CHAPTER 48- IN HIS ARMS II

The carriage stop at his front yard,  boss Grimer'e is patiently waiting outside, expecting her. I can tell it how he reacted.  Tapping his legs and couldn't stand still. We all rush out of the carriage. I can tell by his eyes that his expecting her badly. Pinalungkot ko muna siya nang ilang segundo  at nakaharang ako sa pinto. His eyes change into disappointment and turn his back on us.

"Teka lang masyado ka namang seryoso" Ang cute nagtatampo yarn

I speak her name and he turn back 

he's already embracing the never ending sorrow, devastated. I walk side way and his eyes sparkled in surprise.

There was something on that eyes and I can tell how long for her absences--finally at eased. Her tears ran down on her cheeks and  both of them ran to meet each other and how he embraced her,  catching her on his arms. Like a romantic scene from every movies that I watch, raising her up with a spin. I was stunned to see how he kissed her passionately.

Sarap nun ah

I envy them, their love is too strong. He made a sculpture of her, portrait that everything reminds him of her fiancee. She was everything to him. That pure love was beyond reach and so rare. Something inside me starting to question myself. Why I haven't found someone who treats me like her. Mahirap ba akong mahalin?

ngayon naglalaway ako sa kakatingin. I feel that my heart has been stabbed and crashed by such force until the crimson color that gives life to me, burst out from my chest. Time, distance and lost of communication and they are force to be apart from each other, but still that love is such rare. So rare.

Love is not like you need to rushed, love requires sacrifices, attention, compliment. Time and contentment. Even it was impossible for you to be together but still didn't let go. Tama nga sila lahat ay dumadaan sa pagsubok at namali ako ng Romeo. Even how many times I tried to deny it. There's still a part of me calling him. And half of me wants to forget. I'm still in between and I can't decide but I tried to ran away. Forcing myself to be independent and not wanting him for my life.

But even Adam needs her Eva. I feel a warm fell from my eyes. Someone pulled me and buried my head on his chest. I can smell his perfume. He pat my head and I realize that I'm crying. Di ko alam na bat ako umiiyak. Ayaw kong umiyak!! My heart still carries the burden and my eyes couldn't hide it, it still hurt inside. 8 years in relationship is something that ruined my trust to fall in love again. To start with another person.

Although mafall man ako pero  kalahati nun ay para na sa sarili ko.  Or maybe I'll enjoy my youth than forcing myself to someone who doesn't seen my worth. He drag me beside the carriage and bend a little and wipe my tears.

"Why are crying?!" He raised his voice but there's a mixtures of uneasiness and frustration.

"Napuling lang ak...." Pinitik na naman niya ang ilong ko at binugbog ko siya

"Stop flickering my nose you giant stick!"

"I told you, what was that tears!

"

"Oh bat ka galit" nakaramdam ako ng kilabot at pati ang mga lunarian na sumisilip ay nataranta. Nabigla naman ako ng tinapunan niya ng espada ang mga yun at tumarak ito sa dingding ng karwahe at namutla yung mga lunarian.  I sighed and touch both of his cheeks and

"Let's watch the sunset"

We sat down on the edge of the cliff. Watching the sun sinking behind the horizon. Di ko maalis ang tanawin sa sunset. I feel so relax and mesmerized by its beauty, and soon will be faded into darkness. And one ball of light will rise spreading it's glittering cape of stars on the gloomy night. Luna crest put down the small box beside me and he open it with a key, from the inside the golden light shone. Nakuha na namin ang pera.

"So, what now" He asked

I didn't look at him but feeling the wind kisses my skin "Let's rest for tonight will continue tomorrow and also we're going back to Estheria, for the harvest festival and met my long time rival on the court" I said and leaned on him

He lay down on the grass and rest his arm in the back of his head "Who was that incompetent soul?"

"Grand duchess Tonali of Esmere" A capital in between two kingdom Devuniak and North Andalia. She is more powerful than me and can inherite the throne and become Queen "She's my childhood friends but we broke  our friendship because of what I did" This Princess accidentally make herself an archenemies and now I'm dealing with it. I'm blaming myself for these stupidity.

"What did you do?"

"A scar on her right face. Maybe today she's preparing herself now to steal my throne " I said and he rose up.

"You mean the princess who hid her right face with a mask?"

