BOOM!

A huge shockwave spread out and sent Zhang Yun Guang flying back. Despite having some physical prowess while practicing spells, Zhang Yun Guang's body could only be considered slightly stronger than average.

Bai Hu on the other hand had the aid of the Basic Qi Nourishment Method and had a much stronger body, thus he was not pushed away.

Zhang Yun Guang stomped his foot down and created a long trench in the ground before completely stopping.

He looked in shock at Bai Hu, who was still in a thrusting position, with a huge white tiger behind him. Shortly after, the white tiger dissipated into the air.

Zhang Yun Guang wiped off the blood on the corner of his mouth with his sleeve, "Fellow Disciple Bai is quite powerful. I'm afraid that this was my lost"

Once he said that, a blue light shone and the formations around the arena deactivated.

Both Bai Hu and Zhang Yun Guang jumped off and Cheng Xia walked over.

"That was a magnificent fight indeed! My horizons have truly been broadened"

Bai Hu smiled, "Fellow Disciple Cheng must be joking. I'm sure you also possess some extraordinary means"

Zhang Yun Guang cut in, "Well I'm sure we could spend the entire afternoon complimenting each other, I think we should recover quickly before a huge crowd gathers"

He pointed at several people who were secretly watching the fight with great interest. Once they realized that they had been found, they hurriedly ran away.

Cheng Xia nodded, "We shouldn't blow up this fight. I heard that there's a healing formation here that can aid recovery by several times"

"Right over there," Zhang Yun Guang pointed at several stone doors along the side wall of the arena, "I should be able to recover quite fast because of my cultivation art, so how about we fight next?"

They looked at Bai Hu who shrugged in response, "Fine by me, I have a few light internal injuries that might take a while to recover"

"Alright"

The 2 of them went into 2 different recovery rooms and shut the stone doors while Cheng Xia patiently waited outside.

Bai Hu found himself in a stone room with a complex looking formation at its center. There were a few holes in the formation which Bai Hu assumed was where he would place spirit stones in.

Taking out 300 spirit stones, Bai Hu placed them into the holes.

Weng!

The formation came to life and shone with bright light. Bai Hu quickly sat down in the middle and circulated his qi.

Whoosh!

"Interesting"

He held up a palm and felt the aura in the room suddenly change. All the qi in the room was sucked into the formation and spewed out once more. The refined qi had a healing property that opened Bai Hu's pores and filled up his qi reserves.

"What a miraculous formation! What might take a day to heal can be done in just 30 minutes"

Bai Hu looked around and found a small table with a jade slip on it. He walked over and picked up the jade slip.

Inside was the name of the formation and its function.

"Hmm... Alchemic Rejuvenation Formation, top quality Earth rank. Has the ability to turn the qi in the surroundings into a form of medical qi which can help recover qi, stamina, divine sense, and injuries"

Bai Hu decided to put down the jade slip. An Earth ranked formation was not something he could currently hope to get, much less a top quality one.

He went back to the formation and focused on recovering.

30 minutes later...

"Whew!"

Bai Hu expelled a breath of foul air and stood up, all the injuries he'd received in the fight against Zhang Yun Guang had healed and he was in top condition.

He pushed open the stone doors and was met with a huge gust of wind. In the arena, Zhang Yun Guang and Cheng Xia were having a fierce duel.

Zhang Yun Guang was forming all kinds of spell circles that bombarded Cheng Xia with various spells. Cheng Xia held his sword and sent sharp sword qi in all directions.

"Pure metal attribute?!"

Cheng Xia's sword glowed with a gray light that seemed to cut apart the air. Bai Hu was pretty sure that this was pure metal qi, meaning Cheng Xia is a Heavenly Genius!

Not only that, but his sword qi was exceptionally powerful. If he continued to progress like this, in 10 years he might be able to condense the legendary Sword Aura!

Zhang Yun Guang should know this as well, as he was having a difficult time defending against the sharp sword qi that is further strengthened by the sharpest type of energy, metal qi.

Cheng Xia raised his sword and slashed down. A terrifying force threatened to split the arena in half.

Bai Hu was surprised to see that Zhang Yun Guang was bleeding from several areas of his body. It seems that the sharpness of sword qi was no joke.

He cupped his hands, "Fellow Brother Cheng sure is powerful. Your skills seem the directly counter mine"

Cheng Xia smiled, "You humble yourself"

"How about we end it with one final clash?"

"No problem"

Zhang Yun Guang most of his defenses and waved his horsetail whisk frantically in the air. Both Bai Hu and Cheng Xia felt the surrounding fire qi flow towards Zhang Yun Guang.

"Very well"

Cheng Xia raised his sword again, "It seems that I can't afford to lose out on this exchange"
