Najenda is the head of the assassin group Night Raid.

She was a General of the Empire that defected, along with Lubbock, to the Revolutionary Army sometime after the end of an expedition led by her and Esdeath to eliminate the opposition of the Ban Tribe.

Najenda is a woman with short, silver hair and purple eyes. She wears an eyepatch where her right eye used to be. She wears a black suit that shows her cleavage. She has a green and black mechanical right arm.

Lubbock was a member of the Revolutionary Army's assassination group, Night Raid. In the Empire's Capital, his cover was as an owner of a bookstore.

Lubbock was a young man with shoulder-length green hair that covers his left eye, green eyes and red goggles on top of his head. He wore a long, green jacket with a fur-trimmed hood over a white and red ringer shirt and blue jeans with brown shoes. He was occasionally seen wearing a long, black coat.

Akame, also known as Akame of the Demon Sword Murasame.

Originally sold to the Empire along with her sister Kurome to be trained as an assassin, Akame eventually defected to the rebels when she was sent to assassinate General Najenda, the leader of Night Raid and joined them to overthrow the corrupt monarchy.

Akame is a pretty young girl with long black hair that reaches down to her knees and red eyes.

She wears a dark sleeveless top with a white collar and a red tie; she wears a red belt that has a red side skirt cover over a black, pleated skirt. She wears it with long black socks and black shoes. She also wears red gauntlets and black gloves. She sometimes wears a long dark coat in battle. She is often seen carrying her Teigu, Murasame. After activating Murasame's trump card, she has faded red scars all over her body.

Bulat, also known as 100 Man-Slayer Bulat, was a member of the Revolutionary Army's assassination group, Night Raid.

Bulat was a tall, muscular young man with blue eyes and black hair that he usually wore in a combed up, heart-shaped pompadour.

Tatsumi is the main protagonist of Akame Ga Kill!. A young fighter who had set out along with two childhood friends to make a name for himself and earn money for his village.

Tatsumi is a young man of average height with green eyes and medium length brown hair with a cowlick that falls with its weight. His outfit has a more traditional white assassin jacket over a slim purple hoodie and a black base layer shirt with black jeans.

With Leone, Sheele, and Mine, their group only consist of eight members.

Not to many but enough to make the whole Organization to function.
