3. Meeting A Demon lord

After which seems to be like an decade Walter open his eyes only to see endless darkness but strangely he was able to see everything before he was able to figure out anything he got distracted by a strange monolith which seems to be made of a strange metal, their was something written on it but Walter wasn't able to understand it's language.

He felt like the monolith is calling him he tried to move only then he noticed that almost every bone in his has broken , his ribcage fells like it has turn into a powder because of impact. His body was numb he can't move his legs.

Even after that he tried to crawl toward monolith, just as he was about to touch it he heard a voice

"Grrrrr..."

Even in half death condition Wolf was growling toward Walter and trying to stand. With left strength in his body he charged toward Walter . Walter knew he was going to die but he just can't accept it without a fight, he picked a sharp rock and got ready for upcoming attack.

Wolf to bite Walter's shoulder , Walter thrust the rock in his eye with all his might Wolf release a painful cry before throwing Walter away.

Walter collided with monolith head on and his skull got cracked, his body was already numb so he didn't feel any pain , slowly his blood started flow towards the moonlight and it started to glow with strange symbol.

Walter 's consciousness started to faid away the last thing he saw a silhouette of a man with ten heads .

He was felling nothing , it was like he was floating into endless darkness. His memories begane to flash in front of him .

I was an orphan at least that's what everyone said , i got raised by a poor family the person whom i called father told me that he found me edge of jungle i was a around 1-2 week old and was going to die because of cold so he brought me with him and raised.

Scene change , my house got attacked by a group of wild boar beast i was 4 year old at that time, father told me to run away i wanted to save them but i was...weak! they alm died.

From then i lived by begging on streats , but i have last hope that any god will show mercy on me and will bless so that i can be awakned and will be able to survive in this cruel world. But that hope never came true, at that time i have lost all my purpose to live but i wasn't brave enough to committee suicide , hahahaha... what a pussy i am. So i start studying and got scholarship from a decent academy.

Walter smile and thought that at least he can find peace in afterlife. just then he heard....

"WHY...?"

"hmm...?"

" Why did you save that guy , you should have run away he always bullied you why did you risk your life for him ?"

" isn't that how it should be..." Walter said . Even though he wanted to know whose voice was this he decided to answer because it's not like he has anything to do now .

"Why...?" that voice said

" Even if i die their is no one behind to be sad for me or cry for me , i am just a loser who won't achieve anything in future too, so why live such a worthless life while Roy has a family if he dies they will be sad for him aren't they " Walter says without realising tears in his eyes.

"I see... i have chosen a perfect descendent..."

"What...?" Walter asked with a suprised look.

"HAHAHAHAGAHAHAHA...."

All he got in reply was a chilling laughter enough to make anyone pee in their pants.

'wait aren't i am supposed to be dead . Just wtf is going on.'

"HAHAHAHHAA....." laughter continued.

Suddenly he felt pain it was like every cells in his body is being torn apart ,he tried to scream but he wasn't able to . Walter has gone through many painful experience but it was on a totally different level ,in the end he just fainted again.
