Chapter 1

A large lake that no one could identify was sparkling like a galaxy. There is a large tree in the middle. Green lights are used to illuminate it. The lake is where it gets its nutrients. It has a tiny island where a tree was grafted. Suddenly, a fruit appeared from one of its trunks and descended gradually.

It entirely changed into a newborn when it dropped to the ground. When its eyes opened, a tremendous amount of power was unleashed throughout the entire realm. The infant abruptly changed into a youngster of ten years old.

"Hello, my child. It is now time for you to fulfill your responsibilities as my fruit and my life." All of a sudden, a woman's voice was heard.

"I will, Mother," the youngster said, gently walking up to the tree where she sat in meditation and released magic. Her hair began to float in the air, and her brown eyes turned green. Strong gusts began to surround the island, which caused the immediate area to become quite chaotic. As it began to rise, the lake's water began to condense into tiny droplets. Without knowing when she would awaken again, the youngster softly closed her eyes and meditated in slumber.

--Anhaw Kingdom, Ikpathi Continent (East Mainland) ---

One of the most important kingdoms in the Ikpathi Content, or East Mainland, is Anhaw Kingdom. The Anhaw Kingdom, Sam Guita Kingdom, and Gumwela Kingdom are the three kingdoms that make up the mainland. Most often, Earth magic bestows blessings upon them.

A beautiful, timid, and innocent child was tending to her herb garden to the east of the castle. She had a difficult and turbulent life as a princess because she was the good-for-nothing daughter of the late royal concubine, Anne Kinsley, who passed very shortly after giving birth to her.

She was assigned to the abandoned east wing of the castle. She lost the ability to speak and became frightened as a result of the horrific experience she had when her mother's devoted servant, who had been caring for her since infancy, was slaughtered in front of her as soon as they noticed that she could already talk and walk.

King Joseph XII of the Anhaw Kingdom, who presided over the late royal concubine's affairs, preferred her concubine over the queen, which made the latter, Queen Victoria, envious and spiteful to the royal concubine.

When the King received the tragic news that the royal concubine had died after giving birth, he immediately placed the blame on the infant, making him care less about what would happen to her.

She tended to her herb garden before moving on to her other garden at the back of her castle, where she gathered vegetables and fruits that had previously been cared for by her mother's servant, whom she referred to as "Nana."

She entered her house and started reading a book while munching on some apples and carrots. All of the books and valuables that could be found in her castle belonged to her mother and were painstakingly collected by her Nana before being scheduled for burning by the Queen's attendant. All the skills she required for survival and defense were given to her by her Nana.

There are distant sounds of footsteps. A knock was heard after a while. The girl approached the door with politeness and opened it.

"Good morning princess, this is for the monthly portion given by our dear Queen, who also wants to kindly remind you to take your medication as directed to strengthen your frail body" The servant stated to her with her usual icy politeness. As the princess opens the door for the servant to load everything inside, she cautiously nods in agreement and flinches, acting weak in front of the servant.

As the servant started to leave after putting everything in place, the princess carefully closed the door, but she was stopped when the servant started talking once more.

"Princess Freya, we are praying for your excellent health. We don't know when the next good will be brought as their will be an important guess to visit the Kingdom. I hope you comprehend the situation and be still." Before the servant left calmly from the east wing, the princess gave a feeble nod.

She stopped acting frail after shutting the door on her room and began searching for any poison or potentially harmful objects. The so-called medicine, which the queen was said to have sponsored, was actually a poison designed to entirely remove any signs of magic from a person.

It was ordered following Nana's death, and the same servant has been delivering the same goods—some of which are almost expired or decaying—for years.

"An event is coming, huh," the timid princess said to herself as she sat in her solitary palace. She becomes more curious as the maid urges her to remain motionless. She had the need to go against the rules.

With the exception of the Queen, who has a cunning plan for her, she was acting timid and mute so that no one in the castle would notice or bother her.

All of the royals and servants at the main castle are making careful preparations because the most significant guests are expected to come from the central mainland (Cetri Continent), particularly from the three kingdoms of Ni Vana, Ether, and Hi Vean, where they plan to recruit gifted children and assist them in developing their abilities. It will be highly prestigious for the youth's family and Kingdom if they attend one of the Cetri Continent's Schools.

Young people are recruited every two years by three representative masters from the renowned schools from the Cetri Continent, the Enclinto Academy in the Ni Vana Kingdom, the El Gante Academy in the Ether Kingdom, and the Aglante Academy in the Hi Vean Kingdom. These Mainland include the East Mainland (Ikpathi Continent), West Mainland (Agwe Continent), North Mainland (Hang In Continent), South Mainland (Agui Continent), as well as from the Central Mainland ( Cetri Continent).

The Queen sat comfortably in her large parlor while sipping an expensive tea and speaking to her son via an artifact gem. "You need to prepare well, my son. if you will be recruited by any of the schools from the Cetri continent, the position of crown prince will be yours."

"I won't let you down, Mother," a man's voice said in a cold reply before disconnecting the call.

"I don't want any mistakes, so prepare everything," she said icily before an unidentified individual in a cloak bowed and walked out of the room.
