Chapter 53 : : Special Cultivation Room

Kale opened his eyes and saw the hazy white fog covering his vision, it was almost impossible to see past it, he could barely see his arms when raised in front of his eyes, this was how foggy the place was.

But rather than pondering about the mysteries of the place, Kale immediately sat down in a cross-legged position and started his cultivation session because he could feel the Origin Energy inside his body getting excited all of a sudden, the blood circulation speed in his body had similarly increased by twice, he had the urge to deplete his energy reserve right now and let them automatically recover in the baptism of the mysterious fog around him.

'Amazing, I guessed my cultivation speed would be a few times faster here compared to outside but the difference is more than just a few times, even if it's just six hours it now feels too big of a reward for the 1st floor, maybe it is because normal early practitioners' cannot make use of it that's why it was put up in rewards,' Kale thought while cultivating, he then divided his consciousness into two parts, to cultivate ‹Snake King Body Toning Art› at the same time.

In the next six hours, Kale didn't take a single break, after the time limit was up, the magic circles appeared again and teleported him to the arena.

Because of sitting for six hours straight, his legs had gone sour.

'Ouch, my legs…' Kale had to slowly move his legs around before trying to stand up.

[Would you like to advance to the next floor: Advance/Exit.]

Kale didn't think much and chose to exit once he finished collecting his scattered knives and tread around.

The reason why he chose to exit was simple.

If the 1st floor had a Hell mode then the 2nd floor might have it too, with his current strength, he might be able to clear the Hell mode on the 1st floor but aiming for the same on the second floor isn't a wise choice.

Outside the tower…

It was noon by the time Kale left the tower.

When stepping out of the tower, he saw the bustling crowds and street shops present all around the tower, police managing the masses under the law and order 'It sure is lively here,'

Blazing Heaven Kingdom's main force was the order of knights but it is only used when dealing with serious matters, like the time when the criminal is a strong practitioner and the task requires one to go in the wilderness.

The problems of the normal mortal world are left to the police, after all, the population of mortals was way above practitioners.

Not everyone can get access to resources for cultivation, and even when they can, it was a question if they were willing to go out and fight monsters and beasts with their life on the line. As for longevity, getting their hands on some lifespan increasing potions and gain a lot of free lifespans was way easier compared to train hard, build a foundation and risk their lives to get a small amount of lifespan at success, especially when the deaths of practitioners is wilderness had become a common thing to hear.

"Yesss, we seriously managed to clear the 1st floor in less than 15 minutes, I still can't believe it," A girl said in an excited tone.

"Sizzy, you underestimate our Don, he is, after all, from a knight family, such a result isn't an exaggeration," A square face boy beside her corrected her.

"Shut it you two, it was due to our teamwork" The boy walking in the front said.

After coming out, Kale noticed a group leaving the tower just after him, it was a group of four, three boys and one girl.

Two boys wore a full set of shiny metallic armour, the third boy was wearing light leather armour with a short bow in his hand and lastly, the girl was wearing a yellow magic robe with a staff in her hand.

'They are depending too much on the gear, no wonder it is said that most sects in the wilderness are stronger than kingdom level forces,' Kale thought then walked away from them.

The boy in lead also noticed Kale but seeing that he was only wearing casual clothes with a mask covering his face, he didn't bother paying attention to him.

'If I go with the data provided by the tower..' Kale scanned his eyes through the stalls and shops on the side then headed towards a butchering shop selling processed beast meat.

Practitioners, especially that includes martial artist subclass needs to take a healthy diet for the best results, and what could be better than eating the meat of high tier beast to fulfil the nutritious requirement of his body.

The shop had opened only a while ago, as a result, there weren't many customers around it.

A robust bald man was chopping meat with a sharp cleaver in his hand, he noticed Kale coming to the counter and stopped his moment, he said "Boy, it would take some time before the shop fully opens for business, you have to wait for a little before you can buy the meat,"

Kale shook his head "I don't want meat, I only want bones, soft ones if possible," After saying that much he noticed the strange gaze of the butcher and added "It is for my puppy, he is young and loved to chew on bones but cannot devour the hard ones,"

"Oh, so that's how it is," The bald man came to a realization, he went to the kitchen then soon came back with polythene filled with milky white rib bones in it "They belong to a Tier 1 Wing Lizard, they are soft and hollow, I removed the marrow bones so that it won't result in diarrhoea problems for the puppy,"

Kale nodded, he bought a full bag of bones with just 1 silver as people don't usually go buy bones of mortal beasts.

'If I knew it works like that then I would have collected bones from those foxes, but although the tower gave me the direction, it didn't tell me the way,' Kale thought while looking at the bones in the bag.

Later when he arrived at the car and used his phone to check his status, the results shocked him, although he already knew about his ‹Snake King Body Toning Art› advancing from Master to Grand Master level, his foundation advancing from E-Grade to C-Grade was something out of his expectations.

Kale inhaled deeply and calmed himself down.

He didn't have anything much to do, so after buying up the lunch from a nearby restaurant, he went home.

K District…

A blue Lamborghini stopped in front of Riyan's mansion, Kale stepped out of it and looked at the house 'Strangely, that girl didn't start to bother me with her calling assault this time,'

Kale parked the car in the garage, then entered the house from the front door, the second he entered, his eyes landed on Layla sitting on a sofa with her legs folded on the table.

