Damien's POV

After getting someone to find out her current location, I went to the mall where I knew she would be. Parking my car, I went in search of her. I went to each floor my eyes yearning for her. Searching for her high and low. My heartbeat increasing by second not being able to find her.

Finally giving up thinking she must have went home, I decided to go back. Just then I heard a pleasant laughter. It was inviting. It made something in me come alive. I turned to the source of the laughter. I couldn't believe it.

It was her. She was sitting down in a restaurant. She was giggling and sticking her tongue out at her sister. It was such a cute sight to see.

Without me realising my legs were walking towards her. Sensing my stare, she turned towards me. The moment her eyes made contact with mine, I swear my heartbeat stopped for a sec. After some time she quickly turned away.