"Kilala mo?"

"Of course, I've been around here since you're still on your father's egg.."

"Oyyy!" The head bonk got him stop. And we decided to go back and everyone is preparing for the celebration. The return of Vidiana. Maybe this time he'll announced their proposal to everyone.

Everyone was thrilled, receiving an invitation from their boss.

We both parted when we reach the room. I open the door and saw Luna Vanessa and Quartz preparing their dress. I haven't taken a shower yet. Wala rin akong make up, matatagalan din yun pero dahil maganda naman si Esthelian yung dress nalang ang poproblemahin ko. This territory are ruled by an elegant man. Di tulad sa Ugana at Remana parang magkaaway na clan. Dito para ako nasa palasyo lang ako. His guild is magnificent. His companions are well disciplined and such gentleman but never underestimate their skills since they're still hunter and huntress. Para silang mga mafia.

"Your dress your highness, miss Vidiana wants you to wear this and she gave you a gift, it's her greatest possession and she wants something that you'll remember her before you go back home" said Luna Vanessa and hand me a box with a cute necklace inside. I look at their dress.

"What theme is the ball tonight?"

"Theme?" Luna Quartz stroke her chin and look up the ceiling "Dunno but I saw a woman earlier past me with a mask"

"Masquerade ball siguro" Wala na bang ibang theme bat puro masquerade. Sayang naman yung make up kung itatago lang pero wah ta mahimo.

"Aww so that's explains that their are three mask place together with this dress"

"I'm nervous" Luna Quartz startled and keep on walking in circle inside the room.

Minsan lang sila naiimbita kase masyadong seryoso ang trabaho nila at hindi sila minsan nakakuwi  sa Zendalia. There home is outside the great tree, the branches are home of different types of species of pixies and one of them are Zenith. What so called. The night thieves and the messenger of her majesty and they live secretly near the border of Estheria. I wanted to see their head quarters too. Doors are only open by using that moonrite keystone. "Hold your breath your highness" her voice became a threat on my ears.

"Oh no" I sniffling while watching the corset. I hate that thing!!

I gasped hard and It hard for me to breath. The corset is killing me! I hold on the table. I feel it's squeezing my flesh

"Your highness, you have reach the standards waist of Zendelien"

"You have the same waist with our Superior"

They were astonished but Im dying on my spot, "I don't want to die....!!" I muttered.

Nang matapos na sabay na kaming lumabas at tumunog na sa hall. The chandelier are like crystal. Beneath it all, men and woman in breathtaking fashion dresses swayed to the sound of the waltz. Violins played so beautifully, the melodies hits the spot and I want to glide my body too like them while flexing this dress. Their bodies were heavy with jewels, silk and gold.

I pull up my dress and it's red beads together with the chandelier light creating a romantic lava gown and men on the hall turn their faces on the three gorgeous lady. That's us.  Luna Vanessa dress is like a dancing lilies and the details of her dress amused me. Luna Quartz are like gentle waves of water running on the river. Sparkling. It's like a midday sun watching the gentle flow of the water creating a breathtaking shimmer. It's like we have our great entrance and stand most of the women inside. I saw a food nearby and I was surprised to see Luna Ziegler filling his guts already

"May I have this dance?" May narinig kaming sabay sabay na boses ng lalake sa likuran namin at sila iyon.

I was stunned to see him on a formal suite his like a prince from a romantic movie. Unfair! How can this gorgeous men only exist on fairytales why reality why?!.

I take his hand and we glide to the center. I remember how Nathan asked me for a danced too and it was something that I can truly forget but I feel scorching heat rise on my head and Luna Crest quivers. Whenever I remember that man I'm in rage of despair.

But this man Infront of me is not that jerk anymore. I shook my head and decided to put my arms on his shoulder. Both of us sneered. I forgot our height differences. I just  put my arms on he arms And I felt electrified when he gently put his arm on my waist.

The music softened into another waltz. I never been so lost, his a great dancer, my face steamed because his eyes are causing my poor heart to beat fast. The music changed, as it did the partnered couple broke apart, turning to a new companion and yet he didn't let me go and the men who was supposed to be my next partner at been kicked away by force.

"Gagi bat mo ginawa yun?"

