Shadows?

Fiona finally got her spacial bag and went to war. She exhaled before leaving the plane and saw Bucky and the commandos, "The things I do for work."

Bucky looked up and said, "Fiona, I thought you were in New york." He went up to her and helped her down.

She said, "I heard some marines were unable to wake up and I thought I would offer my expertise in the mind." She held his hand as she came down and thought, 'huh, now that I think about it, I go more towards the bad boy or quiet bad ass type.'

Blob said, "uh...explain in words Hogan can understand." He and the others looked confused about that.

Fiona chuckled, "I am...I guess, you could call me an expert in the universal subconscious though, I perfer to call it Cognitive Psyence." She paused, "It's...a rather weird and interesting subject...and very dangerous. I almost died quite a few times while researching it..." She then muttered under her breath, "Or was being forced to study it for 25 years due to Philemon's stupid bet."

Captain America asked, "So, you can wake them up?" He was watching her and before she spoke he added, "and what about being forced to study it?"

Fiona said casually, "Maybe, it depends on if it's Sleeping Beauty Syndrome or something else. as for the other thing, It's classified...needless to say that particular info...well, most of what I know, should be under the 'so classified even the president can't know' category."

She then moved to Bucky and said, "So, mind escorting a lady to those marines?" She showed a mischievous look in her eye as it changed to a yellowish green color for a few seconds while, she hooked his arm in hers.

Logan looked over and said, "Pix, be good." at that a blue fire appeared on her back showing her bug like wings.

She said like a kid who had her toy taken away, "Wolvie, how do you know it was me? I could've been Succubus or the little girl. She often acted this way around her crushes and little brother back home, ya know."

Logan said, "Wolvie? Never mind, I have been around you three long enough to know that Succubus is more seductive and you are mischievous. Fi...she's the more mature one out of you three."

Pixie chuckled as her wings fluttered a bit, "That's because you only met the three of us, not the others in here." She pointed to her head meaningfully.

Howard Stark had drove up and heard the last bit and said, "Hmm, mutant with a personality disorder?"

Pixie said, "Meta-human, what you call mutants is just a type of evolution brought about by various factors; not a disease as the name suggests. Ugh, Old man Yama and Asparus is better at explaining things..."

She facepalmed and continued after the wings caught fire which receded into her body, "It's not a personality disorder in a strictest sense. I know who I am this is just showing others a different Mask...it's just, I tend to change masks depending on the situation or if the self needs to be protected."

Steve said, "then why did Pix call you a little girl? or...why do you not like me?" He was curious about that and why she disliked him.

Fiona said, "I don't hate you...just distrust hero figures is all. Met one who tried to "save the world" let people have free energy, be the next Nikolai Tesla. He ended up playing with things he didn't understand and almost caused the apocalypse. Needless to say, I hate heroes...people, who are self righteous and save people for the attention...especially, those who don't get punished for it as they should."

She clenched her hand and moved to take a calming breath, "Anyway, just take me to...see..." She froze as she saw a variety of monsters in the sky.

She heard a soldier yell, "no, the monsters are back!"

She looked up, "Mozu and Beast clan? Why would Shadows be here...one or two, I understand...but, this many? Did some idiot restart that thing?"

Bucky said, "You can see those things? You know what they are?!" He saw fear in her eyes as she nodded.

She said, "Anyone with a strong will or sense of self can see them. Though, in order to stop them...only people with the same power can kill them." Blue fire started to well around her, "and that would be me. Come out and fuse, Isis!"
