New Enemy

"Stop dodging Amber, it's okay I will try my hardest to answer your question"

"Okay, So did you know My friend came to visit me yesterday?"

"Hmm, Shawn"

"Why didn't he know that I lost my memory Big Brother"

"The servants don't know, so he wasn't informed"

"Why don't they know?"

"We don't want them to look down on you or try to trick you by using 'that you used to before you lost your memory' trick. We were all just looking out for our princess, Sorry Amber"

Then Zachary's eyes looked aggrieved like the whole world wronged him so I couldn't help but smile and forgive him since I am such a kind and forgiving soul.

"It's okay brother, I still love you. Everyone was doing this to help me." I said then kissed him on the cheek when I hugged his neck tightly to show my love. He immediately smiled making him look more handsome showing a soft expression that made me instantly melt.

'Damn world why do I have to have such a hot brother and not be living in Alabama! Why do you hate me so much GOD!' I yelled internally feeling like the whole world wronged while my face still remained the same on the outside smiling at Zaky.

"Oh!! I almost forgot. Zaky?"

"Hmm?"

"Can I go back to school on Monday?" he nodded, making me excited so I jumped off him and ran to the door saying "See you later brother thank you" I said happily as I exited the door.

Monday finally came and when I woke up I was surprised to see that someone had laid my clothes out for me. I changed, then went to the dining room for breakfast where my brothers were and started eating.

When I finished eating Leo was waiting for me asking "Amber are you ready to go?"

"Yeah, and I'm really excited to see everything outside and all my friends at school," I said giggling happily.

"Okay, but if you need anything I will only be a couple of classrooms away."

"Okay Leo, now let's go!" I said as I grabbed his hand forcing him to run with me to the car. It took about 20 minutes for us to arrive at the school.

Then the driver opened the door for us and Leo walked me to class then asked me if I was really ready again then left after I reassured him again.

I went inside the classroom where Shawn was and we took our seats while talking to each other. mostly him being so excited to see me here than asking how I was again.

'Holy shit all these people are so worried about me. I wonder how far they would go for me? Maybe even help me rule over the world and destroy everything that tries to harm me. HeHe...

I should really stop thinking like this. It's not possible even the people in my last life that I thought loved me betrayed and abandoned me for the right amount of money.

People only care about money because they are all greedy' I thought to myself suddenly feeling sad and not wanting anyone to see I put my little head down.

But of course Shit- I mean Shawn had to shake me making me look at him with a glare. "What," I said impatiently then he asked, shocking me

"Why did you look sad Amber?" I thought I hid it quick enough but I guess he loves my beauty so much he would rather look at my face than blink. I feel the same, Who could resist this adorable face? The answer is NO ONE. I said

"I had a bad dream so I was still kind of scared"

"Don't worry nothing can hurt you as long as I'm here"

What he said warmed my heart so I smiled my most sincere smile at him which made him turn away and mumble something I couldn't quite hear that well but I heard the words

"Smile, Shouldn't, at others" I was about to ask what he said, but then the teacher came in and we started class not giving me a chance so that I later forgot.

I started getting annoyed in class because this little girl kept glaring daggers at me. I felt like I was on my last bit of patience then thankfully the bell rang.

I took Shawn's wrist and made him follow me because I had a question for him. When that little girl saw me taking his hand her face darkened tremendously and I felt her glare so intense.

'If looks could kill I would have died the first 5 minutes I was reincarnated here. When we got inside my car the driver started driving us home. Leo wasn't with us because he is in a lot of sports and since he's a couple of grades above me he has to stay longer.

I whispered to Shawn in his ear "I have a question I want to ask you, but I don't want anyone else to know, so I will ask when we get to my house, Okay?"

He nodded yes and he started scratching his ears like they itched. They looked red but since he was itching them I figured it was because he was way too rough.

When we arrived at my house we went straight to my room and locked the door. Shawn asked,

"What's the question, Amber?"

"Well.."

