Bk3: Ch– 98 Allium(pt-1)

The next few days for Rosa were eventless. The usual tea parties with the Empress and the studies continued. Rosa dreaded the dressing up part in the castle. She had to also stand with the Empress to welcome the guests into the castle. They are supposed to welcome important guests. Rosa noticed these were mostly the female aristocrats sent to their side. She could not recognize any of them. She followed the motions of the Empress to avoid any silly mistakes. Isabella, on the other hand, impressed her. She had all under control and knew the identity of the people and their houses. She even asked about their house business.

‘A true empress, isn’t she?’ The shadow floated to Rosa’s side yawning.

He was bored with standing around. Rosa also yawned; she was glad to have the veil covering the bottom of her face making it easy to hide her expressions.
