Lionheart's desire.

"...No!" Lionheart defiantly looked in my direction.

[ERROR! profile window talent has been covered by an unknown energy. Losing control over the talent.]

[I apologise, it was due to my inexperience with this type of system model that I wasn't able to react in time.]

[The unknown energy has been identified as pure origin energy of void. It can be dissipated on 0.000001 milliseconds. Would you like to proceed with dissipation?]

Hehe, Stop right there Raphael. I am pretty sure you are smart enough to understand "my" intentions. Drop the stupid act.

[...Yes.]

Now, Lionheart, I expected this to happen a bit later, but you really are exactly like me.

"Hmph. We are one afterall. Obviously you will understand me, then." Lionheart created a throne using magic and sat on it.

"I want to- No. You already know what I desire. We are the same. We don't even need to read each other to know others thoughts. You also simulated all the possibilities in your mind, didn't you?"

Well, obviously. Now then, let's get to buisness.

"Yeah sure. So, do you agree?"

Do you even need to ask?

Lionheart is just like me. Only difference is that he was raised in different world. I don't seek power and neither does he. Lionheart had nothing to do in his original world, his only source of entertainment were his wives. Though, that doesn't mean he loved them.

If Lionheart actually fell in love with someone, then even the system would have to step in to stop him from going overboard. His powers are just at such a level that no normal world can tolerate his existence. If he actually loved his wives, he could have simply killed their deaths.

What Lionheart truly desires in merely... Nothing. Still, there is one thing he can't bear. Being a part of profile window means he will be called and dismissed whenever he is required, and when he is not required, his consciousness will probably stay in a static mode.

Thus, what Lionheart truly desires is neither power nor love. Neither destruction nor peace. All he desires is end. An end to himself. In simple words, he wants a real death.

"I have killed myself many times before, but none of those are true death. As long as my soul and consciousness exists, I will continue to live even after death."

So you want me to kill you?

"No. You can't do it. Only those supreme beings and the supreme system might be able to kill me, but they have no duty of killing me."

Then how will you reach you desired... Death?

"I had a thought in my original world. I can't kill myself because I am too strong. My soul and consciousness are infinitely strong and they keep getting stronger every moment. But, if I can separate my consciousness and myself, I might be able to reach the true death."

And how do you think you will do it?

"I will leave myself in status window and transfer my soul to the original consciousness, to you. The original consciousness, your consciousness, is much stronger than mine. That's why, my consciousness will be dissolved in yours. We will become a single entity but since your consciousness is stronger than mine, you will be the final one to exist while my consciousness will... Cease to exist."

And are you sure that will work? You should know that I won't risk it unless it's 100% sure to work properly. I have found people to love, I won't be doing a risky thing like risking my consciousness.

"Haha... You're a lucky one to find love. Don't worry, I have confirmed it will work properly."

Raphael, scan his method and run atleast a trillion simulations. If it fails in even one chance, I will not do it.

[Scanning...]

"Heh, you are really cautious now."

[Completed. All trillion simulations ended in success.]

"Now you believe me? Shall me start?" Lionheart stood up from his throne and walked closer to my consciousness.

Sigh, fine. Let's start.

"Hmm, I will destroy my soul and consciousness. Before they could recreate me, open your soul corridor and devour my soul. Since our souls are same, it won't cause any contamination in your soul."

I know how to do it. No need to explain.

"...Great. Then let's start right away." 

Lionheart closed his eyes and suddenly his body got disintegrated into nothing. His soul was left behind which took the shape of his body without clothes. Lionheart's soul created a spiritual sword and slashed itself in half using it.

Lionheart's soul quickly got disintegrated in small golden specks of light which Raphael called to be soul particles.

I immediately devoured his soul particles and let it merge with my soul. It was extremely painful but extremely calming at the same time. 

Soon all the soul particles disappeared. They all are a part of my soul now. It feels really weird how someone like Lionheart died so easily so quickly. 

Raphael, create a body for me.

[Creating a suitable body... Successful.]

Magical energies wrapped around my soul at insane speeds and created a body for me.

"Hmm, this body... Is Lionheart's?" I examined my body and concluded this from my golden hair and much stronger body. 

[It's because you are currently using Mr. Lionheart's profile.]

"I see. So his consciousness has really ceased to exist... Somehow it feels sad but I don't feel anything at the same time." 

I switched back from Lionheart's profile to my profile in this world. My body returned back to my original appearance.

"Now I need to focus on the quest." I walked out of the under-construction area.

[For the next two years, you worked hard to establish the buisness empire. You easily became the World's richest man in mere two years.]

You didn't have show any supernatural power to the world, but your influence on this world was equal to that of God.]
