It was already evening, Jeffrey came back not long ago and decided to also start working on his storyline but he couldn't concentrate.

"Wex, do you have any idea for me?" he stared at his pet weasel who was coiled on the table dozing off.

'How do I get that book to appear again, it might be able to help me' Jeffrey knitted his brows. I can use my mind to access the ability, I wonder if I should try the same with the book'

"Don't even think about it" a helpless sigh came from his mind.

"Who is there?" Jeffrey frowned.

"The moment you try to summon the book by force, you'll be dead, blasted into a million pieces" the voice said again and before Jeffrey could tell out again a middle-aged man in robes appeared.

"Who are you?"

"I'm the one you've been trying to find, I didn't think I'll have to come out so soon" the man grunted.

Jeffrey paused. "You're Mangrell Jordan?"

"At least you've come around. What were you trying to do?" Mangrell asked in fury.

Jeffrey on the other hand could not understand why he was furious, he was only trying to summon the book from the other day.

"The book will not appear until you've met the requirements, forcing it will just be spelling doom on your forehead!" Mangrell said.

Jeffrey focused on the first part of his sentence and ignored the last. "What requirements?"

Mangrell stared at Jeffrey with narrowed eyes, he wasn't pleased with the youngster's behavior one bit. "The book will only appear when you start your original book"

"That will only happen after I get verified" Jeffrey said thoughtfully.

"Indeed so you should forget about it in the meantime and clean up the mess you made" after saying that Mangrell disappeared.

"Not very helpful" Jeffrey said before sitting on his bed in the lotus posture. 'I must look utterly ridiculous'

He shot his eyes and then took a deep breath. 'Okay let's see what a chaotic dimension looks like, first to Chibi's Reincarnation Of An Elf In the Modern world'

After Jeffrey opened his eyes he was met with scenery of all things green and before him was a large Oak tree at least 20 meters tall.

He studied the tree with interest and did not notice that the elves around had paused their actions after his sudden appearance.

"Excuse me, are you lost?" Jeffrey heard someone say from behind him.

He turned around but did not respond thinking that the male elf must have been talking to someone else...but one second, two seconds, three...seconds ticked by and yet the elf said nothing.

Then Jeffrey noticed that he was starting right at him and so were the others. "You can see me?..."

The elf raised an eyebrow and Jeffrey saw it as a yes. The moment he came to that realization, his concentration broke and his consciousness was forced to return to his body.

'What is going on, how could they have seen me?' he asked himself in confusion. Then he took another deep breath and decided to go in again.

And just like last time, after he appeared the same male elf came to him asking if he was lost and Jeffrey nodded.

"That explains it. Where are you from?" the elf a sled again.

"Far away. Where exactly am I?" Jeffrey asked in pretense.

"You're in the palace. Come with me..." the elf did not explain further and just started walking away and Jeffrey followed obediently behind.

'Why did I appear in a different place this time? Where are Nala and Nalu, this is so confusing' Jeffrey thought.

The Elf led him to two large doors and the two guards blocked their way.

"This humble subject requests to see the kind, I have with me a foreigner" the Elf told the guard and after some time the doot opened.

Behind the door was a courtroom that had just finished its session. Jeffrey noticed the King from afar and could not help but admire him.

"Greetings your majesty, this servant has brought a foreigner. He appeared before the mother tree and claims to be from far away" the Elf said with his head bowed down.

The King who seemed to be in his thirties turned to Jeffrey and smiled. "What brings the bookkeeper to the Elven empire?"

Almost every elf in the room gasped while others limited themselves to just a surprised expression. Jeffrey on the other hand was lost for real this time.

"Are you talking about me?" Jeffrey was forced to ask since the lingering silence was starting to affect his eardrum.

"Am I wrong?" the king asked a bit confused.

'Yeah is he wrong, even I didn't know? What is all this, I can't understand anything?' Jeffrey thought. "Why do you address me as so?"

"Isn't that what you've always been called?"The king frowned.

"Pardon my inquiries but I seemed to have been very confused lately" Jeffrey decided to end it first there were too many people in the hall and he also decided to find someone other than the king to explain things to him.

"It is no issue at all, a chamber will be prepared for you immediately" the king smiled and the female elf came and led Jeffrey away.

'I can't figure out anything, what does being a bookkeeper even mean why are there so many loose ends, a lot of questions but not a single answer'

Along the way to his prepared chamber, Jeffrey kept his mind occupied trying to figure out his situation but even after reaching his destination he still couldn't figure out a thing.
