5 days after lan clan returned to gusu.

"Sector leader ",a servant spoke to jiang fegmian.
" speak" jiang fegmian .
"sector leader lan ,Madam lan along with other lan clan members is here to visit you "
" huh? go hurry let them in " jiang fegmian spoke excitedly .He couldn't express how happy he is today to meet sector leader Qingheng jun,his childhood friend .

Today Gusu's sector leader, qingheng jun ,madam lan ,lan xichen along with some of other Gusu elders is here to visit them. jiang fegmian,jin yanli and madam yu greeted them. They all sat inside one of the hall in lotus pier .They all started chatting, reminiscing their old days and discussing some clan matters ...
" it's been a long time since we last chatted " Qingheng jun said to jiang fegmian.
" where is A cheng and A Xian? Are they okay ?"madam lan asked worriedly .
" No no they are completely fine . It's just that 2 days ago they went to yunping city ." madam yu replied .
"yes A Xian wanted to visit so they went.They will come back tomorrow's evening " jiang fegmian.
" yunping city ? is everything okay ?"Qingheng jun asked
While chatting jiang fegmian noticed that qingheng jun and madam lan were seems to a bit nervous and hesitate to speak and we occassionally glancing at each other. Though lan xichen was smiling like he always use to but then also one can clearly sense a bit of tension among them .
" is everything fine ? I can sense a bit of tension? " jiang fegmian can't help himself from asking qingheng jun .
qingheng jun exchanged a look between madam lan and lan xichen as if talking through eyes .madam lan nodded to his husband .
" sector leader jiang ,we have an important matter to discuss . actually.."qingheng jun looked at his wife . she smiles before continuing,
" Actually Sector leader jiang we are here to propose a marriage "
" A marriage ?" confused jiang fegmian looked at his wife and daughter .
" yes ,We Gusu clan sector is here to propose a marriage between yungmeng second young master, Wei wuxian and gusu clan second young master ,lan wangji . with whole lan clan's consent we are proposing this marriage "
"This marriage and with your,madam yu and jiang clan's consent we are asking for A xian's hand in marriage ."
Qingheng jun and madam lan said with a smile plastered on their face .showing how much happy they are to propose this marriage.

Listening to his friend's proposal and with how determined the voice is jiang fegmian knew this isn't a joke . They are actually proposing the marriage .
Personally ,jiang fegmian likes lan wangji very much. I mean who wouldn't ? when he is so disciplined,
strongest cultivator ,with high spiritual power and comes from one of the strongest clan .Being the most talented and strongest cultivator he still adores everyone his kind nature and charming personality can melt anyone's heart .
If jiang fegmian have to then he would gladly accept this marriage between his son and lan wangji but for him Wei wuxian's approval matters the most and he will ask his son before coming into a conclusion. so he hesitated to accept the proposal however there is a yes from him.
" we ,jiang clan didn't have an object either .we gladly accept this marriage but ..I think we should ask A Xian first . without his approval I cannot come to any conclusion . Afterall he has to spend his life after marriage ... as from me and madam yu we are gladly accepting this marriage ..."
" we will wait for A Xian to come before . Then only we can come to a decision "jiang fegmian said surprised but happy too . whole the time madam yu nodded in agreement for this marriage .
" sure ,Afterall they will be the one to spend their life together after this marriage and as for now ,lan clan will patiently wait for A xian's decision and whatever will be his decision we will gladly accept. This should not affect our relationship " , Qingheng jun said and hugged jiang fegmian .Their smiles showing how excited and happy and looking forward they are for this marriage .
after discussing more ,jiang fegmian insisted them to have lunch with them .After their lunch with jiang clan they headed back to Gusu .
Tomorrow's evening jiang cheng and Wei wuxian returned back to lotus Pier and jiang fegmian told Wei wuxian about this marriage proposal at their dinner table and the rest you know .

