The next day, Yuna accompany her grandfather at the small bakery shop.
Of course, she shut herself in at the backdoor where baking was done because as an Otaku, she has some social phobia and also, socializing drains her energy.
Anyway, she has a hearty and chatty grandfather who can do the dealing with customer.
In the afternoon, however, her grandfather want to set more trap and make use of Yuna availability to go to the forest to cut more wood and hunt a few prey, Yuna has no choice but to greet and deal with the customer.
Although having a social phobia, as an adult who has to deal with society even if she dread so in her previous life could still put on a calm façade and deal with the customer.
"Little Yu is helping out grandpa Orion to wait the shop today?"
'As you can see'
Even if she sarcastically thought so Yuna still squeeze out a polite smile at the auntie who came to buy bread and said "Yeah, Grandpa wants to cut some more wood and store some firewood for the rainy season that was drawing near"
"I see… what a good child, helping out your grandfather"
"Hehe…" Yuna put on a shy smile although she inwardly urges her to leave quickly.
Why are aunties always so chatty?
After the aunt left, the bell on the door once again rang.
'Sigh… why so many customer?'
Yuna look at the new customer that enter and almost forgot to greet the customer.
"Hello Austin"
It was the male protagonist, our main character of <How to power up in another world>.
"Hello…..Y..una"
'Ah… he was trying his best to recall my name'
Yuna don't actually blame him, he was after all an over achiever who focus solely on training. At least he gave time to remember his classmate face and ….name?
If he was famous for his excellence and hard working attitude, then Yuna is famous for her laziness and fulfilling only the bare minimum at school.
Of course Yuna don't mind being called lazy behind her back because she really is. What's wrong with being lazy? It's not like she harm anyone or eat their food.
"What would you like to buy?"
Austin looked around and point at a somewhat cheap bread. Although cheap, Yuna still make sure to bake it soft and fluffy and even teach her grandfather a new way of baking. The reason why her grandfather shop suddenly become popular was because it is not expensive but is still good and tasty.
Yuna pack the bread while receiving copper coins from the protagonist.
"Wait a minute…"
Yuna run hurriedly at the back door and came out with a box shape packing.
"It's the new type of cake I recently come up with, try it at home. Classmate benefit"
Yuna smiled.
'Eat some more and fatten yourself up main character, so damn too skinny!'
Yuna silently encourage.
Austin kept quiet for a moment and look at the box that contains an appetizing smell, the smell gave out a familiar scent and remind him of his previous world.
"…..Is it chocolate flavoured?"
"Chocolate? What's that?" Yuna gave a puzzled expression and play ignorant "There is a new type of beans that have been imported in town, it was called ….ermmm cocoa beans? It was really bitter and I even questioned whether it can be eaten. I experiment it as I quite like the smell, it turn out to be quite good"
Yuna gave a satisfied smile, giving her best in acting. She could even stay composed and maintain a straight face when reading yaoi, the smut scene in public. There is no way she will not be able to maintain her composure in front of the protagonist.
"Is that so…"
Austin felt a little lost listening to the explanation.
Many things remind him that he has come to another world and is no longer in his original world making him feel somewhat lost and helpless. Still, he has to move on and did his best to live and survive just as he did in his previous life when monster suddenly ran rampant.
He also has a family he can care for now…..
Looking at the fleeting lost expression on the boy somewhat mature expression, Yuna sigh slightly in her heart.
Even she herself still feels lost and tried to adapt and found her ground in the new world ah…
After careful consideration, Yuna feel even more reluctant to acknowledge fellow transmigrator where their life choice is vastly different. He— the road to become strong and stood at the pinnacle of strength. She— to just go with the flow and live life at her own leisure pace. Not to mention that they are not from the same earth.
In her earth, there is no such thing as dungeon break....yet? The future is uncertain so Yuna does not want to make a firm statement. Who knows, Dungeon break may also occur in her original world in the near future as well but she is no longer there to witness it.
Anyway, Yuna label her earth as #1 earth and Choi Min earth as #2 earth.
Not that she think her earth is superior, it is only right to give her own earth the #1 position you know.
"I'm going to make some beverage with that cocoa bean, I'll let you get the first try for free"
Yuna said, to lighten the mood.
"Umm" Austin nod before giving his thanks for the cake and left the bakery and toy shop.
Yuna look at the retreating back of Austin before withdrawing her gaze.
As for telling about the male protagonist about his future events, well, if God gave her the memory to recall, she will tell him.
Yuna always wonder how those transmigrator could recall so specifically the events and plot points. Those lead halo is truly superb.
Anyway, instead of worrying about others, she has to worry about herself and how to settle herself in her new world first.
She is an ordinary person and not like those male lead, female lead who can think and plan ten step ahead. Give her a slack man.