Inilapit niya ang mukha niya sa aking taynga

"Your mine and I'm not sharing with anyone" he whisper and my brain went blank, foggy and my voice get stuck. His voice was so sweet with a hint of lust, screaming his hot papa vibe! I want to get out from this sinful temptation.

I want to dismissed it but my brain tricks me. Bulong lang sa isip ko ng paulit ulit ang sinabi niya. He began to spin me until the song ended. The people on the crowds clapping their hand to our beautiful ending performance. He bowed at me like a prince. Di ako kinilig kase paningin ko sa kanya apat na siya at sinalo niya ako at tinakpan ko ang bibig ko muntik na akong masuka.

Hinila niya ako palabas at dinala ako sa garden. Humugot ako ng malalim na hininga at humawak sa post lamp Parang yumanig utak ko sa ginawa niya. Niyakap kolang ito at narinig ko siyang manahan na tumatawa.

"Pinagtatawanan mo pa talaga ako!"

"My apologies your highness, I couldn't miss the opportunity. I want you all mine"

"Salamat nayanig utak ko sayo. Ano akala mo sakin blender para ikot ikutin mo ng ganon tas sasaktan lang Charr..." pagiging pilosopo ko pa at nilingon ko siya nabigla naman ako kase ang lapit ng mukha niya na kinabigla ko at muntikan pa akong matumba. "Gagi!!"

His eyes were speaking to me. His breath and how he looks at me are making me nuts. I felt butterfly on my stomach by those gaze. But I tried to stop it and rushed for my life but he yanked me down and we feel on the bush.

"Lumayo ka nga Luna Crest katakot ka, wag mo akong titigan ng ganyan!!" Reklamo ko pero natameme lang ako kase ang tingin niya natutunaw ako ng wala sa oras. "L...luna crest?" I'm stuttering and his playing with my lips. Eyes were thirsty. His warm already. Oh my.. gord! Lord Help me stop this temptation.

"Kiss me your highness"

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh "Pakyu! Your killing me" I tried to pull myself out but he wouldn't let me go "Pag di kapa umalis your fired.." bigla niya akong binitawan at manahang tumayo. I tried to catch my breath and stop my heart from pounding out of control.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't on myself earlier" he said on a low monotone. Nilahadan lang niya ako ng kamay at Inalalayan akong tumayo "Let's go back inside it's chilling tonight"

Pumasok na kami at sakto namang nagproposed na si Boss Grimer'e kay miss Vidiana. Nakita kong inaayos ni Emion ang buhok ni Luna Quartz at pano ito ngumiti sa kanya. Nakahanap na ng partner ang lunarian and they look good together at ang chemistry nina Luna Vanessa at Aldanard are on the next level. Pano naman lay Luna Ziegler? I look for him and I saw him with a mouthful of food.

Inabutan ako ng champagne ni Luna Crest at nakita kong tinaas nila ang baso sabay ng pagcongratulate sa kanila "Cheers!!"

"Cheers!" sabay namin lahat.

After the party. I feel bushed and I lay down on the bed. Naloka ako sa ginawa ni Luna Crest kanina. Habang naalala ko iyon di ko mapigilan mataranta at makilig sabay giling giling ko sa kama. That fairy! I'm gonna kill him.

Someone knocked on the door and I walk through the door. I sneak my head and saw Aldanard. Tinawag niya lang ako at lumabas kami at magstop sa kwarto nila "Bakit tayo nandito e kwarto nyo to e" Tanong ko

"Actually, your fairy is amph..." he leave me hung up and open the door and I was shocked to see Luna Crest completely cocooned on the blanket. Nakatali pa siya.

"Anyari?"

"Actually.. Kanina pa siya sa sulok kala ko nawalan na ng bait and also lend me your ears your highness" Aldanard whisper on me and my face steamed.

"He need some holy water"

"Holy water?" I left them confused and I went back to my room. After I close the door I slide down in embarrassment. 

His moaning your name

I walked myself on the bed and someone slam the door and I think I lost my soul and I almost collapse in shock. And it's Luna crest, his sweating, towering with me his height "Your highness I was just" for a big man his voice was warm and soothing. His a tame beast. I saw Aldanard peeping, eavesdropping with a smirk on his face.

"Aldanard take him away please.."

"No lemme explain, your high...."

Aldanard yeeted him out and close the door.
