Chapter 15 : New Jutsu
Ray got away from the sand and got a safe spot.
"Need to get some good jutsus , I am too weak and can win in a one on one fight with an ordinary chunin ,should learn some strong ninjutsu. After experimenting with the wind chakra for 2 weeks , he had increased his control of wind element and can be said the control to be nearly perfected.He had made his own jutsu.
