Yokubou couldn't believe that he was now officially a god of the Shinto Pantheon, with all the powers and responsibilities that came with it.

As his eyes scanned the surroundings, he noticed subtle changes that had transformed the world around him.

The trees stood taller and greener, the sky painted with a mesmerizing shade of blue, and an undeniable energy infused every corner.

It was as if a veil had been lifted, revealing a realm brimming with possibilities.

Yokubou then bowed down slightly whilst saying, "Thank you for giving me your blessing Amaterasu-sama,"

"You can drop the formalities since we're both Deities in Shinto and this is not an official meeting after all," Amaterasu said while taking the tea cup in front of her and sipping the warm tea.

"Then…"

"Amaterasu-onee-san?"

Amaterasu stopped sipping for a second before continuing, while her secretary, Hishohime widened her eyes, her expression hinting slight nervousness but she quickly gained composure and back to her role and demeanor as a secretary.

"Ara~ No one had called me like that in a long time although i don't mind it, but quite a cheeky man aren't you Yokubou-kun?" Amaterasu said in a playful tone as she put down her tea cup.

"Thank you for the compliment," Yokubou joked while noticing the slight change of expression on Hishohime's face before.

'Not that i think about it, i barely noticed her ever since she arrived, only when i called Amaterasu with Onee-san and her demeanor changed'

'Something tells me that the being in front of me is really Amaterasu, which means she's her attendant?'

'She has something about her that has made me ignore her existence, some kind of magic, perhaps?'

'And whatever powers that fixed this place…'

'I might have to dig into the Supernatural world more since it seems that those things became real here'

"I'm very curious, why did you ask me to give you a name?" Amaterasu asked Yokubou and made him snap out of his thoughts.

"It seems appropriate at the moment," Yokubou answered her confidently.

"Hmm, so the little show-"

"I still have no excuse for it, but..." Yokubou looked into Amaterasu's eyes and said,

"Since Onee-san keeps bringing it up, I have to assume that you enjoyed the show?" he said in a playful manner.

Amaterasu laughed immediately when she heard what he said.

"HAHAHAHA,"

After her laughter subsided, she turned her gaze to the bright full moon illuminating the night.

"It's been a long time since I laughed like that," Amaterasu then shifted her gaze back to Yokubou and said, "Quite a brave man you are," she said with a playful grin.

Hishohime's demeanor also seemed to change a bit, showing a hint of confusion about what was happening, but then she went back to filling the teacups in a servant-like manner.

"Thank you," Yokubou said with a gentle smile.

"This place and you remind me of someone," Amaterasu said with a hint of nostalgia in her tone.

"The past owner of this shrine?" Yokubou asked.

Amaterasu nodded and then simply said, "Yes.

Then she continued, "He was Ou no kami, the god of the king/ruler."

"He was the protector of kings, rulers and leaders, and this city is named after him, Kuoh."

At the mention of the name Kuoh, Yokubou stopped sipping for a split second before continuing.

"Those who have received his blessing will have ironclad leadership, and..."

Amaterasu looked at Hishohime, who had unconsciously shown her fox ears and tails while blushing.

"He's quite charming and popular with women, and I can see that you had that talent too, judging by the state of my secretary here~" She said, amused at the state of her secretary.

Hishohime quickly showed her ears and tails, then tried her best to adjust her demeanor to that of a 'professional' secretary, but looking at her boss who was giggling, she had failed.

When she accidentally made eye contact with Yokubou and saw his sweet smile, Hishohime was captivated and unconsciously showed her ears and tails again.

Ignoring the blond kitsune for the time being, Amaterasu finished her tea and said, "Although it was pleasant, I have to be somewhere else tonight."

Then she looked at the dazed kitsune and asked, "Perhaps you would like to stay with Yokubou-kun?"

"Yes..." she said dazedly and then snapped when she realized what she had just said.

"Ara~" Amaterasu giggled amusedly, her kimono sleeves covering her mouth.

Yokubou tilted his head slightly and while grinning said, "I don't mind thinking, we can get to know each other, all~night~long~"

Hishohime's face turned red at Yokubou's teasing voice, then looked at Amaterasu with pleasing eyes that said: 'Amaterasu-sama, don't leave me here'.

Amaterasu closes her eyes for a moment, then opens them with a gentle smile.

Her whole demeanor is back to the motherly mature figure that had the aura of a leader in it.

Then she said to Yokubou, who had corrected his figure because he knew that the fun times were over, "It was a pleasant evening Yokubou, even though I don't want to, I still have to leave."

Yokubou nodded while Amaterasu continued, "I'll assign someone to familiarize you with the supernatural world, since your behavior so far gives little hints of a former human."

Yokubou's eyes widened a bit at her statement, which meant that she'd somehow noticed it either from his habits or his behavior in general.

Amaterasu then continued, "But I won't dig any further because you have asked to be named by me and with your new name, you are reborn and no longer the person you were in the past."

Amaterasu waved her hand, a subtle light shone, then a stack of paper appeared from the light, she then handed it to Yokubou and said, "While you wait for the person to teach you, it might be in your best interest to read these notes."

Yokubou took the notes and bowed slightly in his seat while saying, "Thank you."

Amaterasu then stood up, followed by Hishohime and Yokubou, and they walked towards the shrine's plaza.

Amaterasu and Hishohime bowed slightly while Amaterasu said, "I will ask for your cooperation and help in the future, Yokubo no Kami."

Yokubou then replied, "I will also ask for your cooperation and assistance in the future from now on, Amaterasu-One-sama."

Amaterasu then looked at her secretary and teased her, "Ara~ Hishohime~ Are you sure you don't want to stay here with Yokubou-kun? Your ears and tails are showing again~"

Hishohime bowed in an effort to hide her blush, then quickly activated a teleportation spell, and they both disappeared in an instant.
