Jungkook moved and sat at the edge of the bed letting Jimin to get up and grab the first aid kit.

Jungkook suddenly snatched the box and started pulling out the things, holding out his other hand to Jimin.

Jimin: what are you doing?

Jungkook: give me the medicine yoona gave.

Jimin: not that, why exactly did you take the kit?

Jungkook; just give me the medicine and let me to do it calmly.

Jimin: I can do it myself and why would you do it?

Jungkook slipped his hand into his shorts pocket and Jimin yelped in surprise "Jeon keep your hands to yourself I don't need your help"

The brunette took out his hand with the fluid tube

Without a word he damped the cotton with antiseptic, got down on his knees and started cleaning the wound.

He clenched jungkook's white shirt in his hand with pain.

Jimin kept looking at jungkook while he dabbed the medicine and placed the cotton on his wound again and completed the dressing and was about to get up.

Jimin: just why are you doing this Jeon it's not like we are...

He removed jimin's hand from his crumpled shirt "i am not doing it for you, I promised your mother and if something happens to you because of your carelessness i am fuc*ked up if you die I die too, Zoi will be at risk so, get that into your thick head"

Here he is back to being cold for a moment Jimin thought he cared jungkook cared and he really. Jungkook went in and slammed the bathroom door leaving Jimin alone.

When Jimin woke up in his bed again it's midnight and his stomach started making weird sounds that's when he remembered that he only had a sandwich for breakfast, skipped his lunch and slept through the dinner.

What else can he expect from jungkook to wake him up and carry him to the dinner?

The curtains were down at the middle of the room and the lights were off except the bed lamps, he sneaked out of the room and carefully walked down the stairs, it took awfully long time to figure out the kitchen since the living room is directly connected to all the houses in the estate he got lost in darkness.

"Finally" he huffed entering the kitchen and started looking around he didn't expect something hot or freshly cooked but something to edible atleast.

When he opened the fridge door it's loaded with protein shakes, energy bars, energy drinks, sodas, tones of alcohol and some sugar candies.

"for the sake of heavens don't tell me I married a gym addict kid who loads his fridge with what? Candies...? and stuff but not food that normal people eat "

He took a energy bar and shut the door behind him only to be startled but the sudden figure in front of him "god!!!....Rose stop scarring me"

Rose giggled in response "you were always like this Jimin since we were kids"

"and you were always like this too doing scary stuff" he smiled at her eyes trailing down to her hands where she is holding a tumbler and a cover bowl.

Jimin: what are those?

Rose raised an eyebrow looking at the bowl "ahh I got hungry, midnight snack you know you are here for the same thing right" she pointed towards the energy bar.

Jimin gulped looking at the food and the energy bar back and forth.

"you are lucky atleast L has food in her house"

Rose broke out into a fit of laughter "seriously Jimin you look like a sad puppy"

Jimin: what you have food and i don't so stop teasing.

Rose linked her arm with jimin's careful holding the tumbler "let's go to the roof"

She dragged him along and they got settled at the edge swinging their legs.

"here now give me that eye smile sad puppy" Jimin glanced at her and saw that she is holding a hot bowl of warm noodle soup.

Jimin's eyes lit up for a second but went sad again "Janchi Guksu, seriously rose "

Rose: what? .....hahaha

Jimin: i am starving and you got yourself this and now your showing off.

Rose: and why are you starving?

Rose: because you missed the dinner and that's why i am not showing off and asking you to eat.

He took the bowl from her hand the vapours hit his face when he smelled it "perfect"

Rose: what's wrong?

"i know you hate eating alone of course i will give you company with this" rose took the energy bar from his hand and opened it taking a bite.

He stuffed a lump of noodles and sipped the soup gulping down peacefully. He finished eating it in minutes he set the bowl aside and turned to rose who is munching on the bar.

Jimin: how did you know? That i skipped the meal?

Rose: he came alone for dinner and when Jin oppa asked staff to get you she told you were sleeping, they thought you ate something before you went to bed but i know you don't have early meals.

"Here your favourite it's cool and less sweeter just how you like" she handed over the tumbler to Jimin

Jimin: chocolate milk?

She nodded with a lovely smile, Jimin smiled back at her ruffling her hair "woahh....why didn't i marry you" and suddenly there's awkward silence the words just slipped.

Jimin took a long breath sipping the milk and finally spoke out "Rose I am sorry"

Rose: don't be , cuz it makes me feel distant from you.

Jimin: I don't want to act like nothing happened, what i did was wrong.

Rose: look Jimin we grew up together and Jimin I know was never and will never be wrong i believe that.

Jimin: but still i married him and left you god knows where.

Rose: anyone in your position would have done the same you are an heir not just my friend, as an heir it's your responsibility and as a friend it's my part to understand, you don't need to explain anything.

She held his hand softly making him look at her.
