Arthur was in his Bed thinking about the Rebellion, on their side there is the North, Vale, Riverlands, and Stormlands. And from what his spies say, Jon Arryn and Hoster Tully is a good Strategist, Robert Baratheon is the Fighter, and Ned Stark is Both a Fighter and a Strategist.

On the Mad Kings side was the Reach, Dorne, and the Crownlands. The Westerlands however is staying neutral, watching from the sides, waiting for the Perfect time to Strike. The One he is worried the Most is Olenna Tyrell, The Queen of Thorns. And Tywin Lannister, if he wishes to go to War with all of the other Six Kingdoms, there is a Chance that he will win.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

"The Council is ready, My Lord. They are waiting for you."

Arthur walked into the Council Chamber, Everyone was on the Table, only the Magisters were not as they were Ruling Braavos. Arthur went to the Head of the Table, and sat there.

"My Lords, Hope you had a wonderful Morning."

"You too, My Lord."

"So Arthur, Is this about Stark coming here Earlier and then Leaving instantly? And you, Ordering Legio II Augusta, to Sail Here and be Battle Ready. Legio II is only tasked for Special Orders, Immediate Responses, or going to Westeros. So tell me, Why? And don't reason that you only summoned them because they are the only Legion without any Tasks."

"As a matter of fact yes, this is about Stark coming here and Leaving instantly. And also about me Summoning Legio II."

"So? Why? I have an idea but i want to hear it from you First. Legio II Augusta is the Elite of the Elite of our Legions, Summoning them means something."

Silence came from Arthur, he is not Nervous, No. He is just finding the right words, to not cause panic among them.

"Earlier, Lord Stark came to me. Since the tourney at Harrenhall Westeros has been in Chaos. Lyanna Stark was Kidnapped by Rhaegar Targaryen and both Brandon Stark and Rickard Stark has been Killed by the Mad King. The North, The Vale, The Stormlands, and maybe The Riverlands will Rebel. Lord Stark came here to ask me One Thing, to Aid him in the Wars to come."

"You refused....Right? Then Lord Stark became Angry and he Left, and now you are summoning Legio II to Defend Exsilium because you are worried that Stark will think that we are siding with the Mad King, and then Stark, the North, and all the Others will go to War with us....Right?"

"Yes. You are absolutely correct."

"Arthur, we can't risk a war just for an Old Friend. We are not even sure if we will win!"

"I Understand that, but if we win, we get to form our Kingdom and they will Recognize it as a Kingdom, they will also give us Duskendale if we are able to Help them Significantly. We will be able to do anything we want in Essos, without having to worry about the Seven Kingdoms. Conquer the Free Cities, and Overall, Rule Essos."

"Let's just say we DO Support you in going to War. What's your plan?"

"First, Ned's plan is to meet up in Moat Cailin, and once we have Assembled we will go to Riverrun and he will Marry Catelyn Tully, once we have the Riverlands support we will Regroup with Robert Baratheon's Army then siege Kings Landing."

"Hm. A pretty Good Plan, but we know that you have a plan of your own."

"Correct. Legio II is the Most Trained Legion in our Army, They are trained in Naval Operations and Land Operations. They can be Cavalry, Archers, Swordsmen, or Spearmen. My Plan is, and Once they arrive in Three Days, we sail along the Coast until we reach Dragonstone, They will have their Fleet Docked there, if they don't Interrupt us. We raid Dragonstone take their Supplies, not only their supplies but also their Ships. Their Navy will be Weakened and ours Strengthened. Once done, I will have Horses from Braavos Delivered to us by Sea. We sail south and land in the Stormlands, then to the Reach. I will do everything to Distract, Defeat, and just completely annoy the Enemies there as long as Possible with Cavalry and Guerilla Tactics. When I cannot hold them up anymore i will make them Believe that i have Left the Reach and have Retreated North, i will let them pass and follow them Slowly, they will eventually meet the North's Army, and once a Battle occurs I will try to Attack them from Behind."

A few seconds of silence came as they thought carefully about the Strategy. Calisto was the First to Speak.

"A good plan, Arthur. But one wrong move and it could Jeopardize our whole Army. It is much safer to go with Ned Stark and the Others."

"That is why we have the whole Army on Horseback, and besides we will be spread out everywhere on the Reach that if one Cohort is even Attacked, they could just use Ravens to notify us and then Reinforce them with Lightning Speed, or even lure the Enemies towards us."

"What about the Westerlands? What if they suddenly join the Mad Kings side?"

"Then i Retreat via the Narrow Sea and regroup with the Others."

"Are you sure they will kep their word and Recognize our Kingdom?"

"Ned Stark is a man of Honor, and Robert Baratheon Trusts him, and treats him like a brother. Im sure he will be able to convince him"

"Then you have our Full Support. Even if you didn't give that speech about your plans."

"Hahaha, this War is not so Bad, Raganvad. Besides we will be able to take Revenge of what the Mad King said about Me and Ariana."
