Eight, or rather nine beings waged a colossal battle for the ownership of the tenth divine seat. The fight was so fierce that it shattered the heavens and shifted the continents.

To prevent this, they unanimously agreed to sign ghost slave contracts, turning all ghost souls into their slaves. Together, they sealed the passage to the ghost realm and divided the world into 32 vast Ghost Realms, establishing grand cities and starting wars among their ghost slaves.
