Dead and Reincarnated (edited-ish)
(First Chapter Is a bit iffy just bear with it)
Derrick was your average weeb. Watched too much anime, had very few friends, depressed, and lonely, but, he was going through a spout of bad luck. He just finished up work at the office and took the elevator down. The light flickered and died as the elevator came to a stop as the cable started creaking and then he heard the worst sound imaginable in his situation. A cable snapping.
"JUST my DAMN luck today" Derrick cursed out as he felt his altitude slowly get closer and closer to the ground at rapid speeds. This was going to be a long day as he walked out of the crashed elevator as he only fell half a story and didn't suffer more than 5 bruises he walked outside to his parking spot, where his car was being towed as he forgot to pay the parking meter for more than 5 hours.
Derrick then convinced the tow truck driver to stop as he is willing to pay the ticket. Derrick then walked to his car and pit the key in the ignition and turned it. . .but the car didn't start Derrick then repeated this action 17 times but on the 18th. . .it started then Derrick pulled out of the parking space then had stop at all of the traffic lights at they were red. After the 12 Traffic lights that he stopped at he stopped to turn into his driveway when he heard the horn of a familiar figure Truck~kun as bright beams of light blinded him and his car flew 80 feet and the roof of the car crumbled as Derrick felt most of his skeleton move places... Soon after Derrick passed the coroner determined cause of death. . .all of his internal organs were punctured from the car and his skull caved in and crushed his brain.

"Hello!" Called out a cheerful teenage girl
"Who are you? Where am I?" A ball of light responded (You know who this is)
"I am the goddess of reincarnation," The Goddess said while striking a pose
"Uhhh hello?" The ball of light responded
"Ughh no one ever takes me SERIOUSLY," she said while facepalming
"No, I believe you as I am pretty sure I just died but, there is one question," The ball of light said, "Where am I?"
"You are currently in the process of being reincarnated as you in your past life had their luck tampered with due to SOMEONE..." The goddess stammered "Anywhosies you get 3 wishes now get to wishing"
"Okay.. My first wish is a system that can give me abilities and items from any type of media (Movies, Games, Anime, Books, Comics, etc.) With a shop and Gacha and eventually make me the strongest being ever" The ball of light said
"Okay... next please," The goddess said with a small smile
"I want there to be no limits to how strong I can get," The ball of light said happily
"Okie Dokie," The girl said waving her hand
"Ummmm... My third wish is to have an evolvable bloodline" The ball said slowly
"Uh-huh... The god of luck asked me to give this to you it's infinite controllable luck have fun :)" The girl said while waving and said "Bye have a wonderful journey"

Derick then blacked out again as he awoke in a cell filled with countless others. Soon a man with red sclera walked in and said "Number 678 please follow me" he said with a small smile as Derrick walked he smell the strong stench of blood and heard screams as he walked past many doors and eventually stopped in front of a huge metal door where there were torture instruments inside.
'Damn looks like bad luck carried over one last time'
Derrick was then strapped on to a table and tortured for over 12 hours leading to a prompt by the system
