Chapter 1: Reborn

In a certain room of a Hospital, A young man can be seen sleeping on the hospital bed, The young man had a bandage wrapped around his head and he wore a patient's gown as he lay on the bed.

Moments later, the young man slowly opened his eyes, his eyes were blurry at first but slowly, They got clearer until he saw that he was in an unfamiliar place.

The young man observed the place, and he noticed he was inside a room, There was not much furniture inside the room, and the place is very quiet making the young man confused.

".... Where am I?" He murmured under his breath, The young man looked very confused by the situation.

The young man had just woken up and his brain process is still starting, he was not able to think much however, one thing was for sure, He was not in his room.

He moved his head to his right and saw an open window, the young man saw the view of the beautiful sky as the air coming from outside brushed his face making his hair dance.

The young man wants to very much enjoy this scenery, however, the young man saw his reflection from the glass window, Although his figure is not that clear, he knows what his face looks like.

The young man touched his face and caress it for a moment, his eyes widened in his sudden realization, However, at that exact moment a stream of memories began to flow inside the young man's head making him have a headache.

" Ugh!.." Grunting, The young man clutched his head, The series of memories inserting inside his head is very painful.

After a few minutes, the stream slowly disappeared together with the headache, although he felt a little dizzy, it was manageable.

The young man processed the information that was inserted inside his head a few minutes ago, he was very quiet and thought for a moment.

The memories he got are from a 17-year-old Teenager named, Shiro Izumi, he's currently in a hospital because of an accident.

Apparently, 'He' saved his younger brother from a falling vase while they were walking, The vase hit his head very hard causing 'him' to pass out with a large amount of blood coming from his head.

"....I see so that's why my head is covered with bandages." Shiro touched his head for a moment and looked at his vague reflection in the mirror.

However, at that moment, three people entered Shiro's room, One female and two males, The three froze seeing Shiro while Shiro made a small smile looking at them.

The woman looked at Shiro for a moment then immediately ran towards him while crying.

" Shiroooo, My baby!" The woman said as she hugged Shiro tightly.

Shiro was a little shocked at her actions but smiled.

" I'm Sorry for worrying you like that Mom."

That's right, this woman is Shiro Izumi's mother, Motoko Izumi.

Shiro smiled and let his mother hug him, Although Shiro had just met her for the first time, he felt she was his mother. Shiro felt that him getting the previous memories of 'Shiro' is not a take-over transmigration where he took over the previous body of 'Shiro' but he and the previous 'Shiro' had just assimilated into each other making them into one being.

" Are you okay now?" Motoko asked Shiro worry, Shiro just smiled at her and reassured her that he was now okay.

" Honey, Can you go to the doctor, Tell them that Shiro just woke up," Motoko said to her husband.

" Hm." He said and wiped his tears before going out of the room.

That was Shiro's father, Akisada Izumi, To Shiro his dad is the personification of the word "Nice", His father is always smiling even in difficulties he just brushed it off like nothing heck he's super nice that Shiro had never seen him get angry at someone or something, in some way his Dad reminded Shiro of Coach Ansai from the Anime Slam dunk from his previous world.

" Nii-san...."

Shiro noticed his younger brother on the back, crying with a very guilty expression on his face.

" What happened Yuu? Did you get hurt or something?" This is Shiro's younger brother, Yuu Izumi... Wait?.. Yuu Izumi?

Isn't that the name of the other protagonist of the new Anime, what's it called again...Shiki... Shiki... Right! Shikimori-san is not just cute!!

So that means I got reincarnated into that world huh? Shiro thought it wasn't bad, this world is not dangerous, It's a Romcom world.

Yuu abided and walked forwards, Motoko didn't do anything and just observed the interactions between the two, She was not worried about Shiro hurting Yuu because she knew how much he cared for his brother more than his body.

" Ouch!" Yuu exclaimed and held his forehead, He stared at Shiro with a stunned expression.

" Now we're even," Shiro said with a smirk.

After that exchange, the doctors together with a nurse and Shiro's father came and did some checkups on him, After that the doctor said that he only needs to stay at the hospital for the next three days and after that, his free to go.

Shiro's parents and brother were super happy hearing the news, and can't wait to get home together with Shiro back to their home.

However at that time, Shiro is starting at the air absentmindedly, His eyes widened as if he just saw something incredible though no one was able to notice this..
