(3rd POV)

Entering the Hunter's Association building, Grimmjow and Su-Ho quickly makes their way towards the receptionist desk.

"Excuse me." Grimmjow speaks up after reaching the desk, successfully gaining the attention of the young lady behind the desk.

"How can I help you?" The young lady asks while eyeing the handsome young man in front of her.

"I'd like to register as a Hunter." Grimmjow states his reason for coming here.

One of the receptionist's eyebrows shoot up in question, before she shifts her eyesight towards the sword strapped against Grimmjow's hip. "Okay... You can head to the left over there." She says while gesturing to a hallway in which there's a few seats in front of a room with a sign above it, reading, 'Evaluation Room.' "Over there we will be testing your mana before we determine your rank for your Hunter's license."

Grimmjow nods at the receptionist before walking towards the evaluation room.

"How are they going to determine my rank?" Grimmjow asks Su-Ho after taking a seat next to a nervous man.

"Inside the room is an orb with which they will be testing your mana output. They already have a predetermined system set. So if you have an X to X amount of mana, you will be placed into X Rank. If that made any sense..." Su-Ho finishes with an awkward chuckle.

"I see." Grimmjow nods before a woman exits the evaluation room and calls for Grimmjow to enter.

Meanwhile back at the receptionist desk, a nicely dressed, middle-aged, man walks up to the desk before removing his sunglasses, revealing his light brown eyes which has the same color as his short hair.

"Yes?" The man speaks to the receptionist.

"Chief Inspector!" The receptionist expresses the man's title. "Ah, yes. There was a suspicious man who came for a Hunter's license a few seconds ago. I looked up his appearance, but I couldn't find him." She explains, handing the man a photo of Grimmjow.

"I will look into it." The man says before walking out of the building.

"Haaaah." After exiting the building, the man releases a long breath and wipes the sweat off his forehead. "Whoever this man is, is someone I'm not capable of handling." He says while looking at the picture in his grip.

The man is Woo Jin-Chul, one of the best A-Rank Hunters, and also Chief Inspector of the Korean Hunters Association's Surveillance Team.

Woo Jin-Chul puts his sunglasses back on and walks off towards someone who he thinks is better suited against this unknown man.

Inside an office space, three men could be seen. Two of them on the verge of fighting, while the third could be seen massaging his temples.

"You entered my Guild's dungeon!" The muscular man with spiky orange hair, orange eyes, pronounced canine teeth, and neatly trimmed sideburns, yells at the man next to him. This man is know as Baek Yoonho. a Korean S-Rank Hunter who specializes in transformation magic and the Guild Master of the White Tiger Guild.

"You have no proof." The second man wearing glasses and red hair in a curtain hairstyle, that is parted over the left side of his right eye, claims as he glances at Baek Yoonho next to him. He is known as Choi Jong-In. a Korean S-Rank Hunter who specializes in fire magic and the Guild Master of the Hunters Guild.

"Both of you calm down!" The third man says as he stands up from his seat, revealing his muscular body with gray hair, greenish-gray eyes, and numerous scars on his body. Go Gunhee. a Korean S-Rank Hunter and the Chairman of the Korean Hunters Association.

"Guild leader Choi. Just pay White Tiger Guild the amount at which they paid for the Gate with some incentive." Go Gunhee sighs. "I'm too old for this. The Chairman of the Korean Hunters Association is forced to break up catfights." He chuckles. "Who would've thought?"

"Catfight?!" Both Baek Yoonho and Choi Jong-In exclaim. Before the two get a chance to start again, a knock could be heard on the door.

"Enter." Go Gunhee calmly says, quite eager to get someone else in his office other than the two who seem to always want to rip each other apart.

"Chairman." Woo Jin-Chul walks into the office and stops in front of Go Gunhee, choosing to ignore the two Guild leaders. "This person," He places the photo of Grimmjow in front of Go Gunhee. "Has entered the Hunter's Association building wanting to register as a Hunter. After being informed that he has no history by the receptionist, I called my team and informed them to look for anything that could be related to the man... I found nothing."

Go Gunhee picks up the picture before looking at Woo Jin-Chul. "His strength?" He asks a shot question while passing the picture to the nosey duo behind Woo Jin-Chul.

"Strong." Woo Jin-Chul states, surprising Go Gunhee. "Unreasonably so."

"Hooh." Baek Yoonho releases a breath. "If Chief has such high regards of him, then he must be S-Rank." He says while giving Choi Jong-In the picture.

"I might be paranoid..." Woo Jin-Chul lets out. "But I think he's stronger."

"You mean..?" Go Gunhee asks as pin drop silence envelops the office.

"Yes." Woo Jin-Chul nods. "I think he's either already, or close to, National-Rank."

Go Gunhee looks into Woo Jin-Chul's eyes. "Hmm... Put surveillance on his every move. Find out if he's a threat to this country." He says while messaging his neck.

"Yes, Chairman." Woo Jin-Chul starts walking towards the door of the office before being stopped by Guildmaster Choi Jong-In's question.

"What if he isn't a threat?" Choi Jong-In asks.

"Then we need not worry, but rather celebrate. We could potentially gain a strong ally, or a strong enemy." Go Gunhee smiles as he answers Choi Jong-In's question. "But first we must find out-" Go Gunhee's words get stuck in his throat as he feels a strong aura not far from him.

"H-Holy shit." Choi Jong-In stutters, feeling the aura. "You weren't joking, Chief." He says, refering to what Woo Jin-Chul said earlier.
