Union In Love

Tuscany felt the presence of its master and went up on its hind legs in excitement. Shivani startled back to reality as the horse neighed, excited to see Mrityunjay. She stepped away from the mare when Tuscany leapt again, eager to get to Mrityunjay.

"Easy girl.... easy," she said, in a low, calm voice, coming back to the horse, gently rubbing the brush onto its mane. Shivani swallowed hard, trying not let Mrityunjay see her crying.

Mrityunjay walked up slowly, deliberately, towards Tuscany, all the while watching Shivani. Her struggle to compose herself did not escape him. He rubbed the forehead of the horse with his hands gently, even as the horse neighed again, leaping high in excitement. "Easy.... easy," he patted Tuscany, still looking at Shivani.
