"System you didn't say that it will take a lot of chakra to summon a higher level dragon so how come the baby was summoned?"Ray

(You can but you should not as dragons are very egoistic , they will be pissed of if you sign any other animals and will break the summoning contract. So it will only harm you to have a contract with other animals ,as you don't wanna mess with a dragon unless you have a death wish.)

"I am 120 years.The dragons live to their lineage for ex a common dragon can live upto 10k years, an elite dragon 50k years and as for royal dragons it is not known."Drake
"So you will always be a common dragon."Ray
"No sir I will be promoted to a elite dragon by young master once I change my shape as not all common dragon can get themselves their name."Drake
"So how will he change you into an elite dragon?"Ray
"He will induce some pure destructive element in me , then I will be able to change my bloodline into a higher level bloodline."Drake

"Yeah he gets bored and wasn't in a good mood after you had summoned him during his nap so got pissed of but after you gave him some food his mood got better. Master was very happy after seeing the young master happy so he asked us to help you with anything you want but he wants that you lead young master to try all type things in human world to keep young master amused.So he was not angry after having signed the contract with you as dragons of noble linage do not like others having them as equals."Drake

"System as I think I never saw dragons in Naruto anime."Ray
