Part 17 - Violent Love

"You're finally waking up."

"You and Lucy remind me of someone in the past that I once knew. Someone that I called a brother."

Silver hears these mumbled voices, as he slowly begins to flicker his eyes open. Finally, he looks up, and he sees a blurred Silco standing in front of him. "Just like Vander, you need to be put down." Silco says to Silver, as Silver watches him closely. Being woken up like this is confusing, but also very alarming for Silver.

He tries to moves his arms and legs, but he quickly realizes that he's trapped in a chair, in the middle of a sound proofed room. "Don't try to scream or call for help. The room is soundproofed, as you might've already recognized." Silco says to Silver, and Silver quickly starts to go frustrated.

"What is wrong with you? You killed Vander. Messed up Jinxs head. Screwed up the Undercity even more than it was, and what now?" Silver questions Silco with aggravation and anger in his voice.

Silco continues to stare down at Silver, completely unfazed. "Vander betrayed me first. All I did was bring out Jinxs full potential. As for Zaun, sacrifices have to be made." Silco responds to Silver with calmness, as he begins to circle around Silver with his hands behind his back.

"Brought out her true potential? She's suffering!" Silver responds back with a loud tone.

"And what're you doing about that huh?" Silco asks as he leans into Silver and stares directly into Silvers eyes. After that question, Silvers anger has been replaced with shock and guilt. "You accuse me of a lot, but didn't you leave her? I'm not blaming you, if anything I'm congratulating you. You made it so much easier for Jinx to find her true purpose and potential. Just as Vander did for me. That's the best way of looking about it right?" Silco explains to Silver, who's face of guilt begins to grow more and more.

Silver instantly begins to think of the day that he left Powder. "Silver, this way." Calls out the young Lucy, as Silver follows behind her. After following her, the two stand before a Powder with a face covered in blood.

Powder stands over a older woman who's covered in blood. As Silver and Lucy witnesses this, their hearts drop. Lucy begins to throw up, and Silver stands in a frozen state. "Why're you looking at me that way..?" Powder turns to look at Silver with those words. Once they make eye contact, Silver watches the Powder who has pain and anger in her eyes. "You're looking at me just like Vi! Why are you?!" Powder begins to walk towards Silver with her bloody face and angered expression that begins to tears up.

"So Silver.." Silco walks towards Silver who's now strapped down to a chair, with a table filled with medical tools. "Where's Lucy?" Silco asks Silver, while staring at him. Silver looks down at the table in distress, before looking back up at Silco.

Silver begins to breath heavily as Silco picks up a sharp object, and comes closer to Silver with it. "I'm not telling you. Don't even bother asking me again." Silver responds in deep anger and also fear for what's to come.

After Silver response, Silco stares down at him in silence. The two stare into each others eyes with silence, before Silco approaches closer. "Suit yourself." Silco says to Silver. Moments after, Silver screams with vocal cords that seems to be being crushed. With such agonizing and painful screams and grunts, the entire Undercity would hear if it wasn't for the sound proofed walls.

Vi and the others panic slightly while looking for Silver. After awhile with no luck in finding him, the group of girls become less hopeful. Vi, Caitlyn, and Lucy sit up against a building within the Undercity, while wondering where Silver could've gone. "Maybe he left?" Caitlyn questions.

"No. He wouldn't just leave like that." Vi disagrees, before immediately remembering how Silver left Powder four years ago. Lucy shakes her head in disappointment but also denial.

Caitlyn looks towards Vi, before putting a comforting hand down on her shoulder. Because of the gesture, the two look at each-other relatively close. "We will find him and Powder. And when we do, I believe you have the capabilities of changing the way she has been thus far." Caitlyn chooses to give Vi comforting words. Afterwards, the two continue looking at eachother with passionate eyes.

"How sweet. I think I figured out a nickname for you." Vi says, as a smile begins to appear on her face, while a face of worry appears over Caitlyns. "Cupcake." Vi says with a toothy grin, along with a chuckle.

"No can do." Caitlyn says, as Vi begins to laugh a bit. Afterwards, the two begin to argue over the nickname. Though it becomes clear that Vi isn't gonna back down.

Lucy then suddenly stands up, catching the attention of Vi and Caitlyn. "He wouldn't do that. I trust Silver. He wouldn't just leave us after taking us to the top of a building. That's not like him at all. If anything he was probably kidnapped-"

"You're right. He was." Sevika suddenly blurts out from within the shadows of an alleway. Vi and Caitlyn immediately stand up, as they all stare in the direction of the voice.

