From MC's Perspective:
I ignored their whispers, their curious glances, and continued eating my meal.
When I finished, I rose from the table, carrying my tray back to its place, feeling the weight of their stares on my back. Let them watch. It didn't matter. I had more important things to focus on.
I left the canteen and pulled out the map, tracing the path to the Healing Palace. The route was simple, winding through quiet courtyards and past towering buildings.
My footsteps echoed softly in the still air. After a few minutes of walking, I arrived at another grand manor.
It was as imposing as the Golden Lightning Palace, its towering walls carved with intricate symbols I couldn't decipher.
My thoughts were interrupted as the enormous, ornate gates in front of me swung open with a low creak.
Elder Ann must have sensed my arrival.
I stepped through the gates and found myself in yet another sprawling courtyard.
