A Wishful Nap

As the purple lightning strike hit the skeleton, a loud bam was heard as electricity passed through nearly half of the room, if Xavier had been any closer he'd gotten electrocuted by far too many blots for the human body to handle, in short, he'd die. Other than a few cracks and burn marks on the burns, the skeleton was unphased. Xavier watched in shock questioning how its mana core was untouched, if he had damaged its mana cost then all the bones would detach and it would return to a normal pile of bones again, and if he did so much as graved it, one of its bones would detach, for example, an arm, but nothing happened which meant that he was not able to land a single attack on its core, nothing, he didn't even touch it for that matter.
