A mechanical emotionless, monotone voice was heard by everyone intelligent individual. The voice transcended everything as each and every word was heard directly inside the brain, it doesn't matter whether the individual was sleeping or completely awake, everyone heard it and 'remember it' as much as they remember their name.

It took about 2-3 minutes for the emotionless mechanical monotone voice to completely convey its message.

Just as it stopped, everyone's body around the world started glowing. Rather than glowing, fluorescence is the right word.

Many people had different opinions at this time.

Some 'great' individuals took selfies to brag it out.

Some got scared, the fear of the unknown gripped their heart.

Some tried different activities to try to get rid of it, like drinking water but to no avail.

Ran was still researching about the portal like objects on his computer when he heard the emotionless mechanical monotone voice.

Just as the 'voice' conveyed its message, he heard his sister's scream. He stood up from his chair so fast and ran towards her that the chair fell and made a *thud* noise. He hastily went out to check the condition of his sister.

When he saw that his family members were glowing (fluorescence), he was completely startled, being a biotechnology student, he has never heard or read about human glowing out of nowhere.

Ran's mom is a simple housewife, Sakshi. She is a very simple-minded person with simple dreams. Fair-skinned, slightly chubby, well healthy would be a better word, standing 5 foot 5 inch tall. Has shoulder-length brown hair, and black eyes. Neither too pretty nor too ugly, yet incredibly beautiful.

She had a really tough day today. Things which she had never imagined has happened today. She doesn't even know what to think now.

She just like most of the mom she wants that both her son and daughter get settled down nicely and she owns her own house in the city Delhi.

When she woke up today in her daily routine, everything seemed fine but eerily quite. Which made her feel anxious.

To check things out she went out to the balcony and what she saw scared the hell out of her. She doesn't even know what those very large blue things are called but the army beside them don't look normal. As fast as she can she woke up Ashok, her husband.

All-day long the things somewhat settled down but now seeing herself and her children glowing like fireflies makes her really scared.

Sakshi went ahead, bowed her head towards a homemade temple and begged, 'God, please make my children safe. That's all I ask for. Please.'

Mehak, Ran's younger sister, she is two years younger than him. She is in her final school year, just a few months and she will graduate. She wears glasses, fair-skinned, slim body, brown hair and brown eyes, she is someone who can be said pretty, not the incredible ones, but pretty.

She has been worried about her uncertain future as well. After she saw the portal like object today and all the news on the media she has already been scared but when she started glowing instantaneously, she finally screamed to get rid of all the uneasiness she had felt today.

The same applies to Ran's father, Ashok, middle-aged. Somewhat dark in colour, spectacle-wearing plump man.

Just like every father he has been worried about his family's future.

Ran finally noticed that not only his family members but he was glowing as well. After examining himself, he noticed that he felt warm and comfortable.

All his uneasiness, all his worrying was getting slowly erased.

It felt really good.

The same applied to his family members as well, since his sister who initially screamed calmed down as well.

After verbally checking that no one in his family felt uncomfortable, all his remaining worries were finally gone.

After 30-40 seconds, which seemed an eternity for him. The glowing light on his body (fluorescence) faded away.

Afterwards, a mechanical voice sounded in his mind directly.
