Base of Operation Part-1

"Tap, Tap!"

Leon, dressed in his new gear, tapped on Rose's door. When Rose opened the door, she was dressed in new clothes, and her room was illuminated, with her drone in hand.

"Are you ready?" Leon looked at Rose, making sure she was prepared.

"Yes, I'm ready," Rose replied, her confidence masking her inner nervousness. She questioned herself, wondering if she was truly ready and why she had agreed to do this.

Leon noticed Rose's trembling hands.

'She's not fine, she's nervous,' Leon thought to himself.

Leon crouched down, intending to hold Rose's hand, but she quickly pulled her hand back.

"You don't have to be nervous," Leon reassured Rose. "I was also nervous for my first-ever mission, so I know how it feels," he added, speaking in an understanding tone.

Hearing Leon's words, Rose started to calm down.

"All you have to do is point out the liberated, and I will be completely fine. I trust your drone skills," Leon expressed confidence in Rose's abilities.

"I'm good, thanks. I needed that," Rose said with a smile, looking beautiful for the first time.

Leon stood up, his gun in hand.

"Good, let's do this," Leon declared.

9 AM

The morning sun hung high in the sky, casting its light over the war-torn ruins surrounding the White House. The remnants of abandoned cars and makeshift barricades created a scene of destruction. Leon arrived at the barricade in front of the White House.

"The White House has already been half destroyed," Leon remarked, looking at the destroyed wall of the White House.

Suddenly, a new mission triggered for Leon.

[ You have a new mission! ]

[ Mission: Base Of Operation]

[ Task: Please eliminate all the Liberated and take control of the White House, for you future venture]

"Perfect, a new mission. I hope this one comes with a reward," Leon thought after receiving the mission.

Leon tightened his grip on his assault rifle, scanning the desolate landscape for any signs of movement. He knew that the Liberated were all around the White House, but their whereabouts were unknown. Overhead, Rose's drone hovered, its camera fixed on Leon, silently capturing his every move and surveying the surroundings.

Inside the apartment, Rose sat behind her monitors, controlling the drone. Anxiety overwhelmed her as she watched Leon navigate the treacherous White House grounds. Her hands trembled as she manipulated the controls, shifting the drone's perspective to survey the surroundings, desperate to assist Leon.

Her heart pounding, she whispered, "Come on, Rose, calm down" Be careful out there, Leon. Please, be safe."

Rose muttered under her breath, " Be careful out there, Leon. Please, be safe., You're walking into a hornet's nest, Leon."

Through her screen, she saw Leon encircled by thirty Liberated, their menacing presence akin to vultures closing in on their prey. Rose's heart skipped a beat, fear threatening to paralyze her as she witnessed the imminent danger unfolding before her eyes. Her voice quivered as she tried to communicate to Leon.

"Watch out! Liberated approaching from all sides," Rose managed to stammer, her voice laced with trepidation.

"Copy that," Leon responded to Rose.

Leon's focus sharpened, his instincts taking over as he absorbed Rose's warning. With a deep breath, he moved swiftly, taking cover behind the remnants of a once-grand barricade. His eyes darted from one enemy to another, calculating his next move.

'They are Level 10-13,' Leon thought after scanning the Liberated.

Inside Rose's apartment, she watched in silent awe as Leon displayed unwavering bravery and no fear of the liberated, Her fear momentarily subsided, replaced by newfound respect for Leon's determination. She whispered words of encouragement, though her voice was barely audible over the chaos.

"You've got this. Show them what you're made of," she muttered, her voice trembling with a mix of anxiety and admiration.

The soldier emerged from cover, weapon raised, and unleashed a relentless onslaught of gunfire upon the Liberated.

"Bang!"

"Rat-Tat-Tat!"

The sound of bullets tearing through the air filled the space, a symphony of chaos and desperation. Each shot was met with a counterattack as the enemies returned fire with ruthless precision. Some Liberated dropped to the ground, while others managed to reach cover.

"Take cover now!" the Liberated shouted desperately.

