Upon arriving at the apartment where she was staying, Ameira headed straight to the bathroom. She washed several times, violently washing her face until she was satisfied.

Then she looked at her face in the small glasses hanging in front of the faucet. Some makeup has been washed away, but there are still traces of lipstick and mascara on her face.

"What just happened to me?" she asked herself as she examined her face in the mirror.

Her eyes widened when she realized what had happened. She quickly grabbed the wig she was wearing and threw it straight in the trash. Her back was smeared with bruises and marks from the insult and from those who wandered on it. It may be covered with foundation but you can see the marks when you look closely.

Others say that women are most careful not to get scarred or have any marks that can disfigure a woman's body. However, this is normal in Ameira's situation.

This proves that she is alive and even in spite of everything, she chose to continue rather than end her life. Instead of being disgusted by the scars on her body, she even grew to love them.

She can't even remember what happened to her but it must be chaos. There is nothing new there. She was the one who cleaned up her siblings' clutter. Yes, she considered them as her siblings — yet it was crazy to listen to but she was happy somehow because she had partners in life who would never judge.

She might be really sick for feeling this way. It was for that reason that she made them overcome the pain she felt whenever she remembered the past.

She was thirteen years old when she found a permanent home away from people. In fact, the house is very old but due to lack of money, she stayed there even though there are better places besides it.

It is ancient and deserted, possibly due to the occasional loss of electricity and water — yet it is also difficult to sleep there because it is hot. She is, however, at ease there because the residents are unconcerned about her.

Some are homeless elders and most come from prison. In addition, there are abandoned children living there, and even though the government owns the property, tenants abuse it.

Rent is not so expensive, so there are not many complaints, and if there are any, they are few.

In the twenty years, she has lived in this world, she has done nothing but hide, and change her name, job, and address. This is so that she can protect herself against judgmental people.

She didn't have a choice except to hide and avoid people. For her own protection, she had to confine herself to the dark.

Even so, she tries not to repeat the things that drive her to kill people. Much blood had been shed on her hands, and many lives and families had been lost because of her.

She tried—she tried everything she could, to suppress the desires that were in her mind so that she would not be able to kill more and increase her sins, but it just kept repeating.

She had consulted a psychiatrist but her guilt only got worse. One of her personalities, or, better to say, one of her siblings, kills. It killed the person who was treating her because she did not want to disappear and she did not trust anyone.

After taking a bath and getting dressed, she immediately ran to the kitchen. Her unit is small, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a bed just right for one person. Meanwhile, outside, the kitchen and living room are wide open. There is also a balcony where laundry is hung and a small washing machine. As opposed to paying outside for laundry, she already bought one.

The kitchen was just right for her, with two cupboards upstairs. On the right side, there is a small wedge used in samgyupsal. The sink is not far from the stove.

Only a glass, a plate, and three spoons were in the pouch. She has sachets of coffee in stock.

At the table where she was eating, she sat down and took the stuffed bread from the basket.

This is what she used to do every night, opening up a cup of noodles, canned, or ready-to-eat food. She doesn’t eat too often for a reason. She is saving money because she has no permanent job.

Because of her health issues, she did not stay in her job for very long. On a contrary, she sometimes attempts to forget about the past in order to avoid feeling angry or hurt.

This is what she does to avoid changing her personality, to stay away from the things that make her illness worse. Those things remind her of her past.

She quietly chews the food as she remembers what happened to her. If she wasn't mistaken, she has been out of herself for almost a week. She only wanted two of the siblings she considered, Aimee and Eries. But Eries will only come out when she wants to, which may not be often.

Eries is an entrepreneur and has many connections to the business world. Eries apparently owns her own condo unit, but she doesn't want to use it every time she returns to her personality. She also doesn't know anything about business at all compared to Eries. Even in baking, she doesn't remember that she is good at it.

Aimee is innocent and carefree. She never harms anyone. Instead, she helps people.

Despite her young age, Eries is an accomplished businesswoman. Ameira didn't know it at first. It was October 26, 2006. Eries was created as she had been invited by the Chairman to celebrate her birthday. Maybe her parents run a business, which made the Chairman see Eries' potential.

Her mother and father are skilled in business, they never neglected it.

She doesn't know when she started having this illness either. One day she discovered she had already killed someone with her bare hands.

She doesn’t know what pushed her to get Misty out. By looking at what she was wearing, she knew that it was Misty. Her breath smelled of alcohol and she was even wearing a revealing dress.
