Sensei 12: The Unknown(?) Dark Swordsman

Kouki's instincts were completely telling him that the armored man in front of him was completely evil because he deduced that the dark armored warrior did not hesitate to kill the ones who were just camping on this site. They could have been adventurers or wanderers.

At least that was what he actually sees.

And, "too early"? What is this guy talking about? Maybe he's actually scared that he is meeting the hero and his allies?

"Meld! We have to bring him to justice! He's killed those people!" Kouki asked Meld, who only sighed.

This reckless kid.....

Although they still have other choices, this kid doesn't seem to think about those.

"I have no business with you. Now, I'm just going to have the pleasure of walking back to the slave cages....." The dark warrior turned around to leave, when suddenly....

"Stop right there!!!" Kouki shouted, stopping the dark warrior from even finishing whatever he wanted to say while he moves back.

"What." The armored person didn't ask. He was just.... flabbergasted and disappointed.

"You said that you wanted to do something about the slaves, right? Ugh, you're despicable!"

...

'.... What the hell is wrong with past- ahem, this.... child!?' The warrior could not help but have his mouth and one of his eyebrows twitch.

In reality, he was still in the process of freeing some beastmen and two human slaves, before necessarily killing the bandit group. And just right on time, the "Hero" came in.

He has absolutely no time for the hero, because he's going to just waste some time in a match that is simply too one sided.

So, the warrior continued to move.

Meld thought that they shouldn't attack the man, because he felt that there is no way that they could defeat the dark warrior.

The students, aside from Kouki, were all confused, though even if they had a slight disgust from killing these people, they know that the dark armored warrior was somewhat if a good person.

Besides, those people look like bandits in fantasy media, and the fact that the person wanted to free some slaves....

.... Yeah, most of them had decided to watch what happens.

Even Eri, who had lost her affection towards Kouki, finally seeing him as what he truly is.

And, to Kouki.....

He doesn't see the warrior casually ignoring his existence, he only saw the evil warrior retreating because of his (The Hero's) sheer might.

Before Kouki could chase him down, Meld stopped him.

"No, don't go. He's dangerous." Meld warned him, hoping to at least convince him. But, Kouki definitely is a stubborn, reckless kid who firmly believed in his own childish ideals.

"I'm going, Meld. I've changed my mind. If he isn't brought to justice sooner, then he might do more of this!"

"Tsk.... Fine." Meld really didn't have any other choice, but because of their distracting conversation, the dark warrior was already far away.

Due to this, Kouki had to dash towards the warrior for a few seconds, and successfully stopped the man by his tracks.

'... I have to subdue him.'

So, what happened?

The dark warrior didn't need to unsheath his sword, because Kouki was just a little too weak.

To compensate for using his sword, The Dark Warrior, let's just call him DW for now, he just used one hand and kept swatting away Kouki's sword, that also kept going back to his hands, for a few minutes.

"... Haa.... Haa..... Haa... What is wrong with this evildoer?" Kouki muttered while being exhausted, in which DW raised the hand he kept using to swat Kouki's Holy Sword away and then showing his middle finger to him.

"Lord Knight!" A girl's voice sounded from nearby, which seemed to distract DW, who looked at where the voice came from.

It was from a teenager with brown hair, who instead of having normal ears, she had a pair of visible rabbit ears with the color of her hair. She also wore ragged clothing, which barely hid her body (*1).

"Didn't I tell you to stay there until I come back safely?" DW said, which only made the rabbit girl bow her head with a small squeak.

DW only sighed afterwards, before dodging a sudden slash to his head, which only damaged his helmet and practically rendered it almost useless.

In reflex, DW quickly swatted away Kouki with a backhand slap to the face which launched him to the ground with a concussion.

Then, DW took off his helmet and then proceeded to throw it at 375 km/h to Kouki's head, successfully knocking the brat out cold with an injury to his head that can still be healed.

This did make the rabbit girl squeal in surprise and shock.

"Don't worry, I did not kill the bad guy. I only do it if necessary."

DW proceeded to leave, with a slightly scared rabbit girl following him and hesitantly asking some questions while Meld immediately commanded that Kouki had to be brought back and healed immediately before they proceed to Holward. They would not attack DW because he only defended himself.

However, Shizuku and a few studente still stared at DW's back.

That person.....

Who was he, and how did he slightly look like Kouki? He might just be a powerful denizen of this world who somehow looked a little similar to him.

Backstory: Just some random rabbit girl who lived an incredibly normal life in Verbergen and also possessed skills that were unknown to her fellow rabbitmen, and could see most things differently, who was then captured with a few other beastmen. Saved by DW after two days. She can be annoying at random times.
