"Armand, you will apologize right now to Annie" said Stella as she was angry, Annie, Stella and Armand were back in Stella's office.

Annie was sitting, while Armand was forced to stand, and Stella was glaring at him with anger as she sat at her desk.

Armand looked resentful, he had no intention to apologize and Annie knew that, she just wanted to get this done and over with, today had been a very long day, if she was told that she would almost be killed today she would have laughed and called the person crazy, but well here she was.

"Umm Aunt Stella it's fine, he doesn't have to apologize" said Annie as she spoke up.

"No Annie, he must and he will apologize" said Stella as she looked stern, she was not going to let this pass.

"Armand, I do not have time for this, seeing as you have already wasted my time, I give you till the count of three to apologize or else" said Stella as he words had deeper meanings to them.

"Thr..." said Stella

"I apologize for trying to harm you Annie" said Armand just before Stella could finish saying three.

Haha harm? no he did not try to harm her, he tried to kill her, and besides he did not even sound very apologetic at all, but oh well, what could she do? she was just lucky that she was able to beat this guy.

"Haha well it's okay" said Annie as she smiled sheepishly.

"Aunt Stella, I am really tired, can I go now?" asked Annie as she smiled and turned to look at Stella, she just wanted to get out of this heated atmosphere.

She had never seen Stella this angry before, she looked like she could kill Armand at any moment, and that made Annie a bit uncomfortable.

"Sure dear you can go" said Stella as she turned to look at Annie.

"Thank you Aunt Stella" said Annie as she smiled, and rushed out of Stella's office.

Silence! that was all that was heard as soon as Annie left, Stella stared at Armand as if she could choke him by it.

"Armand, can you tell me what you tried to do" said Stella as her voice was cold.

"*Tisk* what do you think that I tried to do?" said Armand, he was not even ashamed of himself.

"Armand" said Stella

"I tried to save us from doom and destruction" said Armand.

Stella knew that this was coming, it all started when she received that Black envelope from the higher ups a few weeks ago.

It was Armand's proposition that they just kill the girl and then ambush Azazel and kill him since he was already weak, but Stella knew that it was not that easy, so she refused to go on with the plan.

There were many people, her included, who cared for Annie, and sacrificing her innocent life just for the peace of others just seemed unfair to Stella, so she shut the idea down, although she received a lot of backlash, in the end she had the final say.

"That's the thing Armand, the enemy is not here, they are over there" said Stella as she pointed to the right angrily.

"That girl is not our enemy she is our ally" said Stella as she was seething with anger.

"Can you imagine what you would have done if you had succeeded with this plan of yours?" asked Stella

"I had already made arrangement for that, once I got rid of the girl, everything else would be handled, my specially chosen team that were waiting for my command to strike" said Armand

"Armand, you are smart, but you forgot one thing" said Stella

"Which is? my plan was completely full proof" said Armand

"Why do you think that Azazel has not attacked with full force?" asked Stella

"How would I know what goes on that witch's head?" said Armand

"No Armand think" said Stella

"It is because this is all a game to him, for the past centuries it's been a game, the gets a Grey another one is born and the cycle continues" said Stella

"If you had killed Annie, Azazel would know immediately and he would waste no time with us anymore" said Stella

"You say that you had a plan, that your troops were ready, but you don't know that Azazel is a lot more powerful than you think, the rest of your comrades are here recovering, no one would be able to help you and Azazel would have ended us all" said Stella

Armand was quiet, these were thoughts that he did not put into consideration, and it made him look stupid, like an imbecile who did not know what he was doing.

"Armand, you are young, bold and full of potential, but you lack respect and common sense" said Stella

"If you wish to get anywhere in the High Council, you must listen to those above you and obey them to the letter, they are more experienced than you, they have a broader way of thinking and they see all the options" said Stella as now she had calmed down and she talked slowly.

"You obviously lack humility, how can I trust someone who does not follow my orders?" said Stella as she looked at Armand.

"Which is why from now on, you are dismissed of your duties as Captain, you will leave the camp and be on probation till further notice, you will hand over your leadership to Mira, starting right this instant you are stripped of all High Council duties till I say otherwise" said Stella and Armand looked up in disbelief, he did not think that Stella would do this.

This was an utter shame to him, and it was all because of that Grey girl, if he had the chance he would show her.

"Am I clear" said Stella, but she received no reply.

"Armand AM I CLEAR" she said, but this time she was louder.

"Yes Vice Chancellor" said Armand as he looked down.

"Good, now get out of my sight, I do not want to see you here again" said Stella and Armand left with his head held down.

Meanwhile back in Annie and Maddie's room.

"Curtis, where the heck have you been?? I was trying to get reach of you" said Annie as she was almost yelling at Curtis.

Annie knew by now that when Curtis did not reply to her it was either that he was busy, or he wanted her to fight by herself, before he came to rescue her.

"I was busy" said Curtis

"Gosh you could have said so, but what if I was killed??" asked Annie

"You would not have been, you are strong, I believe in you" said Curtis with his poker face.

"Stop trying to make me forgive you with those sweet words of yours" said Annie as she turned around and crossed her hands over her chest.

"Oh Annie, I'm so glad that you are okay" said Maddie as she rushed and gave Annie a hug as soon as she saw her.

"Ahh Maddie" said Annie as she almost lost her balance from Maddie hugging her so roughly.

"I'm so sorry, it's my fault, I should have gone with you" said Maddie

"Aww Maddie, it's fine, you didn't know that guy was crazy" said Annie as she laughed.

"Tell her Annie, because she's been saying the same thing over and over again" said Matt as he walked in.

"Haha Maddie, don't feel bad" said Annie as she laughed.

"matt told me not to feel bad, because he knew that you would be okay" said Maddie as she broke the hug.

Annie looked at Matt, and he gave her a smile, and she smiled back.

"And he was right" said Annie as she laughed.

"I cannot imagine how could that guy have the audacity to dare kidnap you" said Maddie as she was now angry.

"You should have let me see him, so I could give him a piece of my mind" said Maddie

"Haha well I think Aunt Stella is already doing that, and she's so good at it, that I feel sorry for Armand" said Annie

"Annie don't feel sorry for that guy, he does not deserve your pity" said Matt

"So true, I agree with Matt" said Maddie.

"Oh dear, you're alright, are you hurt anywhere?? how are you feeling??" asked Lisa as she and John barged into the room, and she ran to check on Annie from head to toe.

"Haha Mom I'm fine" said Annie as she was being smothered.

"Are you sure??" asked Lisa as she pulled back and examined Annie once again.

"Yes Mom" said Annie

"Dad can you please tell mom that I'm perfectly fine" said Annie as she turned to look at her dad.

"Lis you heard the girl, she says that she's fine, of course she is, she's a Grey" said John as he smiled and Annie smiled back.

"Oh alright" said Lisa as she finally let Annie breathe in peace.

Of course it was understandable for her to act this way, who wouldn't when their only child was kidnapped by a strange witch man?