"Question"

"Okay here is the thing"

I paused and then I looked at Shawn, he looked a little irritated that I was leaving him on a cliffhanger. 'Hehe, I love making people frustrated. If only there was a job like that, but I should probably tell him or I might not get the info I need.'

"Remember that little girl that sits next to us"

"Sorta, but I don't really talk to anyone else but you"

"Do you at least know her name"

"Yeah, it's…"

"You don't know," I asked, raising my eyebrow with a slight twitch of my eye. 'Seriously I need at least her name so I can investigate that devil.

"I DO! Let me think for a minute Amber"

"Okay, attitude much" I mumbled but he heard me and answered with a glare. 'Hehe I love pissing him off but I should let him think more fir-'

"IT'S DIAMOND!"

"Good boy!" I said as I patted his head as a reward which made him blush 'Aw, he is shy, so cute.' I couldn't help myself because when I see something adorable I will hug it. So I immediately hugged him and said,

"So cute my little Shawny!" I could feel his glare making me giggle and when I let go his ears were red. Probably from embarrassment.

"Don't call me Shawny and I'm not little we're the same age"

"No, we aren't"

"You are so petty you are only older by 6 months"

"Still older and you're my little baby Shawny"

"STOP. IT. AMBER!" 'Hehe, And I am much older then you think Shawn,'

"Okay, but.."

"...Say it"

"I'm going to keep calling you Shawny" Shawn let out a sigh as he gave in.

"Fine! Not like I can stop you." 'I knew he was smart when I first saw him, he knows that I will always win, I'm proud of my little baby' I giggled which made him crack a smile.

"Oh! Amber, Why do you want to know about Diamond anyways?"

"I feel like she doesn't like me"

"What makes you say that?"

"Whenever she sees me she glares at me as she hates me"

"If you want I can find out what's wrong and deal with her"

"No, but thank you Shawny" when I said his nickname I could see him roll his eyes, but what scared me was they twinkled a little making me feel like he had an evil idea.

He stepped close to me but I didn't back down. Then he raised his hand patting my head while he whispered in my ear with an evil smile plastered on his face.

"Okay, MY little Princess" 'That name is so cheesy UGHH' red started slowly creeping up my face even though I ignored my heart that raced and pretended I didn't feel it. When he went back to the sofa and turned around I was back to normal.

After a while, Shawny left, and as soon as he left a tiny figure rushed into my room jumping on me, and hugged me tightly. When I looked up I saw Leo looking at me with a pout.

I giggled thinking he looked so adorable and patted his head.

"Leo, what's wrong? Why do you look sad?"

" Hmph, You never play with me only that Shawn and Our lovely brother Zachary" I could sense his sarcasm in the last few words making him sound adorable.

"Let's play now then, Okay?"

"If you want to sooo much, but only if you give me a nickname like you did with everyone else." 'Oh, so that was his angle, someone is a little jealous' then my eyes twinkled with an evil idea.

"Okay, My little Lion" His face flushed completely red making him look like a tomato after I said that.

"I-I am n-not LITTLE!" he said, stammering until he yelled at the end running out of my room. As soon as he ran out I burst into laughter. 'He is too adorable sometimes, especially when he is mad.'

I followed Leo still wanting to play with him but then I stopped in the hallway and said in a quiet voice but loud enough for him to hear.

"Leo... Do you hate me now. Im sorr-"

Before I could finish my sentence I felt Leo crash into my body and then his tears soaking though my shirt onto my shoulder.

I knew that this time I had went too far with my teasing so I hugged my angel of a brother tightly back and said.

"Im sorry for teasing you so much"

"I could never hate you even if I tried..." Leo trailed off then continued in a serious and firm tone that sent shivers down my spine.

"But don't ever say you hate me or even use that word again Amber Jewel"

'My little angel turned into a devil but he sounds and looks more scary than Zachary is when he is Cold and expressionless to anyone but his family.'

I thought deciding to not tease him as much anymore so my sweet and innocent angel stays this way.

"Lets play now Amb" Leo said dragging me along with him resulting both of our giggles filling the Jewel estate giving it life.
