"We can't... you won't be able to go to our place now..."

"Why?" Her words made me uneasy, and I poured myself a cup of tea from the desk without asking the old man for it.

"I told you that we have factions, right? Well..."

"Does the young miss belong to the other side?" The old man glanced at her, and his eyes narrowed.

The atmosphere became dull in an instant, and the two let out their respective auras of white light.

"Do you plan to... kill your guests?" Lily asked, then one of her swords appeared right on her hand.

"Of course not."

I let out a faint sigh and created a barrier made of purple light in between of them, blocking each person on one side of the room.

"Old man, this young lady here is my aunt, okay? I'm in this faction without any idea anyway, and she's my relative so I hope we could all get along instead."
