They were now all inside a large room at the side where there's an extension to the castle, and all of the crates were neatly arranged on another side of the place.

"I've brought tribute to the Ardent Heralds, and am quite ecstatic about our connection."

"It's good enough that you've came, but now that you did deliver the goods, I can now recommend someone to have your services be available at the castle. I've known you since we were like ten, so no need to be so formal now that we're together alone. Are they your slaves?"

Grott glanced at the young men behind him and gave a glare hidden from his conversation partner's sight before facing in front once more.

"Yes, sir."

Everyone behind him knelt and kept their heads down.
