"Good Afternoon Aunt Stella" said Annie as she entered Stella's office

"Ahh Good Afternoon my dear Annie" said Stella as she smiled

"Welcome back" said Stella

"Thank you Aunt" said Annie as she smiled as she took a seat right across Stella's desk.

"Aunt Stel, how have you been? I didn't see you at Professor Sapiens and Madam Elora's Anniversary party, were you not invited?" asked Annie

"Haha No dear, I was invited, but something came up that needed my urgent attention, and no one else could handle it except for me" said Stella

"Ahh I see" said Annie

"But did you have fun dear?" asked Stella

"Haha Yes I did, it was full of surprises" said Annie

"Haha so I have heard" said Stella

"Haha" laughed Annie

"Aunt Stella can I ask you something?" asked Annie

"Sure dear, go ahead" said Stella

"Okay so I have been wondering... I haven't seen Adrian around for a while, he always used to be by your side, but he's not here, it's like he just disappeared" said Annie as she voiced out her curiosity.

"Ahh well about that my dear" said Stella as she paused, she knew that this question was long awaiting, and she decided that she would not lie to the girls, they had to know how the world worked.

"Well Adrian, you see dear... he was witchnapped" said Stella

"Witchnapped?" asked Annie

"Yes, the witch equivalent of the human kidnapped" said Stella

"And you see he was witchnapped by some bad people, who sent an imposter in his place, and that imposter is who tried to poison Maddie" said Stella

"What??" asked Annie in disbelief

"Then what happened to the real Adrian??" asked Annie

"I'm sorry to say dear, but he's dead" said Stella sadly

"That was why I was very busy, for the past few days, I was settling all this a quietly as I could" said Stella

"I am so sorry Aunt Stella" said Annie

"No dear don't be, you were not the one who killed him" said Stella as she smiled.

"But now I am in dire need of a new Personal Assistant, before this work load kills me" joked Stella

"Haha, well I could be your personal assistant" said Annie as she smiled.

"Aww that's sweet dear, but you should focus on training yourself first" said Stella as she laughed

"Haha Okay I will" said Annie as she smiled

"Good dear, now don't you have some reading to do?" asked Stella

"Ahh yes yes" said Annie

"Then go read dear, I will see you at Dinner" said Stella

"Okay then, Bye Aunt Stella, see you" said Annie as she stood up and smiled.

"See you dear" said Stella as she smiled back.

"Wait so, you are telling me that Adrian poisoned me, but it wasn't actually him because it was this imposter?" said Maddie

"You have said it all Maddie" said Annie as she laughed.

"Wow I am shocked, I knew he was suspicious but I doubted myself since he was Aunt Stella's most trusted staff" said Maddie

"You did??" asked Annie

"Yes, I did, remember when we were with Professor Captious in the lab, and he got me some water, I was very suspicious of him then, it was just too weird, and it turns out that I was right" said Maddie

"Oh yes, well we jut have to be careful next time" said Annie

"Oh no, there will be no next time" said Maddie

"Haha yes I know, but just in case" said Annie

"Stop making a just in case plan, it's the same as calling for the problem to happen" said Maddie

"Really?? well whatever you say Maddie" said Annie as she laughed.

Maddie was about to reply when the girls heard a loud noise coming from the hallway.

"What was that?" asked Maddie

"I have no idea" said Annie

"Well then, let's go find out" said Maddie as she stood up and opened the door, she walked towards the sharp turn in the hallway, when she jumped from shock, she saw something like reddish-brown fur on the laying on the ground under a lot of boxes.

"Maddie what was that?" asked Annie as she followed behind her.

"Ughhh" came a groan from the pile of bags.

"Eeek the bags are talking" said Maddie as she moved away.

"Haha No way" said Annie as she laughed and started removing the bags one by one.

"Thank you" said Matt as he finally got his hands loose from the pile of bags that he was trapped in.

He was the one who insisted that he was strong enough to carry everyone's bags, but little did he know that he would trip on the carpet and end up falling under all this luggage.

"Ahh Matt it's you" said Annie as she laughed.

"Haha yes, Hi Annie, Hi Maddie" said Matt as he stood up and dusted himself off.

