The Meeting

"Is that a menu?" I asked myself.

There right in front of me was a light blue menu-like screen.

On it was. 'Welcome to the world-conquering system please touch the screen for further instructions.'

So I touched it.

'Unlocking user's memories booting up the system.' Under the text was the loading bar.

"Why does this seem familiar?" I quietly muttered.

Wait that's windows XP loading bar.

Sh?t, that's bad. God, what happens if it crashes will I get brain damage.

So I started praying to whatever deity was watching for it not to crash.

Then at the last moment, it stopped just short of the end.

Then after what seemed like an eternity the bar finally finished loading.

Suddenly I was pulled into a black space I was floating and around me were what seemed like my memories.

It seems that I died and was randomly chosen to test a new feature of reincarnation that the chosen gets a random system.

After I got a system I learned that it was a world-conquering system meaning that I could choose the tutorial world. I managed to get the option of two tutorial worlds I chose Overlord and after that Gate world. I got that option since the Overlord world would be something to a secondary world or sub-world to the world I would be reborn in. And the second world was chosen by the wheel of fortune and since Gate world was more like two worlds merged together. And my First world was a fantasy world and my second was a modern-day world (well more like fantasy/modern world).

After that, I was thrown out of the black space.

Then I heard a voice. "Does the user have any questions?"

"Yes, how do you work?" I asked.

"You get points for every world conquered.

The points can be used to upgrade weapons, equipment, you can also upgrade yourself or your subordinates if you do that you will lose more points.

You can also unlock worlds to conquer if you want to choose the next one or you can for free get a random world.

There is also a Shop function. Here you can buy weapons, armor, blueprints, technologies, and many other things. You use points to buy things." The system answered.

"What about Quests. Do you give quests and can I refuse them?" I questioned the system.

"I can give Quests that function can be turned off and on by the user. Users can refuse Quests without any penalty. There are also secret quests that are most of the time either how you conquer the world you are in how fast, how much support you have, and so on.

The reward for quests most of time are points and sometimes dependent on how difficult the quest or the world was maybe blueprints, weapons, or something to upgrade your subordinates with." System said.

"What about multiple worlds how does that work. Will I be teleported each time when the next world is chosen?" I asked the system again.

"No, it depends on the theme of the world if it is fantasy then it will be most likely merged with the world you are currently on, the same happened now the Overlord world was merged with the fantasy side of the Gate world.

When you conquer the modern-day side of the Gate world the rest of the worlds that will be modern-day will be merged with that particular world. If the merge brings too many changes or if the user simply chooses so, he can be teleported into the world that has been chosen as the next. And they will be merged when the user conquered said world.

If the world will be sci-fi meaning too much futuristic or space travel achieved and colonies build. Then the first world chosen from this genre will be used as a base world meaning that the user will be teleported there and after he conquers it, it will be the one that the others will be merged with but if the world is chosen from a universe where there are more species in contact with the said world in the universe then the user can either go to another world to get more numbers or better technologies to conquer the universe the world is from or just conquer the universe first and then go to another world."

"Do I have any rewards for conquering the Overlord world?" I questioned.

"Yes, you have you actually have two rewards. First for completing the tutorial and second for conquering the world." It answered

"How do I take the reward?"

"Simple, say menu rewards the screen will display available rewards and you can take them."

"Thanks, that's it for now."

I then looked at the rewards

I got 10,000 points and two random plans.

So I took out the first random plan. It looked like a normal scroll so I opened it up.

A bright light flashed and suddenly I see text floating before my eyes.

'Gained 1x Incomplete Halo Spartan-II program plans(including the enchantments operations and training).'

"The f*ck how is that supposed to be helpful. For that, to work I need technology and I don't think there is any sort of technology on that level in the modern-day Gate world.

Well, let's just look at the second plan." I sighed.

'Gained 1x Incomplete Warhammer 40K Space Marine Augmentations(same as Spartan-II).'

"Really come on this is bullsh*t." I raged.

"Just get over it nothing you can do to help. Now just focus on the road and get mentally ready for the meeting.

Holy sh*t I just realized I'm in Gate world and I'm going on a meeting with Tyuule. I don't remember much of her character before she sold herself to Zorzal in exchange for her people to be spared which didn't happen.

Hah, let's just freeball it." I said to myself.

(after finally arriving into the village of the warrior rabbits.)

"Hello, Queen Tyuule." I said to her.

"Welcome you must be Emperor Salhen." She said.

"Yes, that would be me." I answered.

"I would like to ask what you hope to gain from this meeting." She said.

"Straight to the point huh.

Well, I would like to offer protection to your tribe from the empire and also to give you sanctuary in my empire if ever needed.

In exchange, I would ask for two things fro to some love your tribe moved into colonies in my empire and if possible for some of them to join my Empire as its citizens."

"That is a rather large request why should I agree to it?" She questioned.

"It is rather a large request but you can take your time to weigh the merits we both know that the empire and most likely Prince Zorzal will come here to either enslave or exterminate you." I told her.

"Give me few days to consider your offer." She told me.

"Take as much time as you want"

"Very well"

(Day later)

"Any news on the movement of the royal family?" I asked one of my commanders

"Yes my lord from the reports it seems that Prince Zorzal is already on his way here

We do not know if it is for the rabbit tribe or because of us." He answered me.

'It seems that the plot already changed because of our arrival. Anyway, this will be interesting.

If Zorzal really comes here and we step in to help the rabbit tribe then The Queen will most likely be grateful and more inclined to agree to my offer.'

"Very well If worse comes to happen we will help the rabbit tribe. Get the word to the village to gather the men and be close by until we are sure where the Second prince is going." I said to my men.

"Yes, my lord."

(Two days later)

"I decided on whatever agree to your offer or not."

"And what would that decision be?" I asked.

"It would be- " But before she could finish. A messenger barged into the room.

'It seems they finally arrived.' I thought to myself.

"What is it?" The Queen asked.

"Second Prince Zorzal and his men are half a day from here." The messenger said

"What? Damn it get the message to the elders." The Queen ordered

"Give the order to men to start moving in." I say to one of my commanders quietly.

The Queen couldn't hear me since she was shouting orders for her warriors to get ready for battle

"Do you need any help?" I ask the Queen

"While it is appreciated I would ask you to stay out of it until it seems that we don't have a chance of winning." She says.

"Very well" I agreed to her request.
