Some of the scientists in India that has the arrogance of their knowledge and education did not want to listen to a bitch like Mohini.

There was a voting and the scientists voted against Mohini.

But the military and the government higher ups voted along with Mohini causing friction.

In order to sooth both sides Mohini made another suggestion.

"Preparing for the coming disaster is better than being sitting ducks.

It is always good to be prepared to the unknown right.

Just think of it like a small testing.

We will make the basic preparations that would not waste many resources.

After the island was sunken we can do things based on the situation.

If there is no rain the basic preparations will be wasted.

But if there is rain then the basic preparations can be immediately turned into advanced preparations and can help saving many lives.....
