Magic core & Space Magic
Phil has helped Kai to finally perfect his robots. There are inscription runes that can accelerate the process of forming an artificial spirit in a golem like high level puppets. The spell is carved on a magic stone without element and inserted into a soul less golem.
That golem will be able to manipulate the body as if it was born that way. This will make the robots army complete and the magic stone will run for a period closer to eternity since the system of the robot can be charged with solar energy and crystal nucleus.
All the robots sent to work in the production work shop at the six bases are all these complete products. They operate like humans except they are more trustworthy.
Kai and Phil quickly replaced the synthetic heart with a processed magic core in all the robots. Kai only had to do it on a few and then he sent them with the processed magic cores to all the other robots using the teleportation function of the bracelet.
The operation was completed in a few weeks even though Kai's total robots army is now almost at 50 thousand after he found many cleaning robots factories and cleaned their stock out.
Because of the synthetic skin and muscle, there is nothing obvious about their identity to the outside world. Those who can use spirit power to scan are mostly unable to because of the silver level refinement method Kai performed on their bodies in effort to make them stronger.
As a result, a person needs to be powerful enough to cut then open and see their metal bones to know for sure who they are. As an insurance, the knowledge of the spell used on the magic core is not found anywhere in the world. If anyone took out the magic core from the robot, it will disintegrate into dust and the body will become a basic robot even if it has a liquid chip.
The liquid chip will expire and dissolve if the artifact spirit that comes with the magic core disappeared. Kai didn't want there to be a robot with a liquid chip but is not bout by the contract to be a servant to him and the Waters twins.
Kai is thankful for the magic stones, for Philip's library and his willingness to help him. Phil warned him that they will be loyal but they will develop their own views as their spirit gains awareness in the future.
Kai is not worried because even if that happens, the robots will never harm him, Nate and Vania. He made sure of it. In fact they will ensure their wellbeing at all cost.
In the middle of a dangerous desert there is a large round structure that has been built from deep underground to the highest of hights. "It is magnificent" Kai exclaimed.
"It looks that way and the magic put into this place is enormous. From cooling, heating and making the structure sturdy to a freakish level. You must love your children dearly." Phil said as he assigned working robots to sort out the grand library on each floor of the tower.
Kai looked sheepishly at Phil. "It is in the middle òf a desert. I needed it to be as sturdy as possible and also the magic is mostly space magic."
"I ßtill wonder if it is neccessary to have such a large space. Are you planning on hiising all of the planet's residents inside?" Phil asked..
"No. I just got carried away when I learned space magic. I realized this can solve most of the challenged faced by the bases during these times of terrible weather and contaminated soil." Kai explained.
"Is that why the tower has been turned into a world of its own?"
"It's a magic tower. It would be disappointing if it was anything less than this." Kai protested.
Each floor is a complete boarding school with classes, dorms, joint facilities and the library that has copies of the magic related knowledge. From low level knowledge in the lower floors to the very hight of magic knowledge found at the top floors.
There are mage robes for each floor mages representing the level of each mage. Furniture is also better as the floors advance including the food and facilities. For instance, from floor 5, the mages have personal bathrooms and a small kitchen with all the facilities installed.
Even though they can never bring their friends or families here, they can have apprentices from level six upwards and their apprentices can enroll to be first years in the tower and steadily advance to higher floors.
In the tower, there are even stricter rules and restrictions on acceptable conduct if you are a tower mage. This is further evidence by the fact that those learning in the villa area school do not have mage robes like the tower mages.
The tower has sufficient staff members to take care of each floor. It is astonishing that these golems are more human like than the robots who have undergone simulation. More importantly they are more independent.
They can follow instructions but they are also capable of learning new things which is why they are a better choice for teachers in the magic tower and in the school back at the central base.
Kai processed the magic stone of no element and turned it into a magic core with the power to keep the robot database and gain new skills, they are still bound to the master unlike the old version of robots.
This is exactly what Kai had wanted in the beginning. He is now able to put a liquid chip on these loyal robots because he can trust them. It is fascinating that each of the golems has a unique personality it is as if they are real humans.
A few thousand miles in the proximity of the tower, there is a powerful magic aura that is the result of Kai building a magic gathering formation that will allow the only energy inside this area to be sorted out and only magic in the air can enter the vicinity of the tower.
This will allow the magicians meditating in the tower to see results of their hardwork sooner than if they were anywhere else. Unfortunately this formation will also nurture wild beasts making them awaken earlier. This is why Kai built the tower in the middle of nowhere.
By the time the magic tower is ready to welcome its occupants the weather is already 60 degrees high. People couldn't get out of the house without feeling like they are being cooked by the sun. Kai transferred all those students with potential to learn magic to the tower using teleportation.
This is to save the children from suffering. The tower can survive if the world trembled nonstop. It was built to strive under great pressure. The only students who remained in the villa area are those without a spirit root.
Kai fixed the facilities in the school to be able to accommodate 10 times the original numbers. This is to bring all the young people with nowhere to go into a safe place. Kai sent many of his faithful followers to recruit those whose living conditions are bad into the tower or the school depending on their potential disposition.