Kale gazed at her, she wore a loose top that showed the entrance to her cleavage and mini trousers that displayed her fleshy thighs, her curvy body and bare skin were available on display, her clothing and posture only looked like an invitation for crime, her cheeks were in a shade of red.

Kale averted his gaze and looked at the empty glass in her hand then at the brown wine bottle on the table. He discerned what happened.

Kale rubbed his temples "You… Didn't I tell you not to enter the kitchen,"

Layla looked at him and her eyes brightened "Come, come here, I… Let you taste something… Good," She said as she patted the cushion beside her, motioning him to sit there.

Kale shook his head 'I should have hidden it deeper, whatever, I will just say I broke it,' He walked to the table then sat on the sofa in front of her.

Layla pouted in dissatisfaction, she stood up from her place, walked forward, then sat on the empty spot beside him.

Kale ignored her, and looked at the bottle 'Now that it's already open…' He picked up an empty glass from the tray on the side, and filled it to the brim with wine, he raised it and took a sip.

"Howzzz it?" Layla asked with a girn.

"Good wine, but I didn't know that you drink wine at your age," He said while enjoying the taste.

"Hehehe… It's becuzz I dunno, I saw it, I wanna try it, I tried it, simple, right?" She said with a wide smile on her face.

Kale looked at her from the corner of his eyes and thought 'If I don't send her back to the academy soon, then my dream to become the strongest and control my own life and death can wait until I get out of the jail,'

He didn't bother focusing on her anymore and put his attention on the wine, after drinking a few servings, he stopped. To his surprise, the wine was quite strong, he was wondering how Layla was able to drink that much when he felt a slender arm swirling around his neck.

"If you don't want me to knock you out, then remove the hand and go to your room until you sober up," Kale said as he placed down the glass.

"Hehehe…" Layla giggled as he leapt at him, she sat on his lap, her body pressing onto his, her left hand was swirling behind his head grabbing onto his silky hair, lastly, she held his chin using her right hand and spoke with an alluring smile "My Little Slut, knows how to rebel?"

…Smashhh….Thud…

Before she could speak another word, Layla felt something hitting the back of her neck and she fainted on the spot.

"I told you," Kale said, he then picked her up into his arms and took her to the room.

Once he finished cleaning up the mess in the main hall, he directly went to the kitchen.

The first thing he did was sorting out the plants he harvested from the back of the garden before going to the party yesterday, he intended to make «Body Nurturing Juice», the ‹Body Nurturing Juice Recipe› didn't have any special requirement, mixing the herbs in the right ratio and processing the herbs precisely according to the recipe was all it needed to make it.

The recipe was simple but it required high precision, using the wrong ratio of herbs can result in a different effect.

Due to that, even after he used an automatic grinder instead of old ways, it still took him around two hours to turn all the herbs into the juice.

Kale looked at the dark green liquid in the glass, he then took a sip, it tasted extremely bitter and shadowed all the other lingering tastes on his tongue making him lose all his appetite but even after that Kale was relieved 'It's a success,'

He gulped down the whole glass within the next minute, everything that tastes good isn't good and everything that tastes bad isn't bad, «Body Nurturing Juice» is a good example of that, it helps in tempering the user's body while also making it grow faster.

In Kazeer, if Kale spread his ‹Body Nurturing Juice Recipe›, it would be treated as a heavenly product, but he wasn't after fame, he was highly reluctant when it comes to sharing his own creations.

After emptying the glass, Kale took out one of the bones from the bowl on the side and looked at it, it was a flat curved bone that had been thoroughly cleaned in mineral water by him.

He held the bone in his hand then tried to use his ‹Bone Manipulation› trait to dissolve and absorb it, but even after trying several times, nothing happened.

The information he got from the tower told him that if he can separate his internal bones from his body to the outside world then he could also fuse, merge or absorb the external bones from the outside world into his internal bone frame. The problem was, that the tower didn't state any way to do that.

It was left to him to find it out.

'Do I really have to eat it?' Kale was reluctant to try it.

He had also tried searching about bones on the internet before trying something stupid and the result he got was…

Bones are in fact living tissues, much like the meat that we eat, and therefore rich in vital micronutrients for our bodies. Bones are full of minerals, mostly calcium and phosphorus, along with sodium, magnesium, and other trace important minerals.

Kale sighed he didn't have much of a choice, he hesitated for a bit before placing it in his mouth and tried chewing it. He used Battle Qi to increase his strength and finally managed to chew and gulped down a part of it, he then used Psychonic Energy again urging his ‹Bone Manipulation› trait.

Fortunately, this time he wasn't disappointed, he could feel his body getting heated up, rather than the body it was his bone frame that was heating up as it absorbed all the nutrients and minerals from the chewed bones entering his digestive system.

His eyes shined 'Excellent, it works, I can actually strengthen my bones, if it is really like that then after using «Undying Flesh Seed» I would have an easier time when fighting against Body Cultivators that specializes in strength and defence, it isn't the only thing, it can also help me in fighting monsters with strong physiques like orc…Huh?' Kale was thinking about the far future when he noticed a pair of eyes staring at him.

Kale turned and saw Layla standing at the kitchen door, she was staring at him with a peculiar expression on her face.
