Graduation
' Hypothetically speaking I should be able to use Kcm, Kurama and I are connected so it should be possible. Not like I know how to do it but I should be able to do it. ' Kai continued planning day by day waiting for graduation.
( A/N I watched Globku explain all transformations about Naruto and it only made me more confused, 9 tailed chakra mode is basically Naruto forcefully taking Kuramas chakra a way to distinguish it from the rest he isn't able to use the cloak. In Kcm 1 Naruto is using both his and Kuramas chakra simultaneously and a cloak appears in the transformation. But what is Kcm 2? I'm assuming that Kcm 2 is when Naruto got the 2nd half of Kurama to be the full version but I don't remember that happening. Since Naruto got his half stolen and Minato gave him the other half to save him. I don't think he got the stolen half back before accessing Kcm sage mode where he combined Kcm and Sage mode. And after that is Kcm sage of 6 paths. Someone explain Kcm 2 to me, if it's actually him getting the full version of Kurama explain to me when did he get the stolen half back. )
' Who else in the village has a useful Jutsu to steal? ' Kai went over his memories of the anime, no one in particular came up in his mind.
Danzo though he was " Strong " he was heavily carried by the Sharingans he stole, his moves were very mid. Might guys hand to hand might be good too also the gate openings but he can get that from lee. Were all Jonin really that useless?
Asumas Flying swallow is the only useful technique he could think of from a Jonin not named Might guy or Kakashi, being able to add chakra into a blade is useful and if he can find a way to separate pure chakra and chakra nature he could potentially create a deadly sword technique.
( A/N while looking through all Jonins techniques I found out Kakashis lightning blade is stronger than Sasukes chidori, I thought it was the samething just different name since that's how it was explained but turns out Kakashis is stronger than Sasukes, atleast before Sasuke added all that extra shit into it. Chidori is classified as A rank and Lightning blade is classified as S rank. )

Today was graduation, for the last 2 weeks Kai tried expanding his jutsus by himself using Fire ball jutsu as a base.
' Fire style: Fire fangs ' Kai blew out 3 balls of fire as they slowly formed into wolves chasing its target, 3 logs.
They simultaneously bit the logs as they instantly set on fire turning into ashes in seconds.
' This one is pretty useful, I'll test out the rest on whoever is my sensei. ' Kai left the training grounds and head towards the academy.

Everything went as normal, everybody passed except Naruto making him depressed. There was no reason to intervene in anything, but there is one thing to do.

" Hokage! A kid from the academy comes with urgent news! " his assistant barged in surprising him.
" Bring him in quickly. " Hiruzen said without hesitating, wether it was a prank or not didn't matter.
Kai was soon brought in as he quickly dropped to his knees.
" Hokage, please save Naruto! " Kai shouted as his whole body shook in fright.
" What happened ?! " Hiruzen asked quickly closing their distance.
" I overheard a conversation of Mizuki and Naruto, Mizuki told him to steal some forbidden jutsu scroll so he can graduate. I know he's lying, I don't want Naruto to die, please save him! " Kai said crying as he grabbed the Hokages hand.
" It's going to be okay, calm down. " Hiruzen said before looking to the wall making a silent signal, 4 Anbus quickly vanished.
' In the anime Hiruzen already knew about this, or atleast it seemed like he did. So he has no reaosn to worry. ' Kai thought as he internally smirked.

( A/N these seem the more appropriate things to take from him, bloodline? Mid, Chakra? He can get it once he obtains the Uzumaki bloodline which will be later this chapter or next chapter. Taijutsu? " Please make some tea. " Hiruzen said as he lead Kai to sit down.

Kai was sent home after a little while, everything continued the same way as canon. This was the start of the future Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki. Nothing is stopping it from happening.
The very next day everybody got together for the last time,
" You will be in groups of 3, please wait for your names to be called. "
Everybody's name was called, leaving Kai as the last person, it was an uneven number of people, soemthing that's never happened before.
" Hm, does that mean he'll be in a team by himself? " Shikamaru asked hating his bad luck, being stuck with Ino was a drag.
' No one picked him? Why? ' Iruka asked himself shocked.
" Well this is awkward. " Kai said in a low voice not understanding how this happened.
" Um, hood on I'll go ask the Hokage. " Iruka said as he rushed out

" What do you mean nobody wanted him? Why?! " Iruka asked annoyed.
" Calm down that's not what I meant, I meant that I didn't put his name on the list of choices " Hiruzen explained.
" Why exactly? " Iruka asked a bit pissed but he tried to suppress it.
" He seems to have high potential so I wanted to ask Jiraiya to train him but alas this is what he said. " Hiruzen said showing off a note that simply said " No. ".
A vein grew on his forehead before realizing, " Then what happens now? "
" Well how about we put him in Asumas or Kakashis team? " Hiruzen suggested, both will be great teachers to Kai.
" How do we choose that? " Iruka sighed.
" Hm, why don't we leave it to fate? The last of the two of them to arrive keeps him? " Hiruzen suggested, though it was stupid Iruka nodded and left back to the academy.
" Guess it wasn't a competition huh? " Oruka said looking at the empty class with only Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto, and Kai.
" There was an error, Kai you will be joining team 7, I'll have to explain to your sensei once he gets here. " Iruka said ready to be bored for hours but unexpectedly,
" Explain what? "