It was yesterday night when jiang fegmian told Wei Ying about the marriage proposal after that they went to their respective rooms . The night was peacefully for everyone except for Wei Ying .
The previous night wei Ying didn't able to sleep . He finished 5 bottle of alcohol straight in the hope that he will finally fall asleep now but to his disappointment, even after finishing 5 bottle he didn't able to get rest .
The more he thought of this and hope it's just dream nothing more than that, the more he felt it's reality .somehow at around 3 am he finally manage to sleep but after laying on bed for just 3 hour he woke up .
That surprised everyone but Wei Ying was more surprised than other .
firstly ,he didn't know why lan clan proposed a marriage between yunmeng jiang sector and that to with him and on top of that HE IS A MAN !
he knew that it doesn't matter if a man gets married to another man. that time it was close to common ... but to wei Ying it matters cause he never saw a man in that way but the more shocking thing was he never liked a woman either !!
yes that true ! Wei ying likes attention . he is kind hearted , he never like seeing girls being sad so he fools around just to make them happy.
He flirts with girls just because he craves for some attention and more because he like teasing jiang cheng but in reality he never flirted with girls because of any other intentions or any other means . His poor heart never beats for anyone except for his mother , shijie and his family .
he never admire a female or a male in a love way (◠‿◕)
The next morning he skipped his breakfast .After yanli forced him a lot he finally ate lunch ... the whole day jiang cheng didn't dare to engage in a fight with him . That made everyone amazed . The boy they admire a lots . The young man who can't keep his mouth shut even after jiang cheng beat the shit out of him . The man who never fails to play a prank on others . The man whose mouth keep on serving nonsense 24×7 is ...quite ... somewhere lost in his own lonely world .
sorry Wei ying for describing you like that . Don't take it seriously. I love you more than myself but less than lan Zhan 😂🤭❤️
The next day wasn't different either . The whole day passed jin ling trying to make his uncle laugh , jiang cheng tries to tease him as to make him smile and yanli coaxing him to eat.
jiang fegmian was worried but didn't talk to wei ying as he knew the more he will ask the more Wei Ying will try to show them he is okay . another reason is that he wanted Wei ying to think about this marriage carefully and so he wanted to give him space .
Madam yu as usual didn't care about him at all . for her, he didn't exist in this world but in reality when Madam lan gave the marriage proposal madam yu tried to convince jiang fegmian somehow to accept this marriage proposal. She thought, if Wei wuxian will marry lan wangji then he have to leave yunmeng then jiang cheng will be the next sector leader of jiang clan .
she is not the evil or something she is just a possessive and overprotective mother who wants to see his on top of everyone .
she is well aware of Wei wuxian's flirty nature . so she thought of this evil plan to somehow convince jiang fegmian to accept this marriage .
she knew that Wei ying will never agree to marry a man and if he somehow agree then after this marriage he will not have a happy life. This way she wanted to make Wei wuxian life disgust . she just wanted to make his life hell ...
not knowing that somehow she is making his life close to heaven ! (≧▽≦)

