"The price for the Dire Wolf is 0.9 dollars."

"In that case, I want to sell a thousand ml as well as this Tier 1 Dire Wolf's essence." Clovis took out the bottles.

"A Tier 1?" The receptionist looked surprised. 

Sadly, they couldn't absorb Tier 1 essence because they hadn't reached that level yet. Then again, this would fetch a good amount of money.

"The price for Tier 1 Dire Wolf's essence is 13 dollars. Are you sure you want to sell this?" 

"Yes. I have about 60 ml with me. Please check it out." 

The receptionist hurriedly checked all the essence with the machine and said, "There is 61 ml of Tier 1 essence. Would you like to sell all of it?"

"Yes."

"In addition to one liter of Tier 0 essence, the sum will be 1,693 dollars."

"Can you give me a thousand dollars and send the rest to my account?" Clovis asked.

"Certainly." The receptionist nodded and hurriedly processed it. "The transaction is complete. Thank you very much."

Clovis nodded. With this amount of money, he could purchase the membership. He even specifically asked to separate the money because he wanted to test whether the money in his account would be counted or not.

Meanwhile, Kanaria was quite shocked that Clovis would sell so much essence. "Are you sure about this? Aren't you supposed to sell only some of it and absorb the rest?"

"Nope. In fact, there is something that I have to ask first. Since you're the only female in this group, are you fine with traveling with us?" Clovis asked.

"Because of the weird physics in this subterranean world, normal radar wouldn't work. So, I was talking about the Special Z-Radar. It costs about three thousand though."

"I figure. How about the radio? Just a small one is fine."

"Is that going to be useful?"

"Of course. I can show it to you during our hunt."

"How expensive are they?"

"It's only three of us, so about six hundred? I know a place that sells cheap but good-quality items." 

Clovis had two choices. He could give some money to her right away, but this meant he wouldn't get the Otherworldly Coin. 

After thinking about this problem, Clovis said, "In that case, we'll visit that place in the morning before heading outside. We'll also need a tent and other things."

"Tomorrow? Shouldn't we go today since we still have a lot of time?"

"Sorry… It's not that I don't want to, but... Clovis was swaying his arms as if reminding her about his sacrifice earlier.

Kanaria nodded, acknowledging the place. She waved her hand while walking away.

It was truly surprising to actually get her as well. Still, he didn't know whether this was the correct choice or not because Kanaria didn't seem to be a good fit for their group.

Kanaria sat down next to Clovis while Jay was on the opposite side. It seemed that Kanaria's existence was a good shock for Jay, especially after Clovis shot his idea down.

On the other hand, she simply waved her hand while saying, "Hello. I will be joining this group." 

"What… What…" Jay was speechless as his gazes moved back and forth between Kanaria and Clovis. 

"Let's just say something happened. But she is still in her trial period. I haven't decided whether she will join us or not," Clovis explained while scratching the back of his head. He was quite apologetic, especially after shooting her down before. 

"Well, having Kanaria is indeed going to be beneficial for our group. But don't you have your group?"

"They suck. The reason why I was in that predicament was due to the betrayal that had been set up prior to the exploration. Even those three, who were with me, were there just to make sure the plan worked and I didn't die. It would be troublesome if I lost my life after all." Kanaria shrugged. 

"I see. In that case, we should make it big as soon as possible." Jay turned to Clovis. "How about we hunt tomorrow?" 

"Yes. That's what we're going to do. But for now, I need to know how much the cost for bullets is." After thinking about this, Clovis knew that one of the biggest reasons he didn't want Kanaria was because of the bullets. It cost too much even if the bullets weren't the specialized ones. 

"I currently have enough bullets right now, so you don't have to worry about it. However, if I have to give you the number, for a normal expedition, I require about two thousand dollars for normal bullets. Since we're only hunting Tier 0 beasts, it's not that expensive. The expedition I'm talking about is about three to four days long." Kanaria matched the number with Clovis's plan.

"…" Clovis thought for a moment. Hunting for a few hours would give them about a thousand, so if they extended it to four days, he could get about ten thousand. Kanaria took a fifth of what they could earn. 

"Of course, the cost can be cut further if I'm not needed to suppress the enemy. My main weapon is a sniper rifle, you know? I'm usually scouting the area around me while providing some cover fire. Besides, I'm planning to put half of my earnings toward it, so the group only needs to cover half of the cost."

"I don't see any problem to be honest. The number is right," Jay opened his mouth.

"Alright. We can do that." Clovis asked, "What else do you need?"

"I have all the necessities. So, all that's left is to buy some items for the group like tents and other stuff. It's better if we don't light up a fire during the night, so we'll need a warm blanket and sleeping bags."

"We'll buy everything tomorrow. Is there anything you'd like to say, Jay?"

"Nope. I'm excited to hunt tomorrow."

"In that case, let's meet again tomorrow. I'm going to rest right now." Clovis stood up while walking away. It wasn't that he didn't want to know more about them. He just got too excited about testing the Another World Mall.

As soon as the day changed, Clovis immediately called. "Mall."

Once again, he had arrived at the Another World Mall. 

The first thing he checked was definitely the money.

This would be the most reasonable plan for him. When he returned from this trip, he would have a few thousand dollars to upgrade and buy more items. 

After feeling satisfied, Clovis hurriedly bought everything he wanted and checked out to get a good rest. 

However, Clovis had one miscalculation. It was Kanaria.
