Meeting

"Wohooo she hugged me she hugged me!!" shouted Matt as he ran and jumped for Joy.

Matt was ecstatic Annie hugged him did that mean she liked him?? many thoughts were running through his mind and he didn't know what to do but for the most part he felt happy.

Matt got home in to time (literally) and by the time he got home it was 8:45 pm and all his siblings were already asleep from the fun dinner they had with Annie, only Lucinda was up and she was tidying up the living room.

"Hi mom i'm back" said Matt as he gave his mom a kiss on the cheek.

"Oh Hi Matty dear so did Annie get home safely?" asked Lucinda as she picked up a throw pillow from the floor and placed it neatly on the sofa

"Yes i did" said Matt with a cheeky smile on his face

"Hmm is that so what's with the look on your face??" asked Lucinda pryingly

"Oh it's nothing mom" said Matt

"Okay if you say so" said Lucinda as she switched off the tv that had SpongeBob playing on it.

"So where is Dad isn't he supposed to be back by now??" asked Matt as he helped his mom and started picking up the toys from the floor.

"Well he went for a meeting" said Lucinda

"A meeting hmm??" asked Matt

"Yes a meeting what's that Hmm for?" asked Lucinda

"Well it seems that dad has had to attend many meetings lately and they don't seem connected to work in anyway" said Matt

"Matt.."

"Mom i am not a child anymore and besides i have powers now so you can tell me what is actually going on" said Matt as he cut his mother off.

Lucinda saw that her son seemed to be all grown up and and he was right he could handle it so she sat down on the sofa and patted the seat next to her to signal Matt to come sit down and he did.

"Matt you know that ever since you got your powers strange things started happening" explained Lucinda

"Yes i do"

"And it's not only connected to you but to someone else around you" said Lucinda

"Then who is it??" asked Matt

"Well that's not important right now" said Lucinda

"And as for the meetings you dad had been going to well he went to meet and old friend" said Lucinda

Meanwhile in the deep thick forest.

A male figure was seen running through the shadows through the forest he kept on running till he stopped in a specific area very far from civilization and very quiet.

"Ahh long time no see Jake" said Lucas as he walked to the person in front of him.

The dark haired light brown eyes guy slowly turned around and faced Lucas, he had a serious look on his face, his mind seemed clouded with many thoughts and he looked tired.

"Your late" he said

"Ouch Jake is that how you greet a friend who you haven't seen in 17 years" said Lucas jokingly

"Lucas it's no time to joke we have lots of things to discuss" said Jake in a i don't have time for your shenanigans tone

"Jake you are no fun why are you here you should have just sent your men like last time" said Lucas as he stopped playing a turned serious.

"Well they were busy" said Jacob

"Huh Busy right?? or you just wanted to see me and waste my time, you know i have a wife waiting for me at home unlike you stickler" joked Lucas

"Haha funny i don't have time for that" said Jacob

"Oh so the high and Mighty general doesn't have time for Love Eh?? you know what Jake you should try it sometime it's actually fun" said Lucas

"Haha now let's get back to business" said Jake

"Okay General" said Lucas as he saluted

"Well there has been news it turns out that the rouges have been moving in and out of the Human world" said Jake as he was serious.

"But why?? last time i checked rouges only wanted to rule the Witch world and nothing more so why this new change??" asked Lucas as he was serious

"I don't know but one thing i know for sure is that they are here and they are not working alone" said Jake

"But then who would be working with them, could it be a Vampire? a Witch or a werewolf??" asked Lucas

"We both know that the possibility of their leader being a werewolf is very low, werewolves just want peace and quiet and they haven't even left their territory in 100s of years which narrows it to two races either a Vampire or Witch" said Jacob

"But why would a Vampire betray their race?? so that possibility is crossed out" said Lucas

"Which mean that...

"The mastermind is a Witch" they both said in unison

"But then who???" asked Lucas

"I don't know but we have to keep our eyes peeled" said Jake

"Don't worry i will" said Lucas

"Anyway Jake i have to go now Luc must be waiting for me see you in the next 17 years" said Luke jokingly as he started walking away.

"Haha funny... Luke wait The King wants to see you he misses you everyday" said Jake with a look of sadness on his face.

What Jacob said made Lucas stop in his tracks and he said "Well then give my regards to his majesty and tell him he could have visited me if he wanted to" said Lucas and with that he was gone.

Jake was left in the forest alone before he sighed and went on his way too.

When Lucas got home it was already 10pm all the children were asleep and Lucinda was too.

Lucas changed into his blue Pajamas and gave the sleeping Lucy a kiss on her forehead he climbed into bed and sighed before he said "Goodnight" with a smile on his face.