"What happened to you?" asked Maddie

"Ahh well I tripped and fell while I was carrying those bags, and hence why you saw me like that" said Matt

"Ahh, phew sorry I thought you were some kind of creature" said Maddie

"Haha It's fine" said Matt

"Haha how come you guys back so soon?" asked Annie

"I thought that you would stay for another week" she said

"Haha well our Grandfather may or may not, have chased us out of his house, in the name of having more time with his wife" said Matt

"No way" said Maddie

"Those were his words exactly" said Matt

"Sooo" said Matt

"We are backkk hehe" said Evie as she finished his sentence for him and hugged Annie, she literally came out of nowhere, it was scary.

"Ahh Evie, you scared me, where did you come from?" asked Annie as she looked around.

"Seriously, are you a ghost or what?" asked Maddie as she touched her heart.

"Oh haha funny, I wish because if I was, I would haunt you for the rest of your life" said Evie as she looked at Maddie.

"Mhmm only in your dreams" said Maddie as she smiled smugly.

"What's up everyone" said Levi as he walked over to where they were.

"Haha Hi Levi" said Maddie

"Hi Levi" said Annie

"Haha hellooo" said Levi

"Levi, Evie help carry these bags" said Matt

"What no way, don't you have super strength, so you should do it yourself" said Evie

"Wow Evie just wow, forget that I asked" said Matt as he was annoyed.

"Haha Matt, don't be angry" said Annie as she smiled.

"I will help you" she said as she carried some bags.

"Thank you" said Matt as he smiled at Annie and they walked away.

"Oh well now that Annie is doing it, I can reconsider" said Evie as she picked up a bag.

"Oh Evie no one cares" said Levi as he picked up a bag and walked away.

"What are you looking at??" asked Evie as she was annoyed.

"Haha Nothing, it seems that Matt doesn't care for you anymore" said Maddie as she laughed.

"Oh shut up" said Evie as she walked away angrily, leaving Maddie to laugh all by herself.

"Hey Evie" said Maddie as she called Evie, they were on their way to the dining room to eat dinner.

"Oh Hi Maddie" said Evie as she turned to face Maddie, she had already calmed down from the last time she and Maddie talked.

"What's the matter?" asked Evie

"It's nothing... I just wanted to thank you" said Maddie

"Your welcome!" said Evie

"But what are you thanking me for exactly???" she asked

"My gosh Evie, why would you accept the thanks if you didn't know what it was for?" asked Maddie as she could not believe this.

"Hahaha welll I don't know" said Evie

"I cannot believe this" said Maddie

"Anyway, that's not important" said Maddie

"I am thanking you for helping me when I got poisoned, you could have well just left me all alone, since we were not on good terms but you didn't, you stayed to help me, so for that I say thank you" said Maddie

"Well actually I thought that if you died I would be the first suspect sooo..." said Evie as she stopped when she saw the look on Maddie's face, it was a mix of anger and disbelief.

"Hahaah anyway you are welcome, you are also Annie's friend and she won't like it if you died sooo, and also if you died who would match up to my prank level??" asked Evie

"Haha" said Maddie as she laughed.

"You know what, let's end out stupid war, and instead let's join forces hehe" said Evie

"Okay I like that idea" said Maddie

"So who are we pranking?" asked Maddie

"Hehe well Matt, he's been mean to me lately and I am thinking that we use what or more specifically who he likes most against him" said Evie as she smiled dubiously.

"Ooooh I get you hehe" said Maddie as she smiled along.

"What are you two talking about??" asked Annie as she walked to where Evie and Maddie were standing.

"Ahh Annie hiii, well we are just talking about girl stuff" said Evie as she smiled,

"I hope that you guys are not still fighting?" said Annie

"No no, we have made up right Evie?" asked Maddie as she raised her hand.

"Right" said Evie as she smiled and high-fived Maddie

"Haha it's nice to see you two, being nice to each other" said Annie as she smiled.

"Haha of course, so now new best friend, should we walk and talk?" asked Evie

"Of course" said Maddie as she smiled and took Evie's arm and hooked it with hers as they walked away.

"Umm okay guys, I still exist" said Annie, she was surprised on how fast their friendship developed, but it was better for them to be friends and forget her, rather than them fighting and pranking each other all the time.

"*sigh* Well Annie, now you have two Evie's just great" said Annie to herself as she smiled and followed behind them.

"Guys wait for me" she said as she ran to catch up with them.
