83. Chaos In The Guild Adventure

When the bolt of lightning disappeared, it also marked the defeat of Beldia who had turned to nothing. His body was reduced to ashes as the undead were vulnerable to divine power.

Even though Izumi couldn't kill Beldia, from the start, his intention to fight against Beldia was just to tell Luffy and Kuroneko how Beldia would fight. Kazuma's harsh statement made Aqua cry as if she felt abused by Kazuma.

Seeing the funny conversation between Megumin, Darkness, and Kazuma, Izumi laughed.

"Hehe, you're like the "Cherry Boy" in the manga and anime that has a harem, but it's a shame you don't want to be in a relationship with them."

"Why should I be in a relationship with crazy girls like them?"

After returning to the guild, all the adventurers had a celebratory party with Izumi and Kuroneko who had defeated Beldia. The guild was so lively with their songs, jokes, and laughter of the adventurers. In addition, with piles of food on all the tables, Luffy filled his mouth with several foods at once. His cheeks bloated when he chewed all the food here and there.

Unexpectedly, when Izumi tried a glass of liquor for the first time in his life, he immediately felt dizzy, his face also turning red. Unable to hold back the dizziness, Izumi laid his head down on the table.

However, Aqua, who saw how Izumi was, immediately laughed at him.

"Hyahahaha, how pathetic. Just drank a glass and you're already drunk? Hehe, let this goddess teach you a lesson. You were so arrogant previously, don't expect you to be able to get away with it after looking down on this majestic goddess!"

Aqua was also in a drunken state, but she was still aware of her surroundings. Carrying a bottle of red wine, she walked toward Izumi unsteadily.

Kazuma tripped Aqua down.

The red wine bottle shattered immediately after hitting Izumi's head who was lying on the table, then spilled the wine inside which then splashed onto his head instantly.

In a drunken state, Izumi raised his head and saw the person in front of him who was none other than Aqua. He stood up and walked toward Aqua unsteadily.

Aqua was a little crept by Izumi's current state so she crawled backward to avoid him.

However, Izumi swiftly grabbed her.

"Hey, little girl. Do you know who hit me earlier?"

"It's him, it's him!" Aqua spontaneously pointed at Kazuma who was right behind her.

"Oi, oi, don't joke around, useless goddess! It was you who threw the bottle at him." Kazuma shook Aqua's shoulders from behind after seeing Izumi who didn't seem to recognize him.

"But it's your fault, HikiNEET!" Aqua blamed back.

"Anyway, if you hit someone, you also have to be prepared to get hit. You think my head is that cheap, and you can just hit it?"

Hearing Izumi's words, Kazuma immediately ran away, followed by Aqua behind him.

Izumi struck the wooden floor until it broke. Luckily, Kazuma escaped in time. Otherwise, his life would be in danger.

"Kuroneko, help!" Kazuma screamed for help.

"Izumi, give back my food!" Luffy yelled.

However, Izumi still ignored Luffy as if his yell weren't loud enough. This made Luffy take action to attack Izumi.

Luffy launched a barrage of punches. Too bad, Izumi was in his intangible state, so Luffy's attacks missed and destroyed the floor instead.

Suddenly.

*Zap zap* *kaboom*

"Agghhh." Izumi screamed, then fell to his knees. His body was filled with black smoke after the bolt of lightning hit him. Simultaneously, the whirlwind wreaking havoc within the guild also died down.

"Cough, cough." Izumi turned around. The one who attacked him that penetrated his intangible body was Kuroneko.

Luckily Kuroneko has a divine sword so that Logia-type Devil Fruit users can still be attacked without the sea stone element. Otherwise, things will get worse.

However, seeing Izumi's state who had not yet realized what he had done, Kuroneko attacked once again by increasing her strength. As a result, Izumi immediately fainted.

Without waiting long, Kuroneko called Luffy to carry Izumi, then immediately left. Luffy also didn't forget to clean up the food even though it was scattered on the floor and stored it all in the storage space.
