"There is an ancient witching technique that helps with keeping your mind clear and building a strong mind defense that does not allow your mind to be controlled, if you are sure that you can master the technique, i can teach you" said Stella

Maddie's eyes went wide she could not believe that Stella, who was quiet the whole time just spoke up and even volunteered to help her, she knew that Stella still had some hostility towards her, and who could blame her?? Maddie just wanted to make everything right once again.

"Yes Madam Stella, i can do it i will do it" said Maddie with a determined tone and she made sure not to call Stella Aunt Stella because she knew that she had lost that privilege.

Stella looked at Maddie with a surprised look but she quickly pushed it away and said "So it is settled i will teach you the technique but for the time being you must stay here and not be allowed alone with Annie at any time" said Stella firmly

"Okay" said Maddie as she answered immediately, she was going to learn this technique so her father would never be able to control her ever again.

Annie looked at Maddie and Maddie looked back at her with a look that was telling her that everything would be fine and she should just trust her.

"Okay then it's settled we will start tomorrow but for now you have to regain your strength" said Stella

"Okay Thank you Madam Stella i will" said Maddie as she smiled.

"Yes Thank you Aunt Stella it really means i to me" said Annie as she smiled at Stella

"Mhmm" said Stella as she replied.

"Okay now Curtis will you please come with me we need to talk, meanwhile, John, Lisa please stay here at all times, if anything happens just shout and Adrian will come over immediately" said Stella as she walked out and Curtis followed her.

"Okay Stella" said Lisa

Back in the meeting room.

"Stella as you can see the Maddie is not at fault here" said Curtis as he sat down casually

"*sigh* i see but all this would have been avoided if you all had just told me the truth in the first place" said Stella

"Hmm okay but tell me would you have accepted Maddie then?" asked Curtis

Stella went quiet, they both knew the answer to that question.

"Anyway do you think that she will be able to keep up with the technique?" asked Stella as she dodged the question.

"Yes i do think so, don't let her appearance deceive you Stella, she is very capable" said Curtis

"Okay we will see Curtis" said Stella "Anyway what did King Fridolf say?" asked Stella

"One word... War" said Curtis as he looked serious

Meanwhile back in the cell room.

Curtis had just walked back and was about to enter the room when he overheard the girls saying "Annie do you think that Aunt Stella can ever forgive me?" asked Maddie

"Yes sure of course she can i just think that she needs time" said Annie

"Well then okay if you say so" said Maddie

"Yes and i do say so, anyway get up and get dressed let's go eat lunch" said Annie

"Umm are you sure that i am allowed to go out of this room?" asked Maddie

"Yes i am sure i mean you are not a prisoner not technically and all Aunt Stella said was that people have to be around us all the time" said Annie

"Hmm i don't know?" said Maddie

"Annie is right you can go out" said Curtis as he walked into the room.

"Are you sure Curtis?" asked Maddie

"Yes i am" said Curtis

And Annie said "Yayyy, now go take a shower" said Annie

"Okay okay" said Maddie as she got out of bed and walked to the bathroom.

Maddie and Annie ate lunch and talked till nighttime, it was time for bed and Annie walked Maddie to her room and wished her goodnight.

The Next day Stella told Adrian to accompany Maddie to the indoor training room

On the way there Adrian seemed to be hostile towards Maddie, but she did not mind she deserved it for lying in the first place.

Maddie was wearing leggings and a top and she entered the indoor training room and saw that Stella was wearing leggings and a top too instead of her usual cloak.

"Good Morning Madam Stella" said Maddie as she saw Stella stretching.

"Good Morning Maddie how are you?" asked Stella

"I am good and how are you?" asked Maddie

"Hmm i could be better" said Stella

"Oh" said Maddie

"Okay sit down on the Mat" said Stella as she took out a mirror.

"Okay" said Maddie as she sat down, and Stella positioned the mirror in front of Maddie

"Now Look into the mirror and tell me what you see" said Stella as she sat down in front on Maddie

Maddie looked at the mirror and was confused but decided to answer.

"I see myself" said Maddie

"Good now tell me Who are you? Who is Maddie?" asked Stella

That question scared Maddie and confused her, who was she? well she was the only child of the evil and great business man Azazel and she was a witch that's all she knew.

"Umm i don't know Madam Stella" said Maddie

Stella saw the confusion in Maddie's eyes and it made her feel a bit of compassion but she went back to normal and said

"Okay no problem we can try again later but for now practice clearing your mind"

"Okay but how do i do that?" asked Maddie

"Well close your eyes and think of happy thoughts and all those people that make you happy" said Stella and Maddie closed her eyes, she thought of Annie, Matt and the rest that treated her as family and she started glowing green.

"It's working" said Stella and it made Maddie loose her focus and she opened her eyes and saw herself glowing.

"What why am i glowing?" she asked in shock

"That mirror was the mirror of reflection it shows you the truth and to be better equipped and have a very clear healthy mind you need to have healthy thoughts" said Stella

"Oh i get it now" said Maddie

"Yes and that's enough for today you can go back to your room now" said Stella

"Okay Madam Stella Thank you" said Maddie as she went out.

Back in the cell room

Maddie stood in front of the bathroom mirror and kept on asking herself the same question Who was she??