Rose's hands moved with newfound purpose as she directed the drone to provide aerial support. She adjusted the camera angle, offering Leon a better vantage point and a clearer view of the enemies advancing from all sides.

"Two liberated on your right! Take cover!" Rose called out, her voice more confident now as she pointed out unseen threats.

"Bang!"

"Rat-Tat-Tat!"

With lightning-fast reflexes, Leon followed her instructions, ducking behind a scorched vehicle just as bullets whizzed past him. The drone hovered above, providing real-time information and surveillance, acting as a silent guardian for Leon's survival.

"Whoosh!"

The battle raged on, with Leon's movements becoming a dance of survival amidst the chaos. His training and instincts guided him, each step deliberate and calculated. The enemies closed in, their numbers dwindling, but their determination unwavering.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"We're losing too many men!" an enraged Liberated shouted.

"Call for reinforcements,,," Another Liberated gave the command, but before he could finish, a bullet pierced his forehead, and he dropped dead to the ground.

"Ahh!" a Liberated screamed in shock.

In a daring move, Leon rushed two Liberated, engaging in a close-quarters struggle. Their bodies collided, fists flying, and grunts of exertion filling the air. Rose's eyes widened as she witnessed the intensity of the hand-to-hand combat. She clenched her fists, her heart racing, as she willed Leon to emerge victorious.

Leon's training and skill proved invaluable as he deftly evaded the enemy's strikes, countering with precise blows. The two Liberated moved in a whirlwind of violence, Leon's determination matched only by the enemy's desperation.

Rose couldn't tear her eyes away from the monitor, her emotions teetering between hope and dread. She whispered encouragement to the soldier, her voice a fragile thread connecting them in this harrowing dance of shadows.

"You can do it! Keep fighting!" she urged, her voice filled with a mixture of fear and belief.

With a final decisive strike, Leon incapacitated the Liberated, sending them sprawling to the ground. Gasping for breath, he took out his m9 an quickly shot them dead.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"You did it, there is no more liberated" she whispered, her voice barely audible. "You're incredible."

Leon swiftly approached the grand entrance of the White House when a rustle in the nearby bushes caught his attention. Instinctively, he took cover behind a toppled statue, his eyes fixated on the commotion. The drone's camera zoomed in, providing the controller with a clear view of the unfolding events.

Rose's voice came through Leon's earpiece, "Liberated movement, eleven o'clock. Proceed with caution."

Acknowledging the warning, Leon's heart raced.

"More?" Leon said frustrated.

Leon tightened his grip on his gun again, as the Liberated emerged from the shadows. Their footsteps synchronized, resembling a deadly dance. They encircled the soldier, their weapons glinting in the sunlight, forming an impenetrable wall of opposition.

A surge of adrenaline coursed through Leon's veins as he surveyed the enemy. Without a moment's hesitation, he burst forth from his cover, unleashing a relentless hailstorm of bullets upon the encroaching liberated. The air crackled with the symphony of gunfire, each shot a desperate plea for survival.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

In the midst of the chaos, a stray bullet struck the drone, causing it to falter momentarily. Rose's heart skipped a beat, and her connection with the battlefield was severed for a moment. Panic coursed through her veins as she fought to regain control, realizing her reliance on the aerial support had been disrupted.

"Damn it, no!" Rose slammed her desk in anger.

Meanwhile, Leon fought tooth and nail, his every move a testament to his unwavering spirit. Liberated fell one by one, their bodies crumpling to the ground as Leon's lethal skills carved a path of destruction. The odds slowly tipped in his favor as the Liberated began to dwindle in number.

As the last enemy fell, the battlefield grew silent, save for Leon's labored breaths. Rose managed to regain control of the damaged drone, her relief palpable. She watched as Leon wiped the sweat from his brow, his gaze shifting towards the imposing White House.

"Ah, finally done," Leon said, his exhaustion masked by a sense of accomplishment.

"You've done it, Leon," Rose murmured, respect in her voice.