somehow 3 days passed and From the day since jiang fegmian told Wei ying about this marriage one hardly see him hanging out with his friends like before . He only drink yanli's lotus pork rib soup and gulps alcohol. He neither play with his shidis nor he plays pranks on others which is why everyone is so worried . apart from this the only thing he do is to sit alone and play chenging.
Wei became thin and pale as he is not in the right state to think . He didn't really care about his own apperance..
(At evening)
wei ying didn't know when he did fell asleep while playing chenqing . Now it's already dark and he is still sleeping .
" ...mo.. mother?" Wei ying mumbles mouth hang open . He could not believe his eyes . He is watching his mother , Wei changse standing right infront of his own eyes .
" A Xian , my little a Xian . i miss you so much look at you.how pale you have became ..you became thin too..." shw said fondly but then her voice sounded concerned.
" mother... but how ?" he is amazed at her sudden appearance .
" A Xian do you believe mama ? "
" yes I believe you maa I believe you "
" Then trust me with this ... "
" I wat to see my old a xian again"
"I have to go now ... a-xian , I love you always"
" No don't...Mother ! where are you ?! mother I can't see you "
" Mother!!" Wei ying woke up screaming .
He is breathing hard, sweat is dripping from his forehead , eyes filled with tears .Wiping swear drops from his sleeves he look around to find himself on ground . He could not believe it was a dream but if it was really a dream he didn't wanted to wake up . It's been so many years since he last had a dream like this. He is now on the verge of breaking down .
" A Xian " ,a sweet voice ranged in his ears and this time he knows that it is not his dream .
He moved his gaze upward and saw a women dressed in white ,flower on her hair,half of her hair tied like a bun and the rest were open and because of the light evening breeze 9f the forest he hair are dancing with the air .In short , she is looking like a fairy from heavens.
just by looking at her for once , He immediately recognised her . I mean how can he not recognise? the figure infront of his own eyesis Wei changse, his mother .
He couldn't imagine his mother is standing infront of him or maybe her figure .was it real ? an illusion or his another dream ? he couldn't figure out what it is exactly. before he could say anything or ask her anything . He heard her speaking in a low and soft voice.The voice he couldn't mistake ,yes it's her !,
" A Xian mommy loves you."
These were the only words he heard before the figure disappear in thin air .
...I need tissues now . lan Zhan where are you ?!*sobbing* :'(
" No mother no*sob* ... don't* sniff* leave me * cries* " Wei ying cries as the figure of his mother suddenly disappeared
wiping his sweat drops ,Wei ying looked around confused, scared , upset ,serious if these were to see at the same time Wei Ying can become an example for it .
tears rolling down from his eyes . He felts sad but he was happy too . Afterall,He saw his mother after such a long time ...though he himself don't know that if was true or it was a dream may be his illusion but he didn't care cause he was happy to know that his mother is happy in heaven .
" Mother,I will make sure you are happy in heavens " Wei ying said before heading back to lotus pier .
One day has passed since that incident in the forest .Noone In lotus pier except jiang fegmian, jiang cheng, jin yanli , madam yu knows about this marriage proposal. Both of the clan thought to wait until Wei ying's answer then finally announcing everything. Though in Gusu clan everyone knows about this but they didn't announce this to other either .
//AT ANCESTORS HALL//
"A Xian ,you should wash your hairs ." yanli said caressing his hairs
" No ,shijie will wash it for me " wei Ying saud in a cute baby voice while resting his head oj yanli's lap
" oh how old are you ?"
" I m three years old " ,Wei ying said showing his three finger to her .
" hahaha" They both giggles
" what does this three year old kid think about marriage ?", a voice came from behind,a little annoyed.
Wei ying looked at the owner of the voice who stood infront of them , it's jiang cheng .He is not in a pleased mood he is actually tired and angry on Wei Ying . he can't bear to see Wei ying like this .
" wei wuxian ,father is really worried. If you don't want to marry him just say"
" what is your decision?" ,jiang cheng asked .
"...", Wei ying
" Wei wuxian, don't force yourself .we are tired of seeing you like this. If you don't want to marry him . I will tell father to reject this proposal..",saying this jiang cheng turned around and started walking but after one step .He stopped when Wei ying spoke,
" jiang cheng ,if you are going to see father .Then pass him a message too ".
jiang cheng turned towards Wei Ying who started speaking ,
" tell him that I accept this marriage proposal and I m ready to marry Hanguang jun" ,wei ying said looking at his shijie .

"...."jin yanli .
both of their mouth hang open .jiang Cheng's eyes ball were about to pop out from huw shocket.with shuttering voice he said .
" No ...need to force yourself..."
" I m not forced . it's my own decision .Tell father ,I agreed for this marriage " Wei ying spoke
' if this is what my mother want I will fulfil her wish to make sure she is happy in heaven '
jiang cheng only gave him a look of disbelief.
" Aiya I m not joking * pouts* "
