Antonio kissed her shoulder softly. "He's going to be a great Alpha one day," he said, his voice filled with pride. "He already has that spark in him. And soon, we'll have another little one to teach."
Olivia leaned back into him, her hand resting over his on her belly. "I've been thinking about that a lot lately," she admitted. "About what kind of leaders our children will be. The pack expects so much from them, but I want them to grow up feeling loved, feeling free to make their own choices."
Antonio nodded, his brow furrowing slightly in thought. "I've thought about that too. I don't want Gabriel—or our new baby—to feel trapped by the expectations that come with being born into leadership. We'll teach them the importance of the pack, but I want them to have room to grow into who they're meant to be."