Sevika slowly walks out of the shadows, which reveals herself and a group of Silcos men. "What did you do with him?!" Vi yells out with frustration, while staring at Sevika.

Sevika smiles cockily, before putting a cigar into her mouth, and lighting it up calmly. "Your boy is probably dead by now. I took him, and now Silco has him. Now I'm gonna bring this girl right here. " Sevika informs to the others. And at the end of her sentence, she points towards the direction of Lucy.

"You're not." Vi responds to Sevika, as her eyes begin to flicker between purple and her normal eye color once again. "Cupcake, take Lucy away from here."

"What? I can help you-" Caitlyn argues, before Vi instantly turns her head to stare at Caitlyn with those glowing purple eyes.

"Please. It's not safe." Vi responds to Caitlyn. After a few seconds of them staring at eachother, and Caitlyn contemplating in her head about what to do, she eventually takes Lucy and runs away.

Vi then turns to look at Sevika, who's frowning directly at her. "Go after them." Sevika orders. The moment two men rush after Lucy and Caitlyn, Vi punches them both in the stomach, knocking the wind out of them and dropping them to the ground.

Once she looks back up at Sevika, her eyes are no longer flashing between blue and purple. The only color that remains is that purple. "I've been waiting for this rematch." Vi says, and Sevika growls in anger. Immediately after Vi charges to the rest of Sevikas men. Easily, she knocks them all out, using complex combos and hard punches to the gut and face.

Sevika watches in anger that begins to rise. Oncd Vi is done taking out all of those flies, Sevika removes her poncho, which reveals her robotic shimmer arm. "Okay cool. You took out some weaklings. Now, take me out." Sevika says to Vi, who's staring at her. The two then put their guards up, before sending attacks in the direction of one another.

The two seem to be on even playing field with the combination of offense and defense that they're showcasing. Neither one of them is getting hit, despite the fury of punches they're both sending. "We need to help her." Caitlyn urges Lucy from farther away.

Lucy shakes her head in disagreement. "She told us to stay away. You saw her eyes didn't you? Something is wrong." Lucy responds to Caitlyn, as they both look towards the direction of Vi.

Sevika grabs Vi by the hand with her robotic arm. She begins to swing Vi around from that arm, before throwing her inside of a building. Rubble comes down, and furniture is broken thanks to that throw.

Vi grunts slightly after being thrown, while Sevika chuckles cockily. "Is that all you got?" Sevika asks, as Vi slowly sits up and stares at Sevika. While staring at her, Vis purple eyes grow brighter than they just were.

Because of this, she sprints at Sevika slightly faster than how she did initially. Sevika puts her guard up, but she's too slow to react. Vi punches her directly in the stomach, before knocking her over the chin extremely hard.

Because of how hard the punch was, Sevika falls down to the ground, and spits out a bloody tooth. "Where is Silver and Powder?" Vi stands over Sevika, as she grabs her by the collars, and stares at her.

Sevikas only responds is silence. Making Vi angrier than what she just was. "Where are they?!" Vi begins punching Sevika rapidly in the face over and over again. With clenched teeth, and a fist that begins to grow bloody thanks to the punches, she keeps going and going. "Tell me!" She demands with rage.

Then Caitlyn and Lucy run towards the scene, with shocked and concerned faces. "She's admitted to kidnapping Silver. I can cuff her and we can interrogate her that way." Caitlyn suggests, but Vi blocks it out completely. Instead, she continues punching Sevika in the face.

"Vi come on!" Lucy runs towards Vi and grabs her arm, but Vi instantly pushes Lucy back. As Lucy falls to the ground, Vi suddenly realizes what she's done. She looks down at Lucy with a saddened and concerned face.

Vis eyes start to flicker between purple and blue again, as she looks down at Lucy. "I'm sorry I-" As Vi apologizes, she lets go of Sevika, and her eyes go back to the normal blue. "It's okay." Lucy reassures, despite the bruise on her face.

Suddenly, a cloud of smoke appears infront of Vi, temporarily blinding them all. Vi and the others immediately question what's going on, as they look around in confusion. After the smoke screen, they come to realize that Sevika is gone from her original spot. They look around, but don't manage to find Sevika anywhere. "Where did she go?" Lucy asks.

"I don't know." Caitlyn responds. Vi then begins to look down at her bloody hand, with troubled eyes.
