The next day they were all packed and set to leave for Niverllia, during the ride that the horses were moving faster than usual, and they didn't stop to rest.

Lucian and Damian were acting weird this morning like they were in a hurry, the usually calm and collected Damian looked slightly fazed and disoriented. But Andronika didn't ask any questions.

They have been riding without stopping to rest since the break of dawn, the horses and soldiers were tired so Damian agreed to let them rest.

They all sat under the trees around them by that time the sky was painted in orange and red. Andronika felt sick and exhausted, so sick to extent she started throwing up, she a little into the woods and saw two figures whispering, the figures were Lucian and Damian.

Do you think we're far enough, Lucian asked Damian in a hushed tone. Damian replied but Andronika didn't catch it, so she decided to go closer which was a dumb Idea because vampires have sharp senses. Damian's head turned to her direction and she panicked, without thinking she ran deeper into the woods, she was running so fast that she ran into a tall tree and lost her balance but before she fell someone grabbed her hand.

When she regained her balance and composure she realized she bumped into an actual person, a tall and handsome looking man, he smiled at her with mirth in his eyes and said, "it's not everyday you see a rabbit running willingly to the lion".

And a man she didn't noticed earlier replied, yes your highness. Then he suddenly tried to grab her but before he could Andronika started glowing in white light, her body started heating up, her tongue and throat felt dry, she felt like she was on fire and the glow continued to brighten and she got hotter, her eyes turned completely grey, she was confused and scared, then suddenly her mind went blank.

A strong wave emitted from Andronika, the force so strong it knocked everyone in the vicinity off their feet, including Damian's but the strange mad stood unfazed.

She's more powerful than we anticipated, the strange man said, get up we need to start chanting the spells, he said to his comrade who was still on the floor because of the strange wave Andronika emitted.

He immediately got up but stumbled a bit, once he regained his composure he started chanting some strange words with the strange man but before they could even get half way through the spell they were rudely interrupted by a loud voice.
