Chapter 134: Killing The Flash and Returning to Earth One

"Shh!"

Yellow lightning flashed suddenly, blowing the papers on the desk to the ground.

Harrison Wells had just handed the formula for the speed serum to Su Sheng when another figure appeared in the office.

Dressed in a red leather jacket and wearing a silver helmet with wing-like patterns on the sides.

"The Flash!" Jesse exclaimed in surprise.

"It's getting really lively here," Harrison Wells remarked indifferently, clearly not fond of the new arrival. "What are you doing here?"

"For him!" The Flash replied, looking directly at Su Sheng with burning eyes. He extended his hand. "Hello, my name is Jay Garrick, and I'm The Flash."

Su Sheng looked at his handsome face and friendly expression, unable to suppress a chuckle.

Many of The Flash's villains enjoy putting on a good act. At first, the Reverse-Flash disguised himself as Harrison Wells to help Barry Allen, and now this Jay Garrick is doing the same. But Su Sheng knew his true identity—Hunter Zolomon, a remnant of time, with one version of himself playing the hero as The Flash and another becoming Zoom.

So, he just called himself Jay Garrick? That's the name of the Flash from Earth-3. In the original timeline, Zoom captured the Flash from Earth-3 to increase his own speed while using his identity to pose as The Flash. This meant that Zoom had already captured Jay Garrick from Earth-3. But why wasn't he at the place where Jesse was being held? And how did he travel across universes?

Isn't the purpose of capturing Jesse to coerce Harrison Wells into researching how to open a passage to other worlds?

Su Sheng was curious.

Seeing Su Sheng neither shaking his hand nor speaking, only staring at him strangely, The Flash looked slightly embarrassed and was about to withdraw his hand. This sudden turn of events left Harrison Wells, Jesse, and the Black Siren in shock.

"What are you doing?" Jesse screamed, snapping out of her shock. "Why did you kill The Flash? He's a hero!"

"Jesse!" Harrison Wells hurriedly stopped her, fearing that she might provoke Su Sheng.

But Su Sheng ignored them, staring at The Flash's corpse with interest. Under his gaze, The Flash's body began to glow with yellow light. In that light, his body gradually disappeared, finally rushing toward Su Sheng.

"Is that so?" Su Sheng smirked as the yellow light surged into his body or the Speed Force space connected to it.

The Speed Force activated, and lightning suddenly flickered around him.

"The color hasn't changed? Because he was a remnant of time, not the original? Or is it because the number is not enough? It doesn't matter. Anyway, hunting speedsters is on the agenda. Killing speedsters does indeed enhance my speed," Su Sheng muttered to himself with a chuckle. He glanced at the terrified Harrison Wells and the angry, hateful Jesse, shook his head, and disappeared in a flash along with the Black Siren.

Some superheroes have really bizarre ways of thinking. Barry Allen is one example, but this Jesse also seems to have a strange logic. Not to mention her earlier stubbornness about not wanting to leave Central City, but her reaction just now was hardly appropriate when dealing with someone who had just saved her! The Speed Force protected Su Sheng and the Black Siren as yellow lightning rapidly streaked through the cutting-edge lab.

His speed increased, a space-time wormhole opened, and he ran directly into it.

Returning to Earth One, Su Sheng stepped out in an instant.

The space-time wormhole closed, and Su Sheng found himself back on Earth One.

As soon as he arrived, he heard screams from all around, and a crowd quickly rushed over from a distance as if something terrible had happened.

"This is... your world?" the Black Siren asked in amazement.

"My world? Not quite. My world is much more boring than this one," Su Sheng explained before rushing towards the area where the commotion was with the Black Siren.

Su Sheng and the Black Siren stopped, observing the scene. A massive wave had risen along the coast, as if a tsunami was about to sweep in. Yellow lightning flashed back and forth along the coast, as The Flash, Barry Allen, tried to stop the tsunami by creating a barrier with his speed.

"This scene looks familiar," Su Sheng thought, recalling the time when Mark Mardon, the Weather Wizard, attempted to avenge his brother Clyde by kidnapping Joe West and creating a tsunami to destroy Central City. Barry Allen, in his attempt to stop it, accidentally disrupted the timeline and traveled back one day.

Time is indeed mysterious. Under normal circumstances, two Flashes would exist simultaneously in the past—one from the past and the other from the future timeline. But in this case, Barry Allen accidentally broke the continuity of time, creating a scenario similar to a time loop.

The Barry Allen who traveled to the past replaced his original timeline counterpart, meaning there was now only one Barry Allen.

Su Sheng, though often detached, found time travel quite fascinating. It would be great if he could master this overlapping method!

However, it seems Barry Allen was only partially successful in confusing time, as he eventually traveled normally and encountered his past self.