Kai released the training system for those without a spirit root. It is paiful but they will split mountains and fly high with the power of their bodies alone if they persist. He is providing the necessary basic resources so they can be powerful enough to work for the rest of the resources.
Kai was able to improve a formula for bone washing pills and bloodline awakening pills in the past so he produced them in a work shop at the school along with other potions that will strengthen the body.
When they pass a set test, they can sign a contract and learn a body cultivation technique that will push them further into the path of strength. If they are lucky enough to waken a bloodline, they will get a corresponding technique.
The information is stored in the library robot database of both the school and the tower. There are protocols to access it.
Kai has faith in these young people especially after he put the golems in charge of their training.
Kai's people teleported thousands of young orphans from the six bases to the tower and then he gave instructions on how to train the rest at the new and improved school.
By the end of the week, 13 thousand mages were enrolled in the tower. Surprisingly they can all fit in the first three floors which is reserved for the first years. The tower is that big, not to mention the space magic that can allow a room to be as big as a football field.
This magic was used to help the tower so it can have space that resembles the outside for the kids to go and play during their break from learning.
There are even training grounds with forests, powerful mutated beasts and clean lakes. Kai had some health mutated beasts sent into these magic location in the tower so that the mages can learn how to fight real monsters.
There is a spelĺ that will allow an empty location to grow its own soil, water, and forests using magic. Kai thinks found this magic faschinating. But then again, according to Phil, magic is about using the magic to crated what was not there.
Each level has a tower teaining field where the monsters inside grow more powerful the higher the floors go. The lower levels has magic to stomp the growth of the beasts.
Kai used such magic knowledge to create a set of special magic space items for the twins. They can plant in these magic space and can keep living beasts if they choose to.
Kai wanted to give them what he had with the magic space so they can have as much fun as he does knowing he has an entire world in his space pocket and he can go anywhere without feeling lost or in need of anything.
Their space items still need to mature and expland. This can only happen if the owner grows stronger. They currently only have a few football field space equivalent but they can plant herbs because the soil is fertile and water is also clean.
The body cultivators on the other hand should consider the world their cultivation resources because they need to push their bodies over the limit to grow stronger. But Kai created such a training space for them as well just to protect them from the harsh weather outside.
The twins live in the tower and Kai visits them every now and then. He is glad they are making friends and becoming independent but he will probably be proud even if they weren't.
After the situation on both schools has stabilized, Kai went to see Yan Han. "What brings you here Kai?"
Kai sat down after he came inside Han's office announced. "My apologies I have to give you this and clear instructions."
Han didn't say anything. Kai is not a free person so something must be up. "This is a device that can close space cracks. These cracks are the reason there is suddenly influx of energy into this world."
Han's expression changed. " Are you saying you found the reason for the apocalypse?"
"Something like that. The problem is that the space cracks are expanding and as time goes on, something will walk through to this side. Some cracks release strong demonic energies which tells me all I need to know about what's on the other side." Kai can see Han is apprehensive now.
"This device will close small cracks but these will help close a large one. Depending on the size of the opening, they can be reused. I have people working on improving them, so soon enough they will be online too." Kai took out different sizes of the device.
Kai has put a liquid chip on the research golems and they are very efficient in performing theory calculations and building working models for whatever technology is being developed.
He is now completely at ease about the space opening sensor that he wanted made. They will probably have a working theory by the time he completes his breakthrough.
"This is what you were referring to that time?" Han asked looking at the device.
"Yes. At best we will become slaves to some strong race, worse we will all be eaten." Kai said.
"This is a big responsibility to carry all by yourself Kai."
"It is, luckily I am no longer carrying it anymore." Kai left Han's office smiling as he thinks of his robot golems who are tasked with training the humans, hunting and closing the space cracks.
They also do research in many areas such as finding ways to help humans awaken and get a magic talent or just to to become powerful overtime.
Even his space has been almost cleared of all things including the animals. Kai has transplanted the cops into the planting space on both the tower and the school at the villa area. The animals have been into a comfortable environment inside the magical space to grow, multiply and be turned into food. Such places were built even for the six bases.
There are factories to make food such as sausages, bread, rice, cornflakes, milk, cheese, and fruit juice. It is to the point where even the items from his space warehouses are put neatly in the tower and the other school storages.
Even though he gave the most to the mages, the other school and the six bases are not left without such places either. Furthermore, the body cultivators were even given the wine factory and the beer brewery. They also got more facilities made with space magic to breed animals for their meat because such cultivation requires more sustenance.
Kai took one building with a few floors in each base including the villa area school and used space magic to increase the size of each room to be able to accommodate a forest, a few factories and even more planting fields for crops.
These buildings are then reinforced with powerful spells to protect them from damage so they can last longer.
Even when the weather became unpleasant, these bases never ran out of food, they even made cool beer to enjoy with their friends and families. The humans were not needed to work because Kai had provided working robots who are now more sophisticated than before.
This way the base leaders are able to avoid being sabotaged by other bases. When there is extra stock left, they sell it online safely where no one looks for where they come from. The humans focused on growing stronger without lacking food.
