'Drark what just happened?' I asked as I looked at the sky where the silver dragon originally was.

'Your aura triggered the dimensional magic, Spatial energy, and Temporal force when combined is starlight! Spatial magic controls space, temporal magic controls time, and dimensional magic controls both.' Drrak lectured.

I aptly listened to the explanation comprehending every bit. It would make sense that as the creator of such a space, the First King could manipulate it to whatever extent he wished even if that meant time reversal!

I wandered closer to the tree, with the spatial storms and death Qi faded it was much safer. The death Qi which was like a black fog had obscured the grim beauty of the tree. But the death qi didn't disperse from the ground, with each step it became like grog. Each step allowing it consume my upper leg more and more.

I resisted it with stomped on the ground using lightning step as I approached the Azure Tree. When I was in front of the tree, I saw an engraving on it.

"The tongue of dragons, and the words of man." Written in a beauty cursive style, below it was an Elven beauty and a rain dragon.

The rain dragon had capitulated to the long-eared blonde beauty. She had an alluring smile, as she stroked the dragon's head. I heard whispers from my soul, an urge to touch the dragon. I reached out unconsciously and touched it.

Then the world faded away, it collapsed in moments. But I stood there still touching the azure tree, communicating with its grim beauty. A burning vitality of the Azure Tree transmitted into my body, the energy was Wood True Essence!

The essence entered into my black lotus as an Azure Tree imprinted onto a lotus leaf. The leaf became a healthy vibrant green as it released power vitality into my body. My void comprehension rotated as it consumed the power of the tree. The lightning leaf expanded as the whole leaf became shrouded in intense lightning.

I felt closer to a breaking point, my true qi and my void comprehension both increased. 1%, 2%, 3%, and then finally 4% in both my stats. But then void comprehension didn't stop it just kept increasing until it hit 9%.

As my insights increased the tree slowly disappeared until only the empty void. My eyes flashed open as I saw castle appear in the distance, I quietly walked following the feeling of familiarity. When I finally reached it I saw a splendid temple, beautifully crafted sculptures abound. Various powerful figures, ones of great courage. It painted a scene of an immortal army fighting nightmares.

All sort of fey beasts, tentacled space creatures, and even the Silver Dragon, and a blue dragon with a tempest raging around it. The blue dragon was like a wind divinity, sweeping through all threats with a single swipe of its wings.

As I went deeper into the castle I could see words on more of the sculptures. Then at the end was 5 mantras that corresponded with an image. In the mantra was a powerful aura of a true dragon!

"Wood feeds Fire- Fusang

Fire creates Earth- Vermillion Bird

Earth bears Metal- Earthworm

Metal collects Water- Black Tortoise

Water nourishes Wood- Rain dragon"

I sat down and contemplated on the mysteries that I have seen in the short time I was here. I am in control of Shadow, Void, and Lightning. I absorbed the wood essence and found my path to elemental mastery!

I stared at the mantras as it radiated draconic aura, and released wood essence I absorbed onto my fingertip. I then tapped the engravings and the true dragon aura blasted out!

I yelled out, as my skin became plated with scales. Pitch black filled with immense power, and it formed shadow runes that levitated over my skin.

My stats shot through the roof, my skills metamorphosed with speed. In the skies, appeared a 9 leafed black lotus, 1 leaf was a vibrant green, and another crackled with intense lightning. As the lightning became more and more violent, my understanding of the Lightning Sword Code increased, as my powerful sword intent increased. The spatial rift over the lotus rapidly increased in size to match the void comprehension releasing even more spatial energy.

I felt my stats breakthrough a final barrier, it was a fundamental difference from a level up though. The very method of leveling changed, and my innate stats started to increase instead of my regular stats. Even my magic power became altered, as it broke through my telekinetic powers increased in a single bound.

I felt my body become different, as if complete on the outside. It wasn't just a regular completion, it was a perfected outer body. But it created a sort of inadequacy, as the inside was not of the same quality.

I looked at my stats utterly dumbfounded, it was such a difference.

Although I was immensely happy to see my stats improve such a large amount, the fact that void comprehension increased was alarming. Although comprehension was good, more spatial energy can mean a higher chance of getting corrupted again.

I looked my skin in curiosity, the scales had disappeared. I laughed a little thinking I would become an actual dragon. Wouldn't that just be strange? With my meditation complete I climbed up the altar, then I saw the black blood stained sword from before. It had been moved from the tree and had rusted over the years.

But the power of blood on the sword remained, as I got closer I realized where the calling was coming from. It was the sword, more specifically the blood. The blood had the same aura as the draconic aura that I absorbed.

I touched the sword without any issues, then I realized it had an affinity with the intent of the Silver Dragon. There was another blood stain on the sword, it was blue instead of silver. It was foreign and powerful but I felt no affinity with it. Like we were completely unrelated, then there was large cracking sound.

"KEEEERHRH." it was behind me, a spatial slit opened up. It was identical to the one that I had entered into earlier. I tried to grab the sword, but it didn't move.

'Shit Drrak what is going on?' I asked anxiously, that was my queue to go, but I wouldn't leave behind this supreme treasure.

'Don't bother, that sword refuses to leave now.' Drrak said nonchalantly

'It refuses? What can the sword also talk?' I teased

'I can talk why can't it.' Drrak said back curtly

'Then why won't it talk to me? Why does it want to stay here?' I questioned

'Don't ask me, but that portal is open for 30 seconds. Pick what is more important?' Drrak said in an even tone.

I felt inner turmoil, I just couldn't leave like this. That is until Drrak spoke again.

'I already memorized its dimensional coordinates, I can help you get back here in the future.' He said teasingly

'Really?' I questioned

'Yes but time is running out.' Drrak intoned as I was about to ask more questions.

I took one last look at the black sword with longing, but I resisted my urges and walked through the portal. The travel was quick and I was back to the school in seconds with no vision this time. The teachers had completed their seance with the morning star.

The chanting had stopped as they looked at me, Teacher Elton smiled in encouragement. I bowed deeply to all the knights, I had received a kind favor. One must reciprocate kindness, with gratitude lest he is seen as ungrateful.

The knights didn't say anything, though I knew some would covet what I had 'received' from the ancestral treasury. But they wouldn't dare do such things in front of the king. Teacher Elton walked forward he looked surprised at me, and then he smiled even further.

"Well done you've already reached inner reformation." He said as he patted my back.

"This is the stage where your innate talents will show the best. Each stat point becomes a heaven earth difference when it's about your additional innate points vs your trained points." He lectured much to my interest.

"Grandfather has made a place for you to meditate, and he has an offer for you." Teacher Elton said with a gleeful smile

"I understand Teacher," I said in a calm tone.

"Lets us get going then." He said as he burst off, the teachers moved at Mach 1 speeds in the school. They severely held themselves back to protect students. With my near Mach 1 speeds, it was easy to keep up, as teacher Elton went outside of the school and used the medallion to enter the Mage's Circle once again.
